背景

详述
下面的论述和附图公开了流体填充腔的不同构造以及制造腔的方法。尽管参考具有适合奔跑的构造的鞋类公开了腔,然而与腔相关的概念可以应用于各种各样的运动鞋类型,包括例如篮球鞋、交叉训练鞋、橄榄球鞋、高尔夫球鞋、登山鞋与靴、滑雪与雪板靴、足球鞋、网球鞋以及休闲鞋。与腔相关的概念还可以用于通常被认为是非运动的鞋类型,包括礼服鞋、拖鞋以及凉鞋。除鞋类以外,腔可以并入其他类型的服饰和运动装备中,包括头盔、手套以及用于诸如橄榄球和曲棍球的运动的防护性填充。类似的腔也可以并入垫子与在家庭用品和工业产品中使用的其他可压缩结构。因此,并入了本文所公开的概念的腔可以用于各种产品。
一般的鞋类结构
鞋类物品10在图1和图2中被描述成包括鞋面20和鞋底结构30。为了参考的目的,鞋类10可以分为三个大致区域:鞋前部区域11、鞋中部区域12和鞋跟区域13,如图1和图2所示。鞋类10还包括外侧面14和内侧面15。鞋前部区域11通常包括鞋类10的与脚趾和连接跖骨与趾骨的关节相对应的部分。鞋中部区域12通常包括鞋类10的与足部的足弓区域相对应的部分,而鞋跟区域13与足部的包括踵骨的后部部分相对应。外侧面14和内侧面15延伸通过区域11-13中的每一个,并且与鞋类10的相反侧相对应。区域11-13和侧面14-15不是旨在划分鞋类10的精确区域。更确切地说,区域11-13和侧面14-15旨在表示鞋类10的大致区域,以帮助下面的论述。除了鞋类10之外,区域11-13和侧面14-15还可以应用于鞋面20、鞋底结构30以及其的各个组成部分。

腔构造

腔33的主要元件是屏障40和承拉构件50。屏障40形成腔33的外部,并且(a)限定容纳加压流体和承拉构件50的内部空间,并且(b)为将加压流体保持在腔33中提供耐用密封的屏障。屏障40的聚合物材料包括上屏障部分41、相对的下屏障部分42以及侧壁屏障部分43,侧壁屏障部分43围绕腔33的周边延伸,并在屏障部分41和42之间延伸。承拉构件50位于内部空间内,并具有间隔编织的织物(spacer-knit textile)的构造,该构造包括上承拉层51、相反的下承拉层52以及在承拉层51和52之间延伸的多个连接构件53。鉴于上承拉层51固定于上屏障部分41的内表面,下承拉层52则固定于下屏障部分42的内表面。尽管下面更详细描述的,但是胶着地结合或热结合可以用于将承拉构件50固定于屏障40。

腔33中的流体可被在0和350千帕(即,约51磅每平方英寸)或更多之间加压。除空气和氮气以外,流体可包括八氟丙烷(octafluorapropane)或在Rudy的第4,340,626号美国专利中公开的气体中的任何一种,如六氟乙烷和六氟化硫。在一些构造中,腔33可以包括允许个人调节流体压力的阀或其他结构。
各种各样的聚合物材料可被用于屏障40。在选择屏障40的材料中,可以考虑材料的工程特性(如,抗拉强度、拉伸性能、疲劳特性、动态模量和损耗因数)以及材料的防止由屏障40包含的流体扩散的能力。当屏障40由热塑性氨基甲酸乙酯形成时,例如,屏障40可以具有约1.0毫米的厚度,但该厚度可以在从0.25毫米到2.0毫米或更多的范围内变化,例如。除热塑性氨基甲酸乙酯以外,可以适合屏障40的聚合物材料的实施例包括聚氨基甲酸酯、聚酯、聚酯型聚氨酯以及聚醚型聚氨酯。屏障40还可以由包括热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物的交替层的材料形成,如Mitchell等人的第5,713,141和5,952,065号美国专利所公开的。