Abstract
一种能与不需要加工的圆管相连接的展示架六通接头。正方体接头的六个面是十字结构，(图1)，十字的四条边为平面压板，在其直角平面压板中有凹圈圆孔(图2-7)，固定弹簧垫圈(图2-5)，螺栓(图2-3)串过弹簧垫圈安装在压板螺孔上(图2-6)；十字中心呈圆形为圆管通道。利用对称特性，4块金属浇铸(注塑)成形的零件，组合成正方体六通接头。此六通接头克服了不同的材质的圆管在同接头中不能混合使用及圆管加工增加成本的缺陷。

所属技术领域：
本发明涉及一种能拆装的正方体六通接头，尤其是适用展示架搭建。
背景技术：
目前展示架所使用的任何立体六通接头，与其配套的圆管都是螺纹配合，圆管必须加工螺纹后方能与其连接，它的缺点：首先增加加工成本，其次如遇特殊尺寸要向生产厂家定制，增加物流环节，再则不同的金属与非金属的圆管不能混用。
发明内容：
为了克服圆管要加工及不同材质的圆管不能相互混合使用这一缺陷，本发明提供一种能拆装的正方体展示架六通接头所使用的圆管不用另行加工，并且对需要连接的圆管可以是不同材质的。技术方案：
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：正方体六通接头的六个面是十字结构，十字的四条边为平面压板，在其直角平面压板中有凹圈圆孔，凹圈固定弹簧垫圈，螺丝串过弹簧垫圈安装在压板螺孔上；十字中心呈圆形为圆管通道。利用对称特性，此正方体上下平分，再左右平分。把浇制(注塑)成形的4块特殊长方体零件拼接成正方体六通接头。
本发明的有益效果是：在展示架的搭建中，圆管可以当地采购；要连接的圆管不必加工；不同材质的圆管能混合使用。

具体实施方案。
六通接头连接圆管前，先把六通接头上的螺栓(图3-9，3-10，3-11，3-12)拧松，在弹簧垫圈(图2-5)作用下，六通接头零件(图2-2)之间松开，插入圆管(图3-8)后，再逐步拧紧螺栓。重复操作，完成六根圆管安装完成。

1.一种立体对称展示架六通接头，其特征是：能与相同直径不同材质的、不用加工的圆管与之连接。(图3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的展示架六通接头，其特征是：正方体六通接头的六个面是十字结构，十字的四条边为平面压板，其中有凹圈圆孔，凹圈固定弹簧垫圈，螺丝串过弹簧垫圈安装在压板螺孔上；十字中心呈圆形为圆管通道。接头由4块零件组合而成(图1，图2)。