还可以利用这种材料上的变化形式,其中中心层由乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物形成,毗邻中心层的层由热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯形成,而外层由热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物的再研磨材料形成。屏障40的另一合适的材料是一种柔性微层薄膜,该柔性微层薄膜包括气体阻隔材料和弹性材料的交替层,如Bonk等人的第6,082,025和6,127,026号美国专利所公开的。附加的合适材料公开在Rudy的第4,183,156和4,219,945号美国专利中。另外的合适材料包括含有结晶材料的热塑性薄膜,如Rudy的第4,936,029和5,042,176号美国专利所公开的,以及包括聚酯多元醇的聚氨基甲酸酯,如Bonk等人的第6,013,340、6,203,868和6,321,465号美国专利所公开的。
为了促进承拉构件50和屏障40之间的结合,可以将聚合物补充层应用于承拉层51和52中的每一层。当加热时,补充层软化、熔化,或以其他方式开始改变状态,使得与屏障部分41和42的接触引起屏障40和补充层中的每一层的材料彼此混合或以其他方式结合。因此,一经冷却,补充层便与屏障40永久地结合,从而使承拉构件50和屏障40结合。在一些构造中,热塑性线或带(thermoplastic thread or strip)可以出现在承拉层51和52中,以便与屏障40结合,如Thomas等人的第7,070,845号美国专利所公开的,或可以使用粘合剂来固定屏障40和承拉构件50。
承拉构件构造
被单独描绘在图10-14中的承拉构件50包括上承拉层51、相反的下承拉层52以及在承拉层51和52之间延伸的多个连接构件53。承拉层51和52中的每一层具有大致连续的且平面的构造,然而承拉层51和52朝向彼此成角度,以给予鞋跟区域13和鞋前部区域11之间的逐渐变薄的构造。连接构件53固定于承拉层51和52中的每一层,并使承拉层51和52彼此间隔分开。更具体地,加压流体的向外的力使连接构件53置于受压,并制约承拉层51和52和屏障部分41和42进一步的向外运动。连接构件53被以通过间隙分隔的行的方式布置。尽管连续的连接构件53可用在腔33的一些构造中,但是与由使用了连续的连接构件的双层织品(double-walled fabric)形成的承拉构件相比,间隙的使用为承拉构件50提供了增加的压缩性。在比较连接构件53的长度方面,位于鞋跟区域13中的连接构件53可以比位于鞋前部区域11中的连接构件53长,以赋予承拉构件50的逐渐变薄的构造。
在每个制造工艺中,承拉构件50初始呈现非仿形构造(non-contouredconfiguration)。更具体地,承拉层51和52最初是平的并彼此平行。然而,在制造工艺的过程中,能量(例如,射频能量或热的形式)和压力可以改变承拉构件50的结构,以给予造型。也就是说,能量和压力可以改变鞋跟区域13和鞋前部区域11之间的连接构件53的长度,以便赋予逐渐变薄的构造。更具体地,能量和压力可以(a)使连接构件53的一部分变形,或者(b)诱导屏障40或补充层的聚合物材料渗入承拉构件50,从而有效地缩短连接构件53的长度。根据施加的能量和压力的程度,连接构件53可以通过变形和聚合物材料的渗透被有效地缩短。
承拉构件50被形成为具有间隔编织的织物的构造的单一(即,整件)织物元件。各种的编织技术(knitting technique)可以用于形成承拉构件50,并赋予承拉构件50特定的构造(例如,锥度、轮廓、长度、宽度、厚度)。一般情况下,编织涉及形成纱线或多根纱线的互相结合的环的横列和纵行(course and wale)。在生产时,编织机可进行编程,以机械地操纵纱线形成承拉构件50的构造。也就是说,可以通过机械地操纵纱线以形成具有特定构造的整件织物元件,来形成承拉构件50。编织技术的两个主要类别是纬编和经编。鉴于纬编织物在每个横列内使用单纱,经编织物则在横列中为每一针(stitch)使用不同的纱线。可以使用不同类型的纬编和经编,例如包括宽管圆形编织(wide tube circular knitting)、窄管圆形编织提花(narrow tube circular knit jacquard)、单面圆形编织提花(singleknit circular knit jacquard)、双面圆形编织提花、经编提花、横编(platknitting)以及双针床拉舍尔编织。因此,各种编织技术可以用于制造承拉构件50。
为了本论述,术语“纱线”或其变化形式旨在涵盖可用于形成织物的各种一般的一维材料(例如,丝、纤维、线、绳、股以及其的组合)。承拉构件50的特性可能涉及在纱线中使用的具体材料。可能与为承拉构件50选择具体的纱线而相关的特性的实施例包括抗拉强度、拉伸模量、密度、柔韧性、韧性、耐磨性,及耐降解性(例如,来自水、光以及化学品)。用于纱线的合适材料的实施例包括人造丝、尼龙、聚酯、聚丙烯酸、丝、棉、碳、玻璃、芳香族聚酰胺(例如,对位芳纶纤维和间位芳纶纤维)、超高分子量聚乙烯以及液晶聚合物。尽管这些材料中的每种呈现适合承拉构件50的特性,但是这些材料中的每种呈现材料特性的不同组合。因此,在选择承拉构件50中的纱线的材料方面,可以比较由这些材料中的每种形成的纱线的特性。此外,在选择承拉构件50的具体构造方面,可以考虑与编织类型或织物类型和纱线的组合有关的因素。
第一制造工艺
尽管各种制造工艺可用于形成腔33,但现在将讨论合适工艺的实施例。一般情况下,工艺包括(a)使用层压装置以将一对聚合物片41′和42′固定于承拉构件50的相反侧(即,固定于承拉层51和52),并且然后(b)使用结合装置以形成聚合物片41′和42′之间的周边结合44。尽管使用层压装置和单独的结合装置,但是也可以使用层压和结合的单一装置以实质上在单一步骤内制造腔33。
参考图15,层压装置60被描绘成包括上部分61和相对的下部分62。另外,间隔件63固定于下部分62,并形成与上部分61非平行的表面。鉴于部分61和62的相对表面为基本上平行的,间隔件63具有逐渐变薄的构造,从而形成与上部分61非平行的表面。尽管间隔件63中的斜度可以显著地改变,然而合适的斜度是跨越间隔件63每30厘米(即,约12英寸)0.50毫米(即,约0.020英寸),但是可以在从0.05毫米到13毫米的范围内变动。也就是说,间隔件63在一个区域中的厚度可以比30厘米远的区域中的厚度大至少0.50毫米,或者差可以更大或更小。

在压缩的同时,可以由层压装置60发出射频能量(RF能量),以便加热聚合物片41′、聚合物片42′和承拉构件50。更具体地,射频能量可以从上部分61传递到下部分62和间隔件63。在上部分61和间隔件63之间通过的射频能量的量至少部分地取决于上部分61和间隔件63之间的间隔。考虑到间隔件63的逐渐变薄的构造,间隔件63具有较大厚度的区域比间隔件63具有较小厚度的区域更接近上部分61。因此,腔33的组件将在间隔件63具有较大厚度的区域中暴露于更多的射频能量,而腔33的组件将在间隔件63具有较小厚度的区域中暴露于更少的射频能量。因此,层压装置60内的非平行表面对聚合物片41′、聚合物片42′和承拉构件50的不同区域给予不同的射频能量程度。
在压缩和辐射射频能量(即,加热)之后,层压装置60打开,以便可以取出聚合物片41′、聚合物片42′以及承拉构件50,如图16C和17所描绘的。对于聚合物片41′和42′的压缩和加热造成了元件之间的结合。更具体地,压缩和加热引起聚合物片41′与上承拉层51结合,也引起聚合物片42′与下承拉层52结合。此外,由于间隔件63的逐渐变薄,压缩和射频能量上的差异有效地缩短一些连接构件53的长度。更具体地,压缩和加热(a)使连接构件53的一部分变形,或(b)引起来自聚合物片41′、聚合物片42′或补充层的聚合物材料渗入承拉构件50,从而在压缩和加热最大的区域中有效地缩短连接构件53的长度。根据压缩和辐射的程度,聚合物材料的变形和渗透都可以引起连接构件53的缩短。因此,压缩和辐射上的差异有效地赋予承拉构件50逐渐变薄的构造。也就是说,与组件位于鞋跟区域13内的部分相比,腔33的组件位于鞋前部区域11中的部分上的较大的压力和热赋予承拉构件50和腔33逐渐变薄的构造。
根据用于承拉构件50与聚合物层41′和42′的特定材料,便于结合的温度范围可以从120达到200摄氏度(从248达到392华氏度)或以上。作为实施例,具有热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物的交替层的材料可被加热至149-188摄氏度(300至370华氏度)范围的温度,以便结合。如上所述,尽管可以使用射频能量,但是可以使用不同辐射加热器或其他设备,以加热腔33的组件,或者可以加热层压装置60,使得层压装置60和腔33的组件之间的接触将温度提高至便于结合的水平。
基于上面的论述,压力和热中的一个或两者可以用于赋予腔33的造型。虽然由层压装置60施加压力和热,但也可以在使用层压装置60之前改变承拉构件50的形状。也就是说,可以使用单独的装置以压缩或加热承拉构件50,以便有效地缩短连接构件53。此外,间隔件63的逐渐变薄赋予承拉构件50中相应的斜度,而其他轮廓(即,凸起和凹陷)也可以通过改变间隔件63的表面特征来形成。

第二制造工艺
现将论述用于腔33的合适的制造工艺的另一实施例。参考图21,可用在制造工艺中的热成型装置80被描绘成包括上模具部分81和下模具部分82。一般情况下,该工艺包括使用热成型装置80,以(a)将承拉构件50结合至聚合物片41′和42′中的每个,(b)成形聚合物片41′和42′,以及(c)形成两个聚合物片41′和42′之间的周边结合44。鉴于在上述第一制造工艺中使用层压装置60和结合装置70,在此制造工艺中仅使用热成型装置80。

在图22B所描绘的阶段,可以通过模具部分81和82中的不同真空口将空气从聚合物片41′和42′周围的区域部分地排空。排空空气的目的是拉动聚合物片41′和42′,与热成型装置80的各个轮廓相接触。这确保了聚合物片41′和42′被按照热成型装置80的轮廓适当地成形。注意聚合物片41′和42′可以伸展,以便在承拉构件50周围延伸并进入热成型装置80。与腔33中屏障40的厚度相比,聚合物片41′和42′可以呈现更大的厚度。由于在此热成型工艺阶段期间发生的伸展,可以产生聚合物片41′和42′的初始厚度和屏障40的最终得到的厚度之间的这种差异。
为了提供用于将聚合物片41′和42′拉动进入与热成型装置80的各个轮廓的接触中的第二工具,聚合物片41′和42′与承拉构件50近端之间的区域可以加压。在此方法的预备阶段,可将注射针定位在聚合物片41′和42′之间,并且注射针可以被定位成使得脊83和84在热成型装置80闭合时包住注射针。随后可以从注射针注入气体,使得聚合物片41′和42′接合脊83和84,从而在聚合物片41′和42′之间形成膨胀管道。随后气体可以通过膨胀管道,从而进入并加压承拉构件50近端区域。与真空结合,内部压力确保聚合物片41′和42′接触热成型装置80的各个部分。
随着热成型装置80进一步闭合,脊83和84将聚合物片41′和42′结合在一起,如图22C所描绘的,从而形成周边结合44。此外,由不同的弹簧86所支撑的可移动的嵌入物85可以压下,以在组件上施加压力,从而将聚合物片41′和42′结合至承拉构件50。如上所述,补充层或热塑性线可以并入承拉构件50,以便促进承拉构件50和屏障40之间的结合。通过嵌入物85施加在组件上的压力确保补充层或热塑性线形成与聚合物片41′和42′的结合。
上模具部分81的表面和嵌入物85的表面在图22A-22C的每个中被描绘为具有斜的构造。与以上所述的间隔件63一样,表面的斜的构造可以对形成腔33的组件的不同区域给予不同的压力程度。作为选择,使用具有变化的可压缩性程度的弹簧86可以对形成腔33的组件的不同区域给予不同的压力程度。
作为实施例,当连接构件受拉时,承拉构件50可以初始具有13毫米的厚度。为了促使承拉构件50与聚合物片41′和42′中的每个之间的结合,嵌入物85的表面和上模具部分81的相对表面之间的距离可以是4.45毫米(即,约0.175英寸)。为了促使结合并施加足够的压力以赋予斜度,嵌入物85的表面和上模具部分81的相对表面之间的距离可以是3.81毫米(即,约0.150英寸)。因此,0.64厘米的斜度可足以对腔33赋予造型。根据不同的因素(如温度、材料特性),合适的斜度可以在从0.05毫米至13毫米的范围内变动。
由于嵌入物85的逐渐变薄或使用具有变化的可压缩性程度的弹簧而造成的压缩上的差异有效地缩短一些连接构件53的长度。更具体地,压缩(a)使得连接构件53的一部分变形,或(b)引起来自聚合物片41′、聚合物片42′或补充层的聚合物材料渗入承拉构件50,从而在压缩最大的区域中有效地缩短连接构件53的长度。根据施加到组件的压缩和热的程度,聚合物材料的变形和渗透都可以造成连接构件53的缩短。因此,压缩上的差异有效地赋予承拉构件50逐渐变薄的构造。
当结合完成时,打开热成型装置80,取出并允许冷却腔33和聚合物片41′和42′的多余部分,如图23所描绘的。流体可被通过膨胀管道注入腔33。此外,密封工艺用于在加压之后密封邻近腔33的膨胀管道。随后,去除聚合物片41′和42′的多余部分,从而完成腔33的制造。作为选择,可以颠倒膨胀和去除多余材料的顺序。作为工艺中的最后步骤,可以测试腔33,并随后将腔33并入鞋类10的鞋底夹层31中。
基于以上论述,热成型装置80用于(a)赋予聚合物片41′形状,以便形成上屏障部分41和侧壁部分43的上部区域,(b)赋予聚合物片42′形状,以便形成下屏障部分42和侧壁屏障部分43的下部区域,以及(c)形成聚合物片41′和42′之间的周边结合44。来自热成型装置80的压缩力还(a)将聚合物片41′和42′结合至承拉构件50,并且(b)有效地缩短连接构件53中的一些的长度。
另外的构造
可以用于鞋类10的流体填充腔33的合适构造被描绘在图3-9中。还可以使用各种其他的构造。参考图24A,腔33被描绘成具有可在鞋跟区域13中使用的构造。鉴于图3-9描绘了从鞋跟区域13延伸到鞋前部区域11的构造,腔33的一些构造则可以限于鞋跟区域13。同样,图24B描绘了可限于鞋前部区域11的腔33的构造。在其他构造中,腔33可以呈现叶状结构,如图24C所描绘的。
腔33被以上论述成在鞋跟区域13和鞋前部区域11之间逐渐变薄。如图7和8所描绘的,例如,斜度相对平滑,使得腔33的厚度从鞋跟区域13连续减小至鞋前部区域11。作为选择,腔33可被形成以在鞋跟区域13和鞋前部区域11中具有平面区域,在鞋中部区域12中具有过渡区,如图25A所描绘的。为了提高腔33的柔韧性,承拉构件50可被形成以具有相对薄的区域,该相对薄的区域在屏障部分41和42中的一个或两个中形成凹陷。例如,腔33在图25B中被描绘成在鞋前部区域11中具有一对凹陷,该一对凹陷提高了腔33的与足部的掌指关节相对应的位置处的柔韧性。在另外的构造中,承拉构件50可以以为支撑足部的足弓而在鞋中部区域12中提供突起的方式被压缩,如图25C所描绘的。
除了逐渐变薄,上屏障部分41可被制定轮廓以提供足部的支撑。例如,连接构件53可以被缩短以在鞋跟区域13中形成凹陷,用于容纳足部的足跟,如图26A所描绘的。凹陷也可以位于下屏障部分42中,如图26B所描绘的。为了形成凹陷或以其他方式赋予腔33弯曲的造型,层压装置60或热成型装置80可以被形成以具有弯曲的表面。也就是说,除了平面和非平行,层压装置60和热成型装置80内的表面可以被弯曲以赋予非平行的形状。在一些构造中,腔33可以在内侧面15和外侧面14之间逐渐变薄,如图26C所描绘的。例如,这种斜度可以在奔跑过程中减小足部内旋的速度。
周边结合44被描绘成位于上屏障部分41和下屏障部分42之间。也就是说,周边结合44在屏障部分41和42之间被居中。然而,在其他构造中,周边结合44可以位于与屏障部分41和42中的任何一个相同的平面上。作为实施例,周边结合44在图26D中被描绘为与上屏障部分41持平。因此,在此构造中,上聚合物层71一般限于形成上屏障部分41,而下聚合物层72形成下屏障部分42和侧壁屏障部分43。此构造的优点是,当侧壁屏障部分43可视于鞋类10的侧面14和15中的任何一个上时,侧壁屏障部分43的可视性被提高。
腔33被以上论述成具有适合于鞋类的构造。除了鞋类,具有类似构造的腔可以被并入其他类型的服装和运动装备,包括头盔、手套以及用于诸如橄榄球和曲棍球的运动的保护性填充。类似腔也可被并入垫子与家庭用品和工业产品中使用的其他可压缩结构。参考图27,具有英式足球构造的球90被描述为包括多个五角和六角面91。每个面91具有与腔33相似的流体填充腔的构造。更具体地,参考图28和图29,面91之一被描绘成具有屏障92和位于屏障92内的承拉构件93。每个面91具有联合以形成球90的大致球面形状的弯曲表面。在形成每个面91并赋予面91弯曲造型中,类似于层压装置60或热成型装置80的装置可以被形成以具有弯曲表面。也就是说,除了平面和非平行,层压装置60和热成型装置80内的表面可被弯曲以将弯曲构造赋予面91的表面。
另外的制造工艺
在每个上述制造工艺中,使用非平行的或以其他方式制定轮廓的装置以赋予腔33轮廓。更具体地,间隔件63固定于下部分62,并形成与层压装置60中的上部分61非平行的表面,而上模具部分81的表面和嵌入物85的表面在热成型装置80中具有斜的构造。作为非并行的或以其他方式制定轮廓的装置的替代,其他特征可以被用来赋予腔33轮廓。
热成型装置80的另一构造描绘在图30A中,其中,上模具部分81的表面和嵌入物85的表面具有非斜的或基本上平行的构造。为了参考,第一侧面87a和第二侧面87b也被标识在图30A中。虽然热成型装置80的表面是非斜的,但是可以通过将侧面87a和87b加热到不同的温度来赋予腔33轮廓。一般情况下,热成型装置80的具有较大温度的区域将引起腔33中的减小的厚度,而热成型装置80的具有较小温度的区域将引起腔33中的较大厚度。通过将侧面87b加热到比侧面87a大的温度,腔33的在侧面87b中形成的部分将具有比腔33的在侧面87a中形成的部分小的厚度。此外,通过连续地改变侧面87a和87b之间的热成型装置80的温度,腔33将经受可产生图7和图8中描绘的斜的构造的一系列的温度。也就是说,温度可以沿热成型装置80的长度连续地改变,以便产生厚度沿腔33长度的渐变。
热成型装置80的构造,其中上模具部分81的表面和嵌入物85的表面具有非斜的或实质上平行的构造,也可以另一种方式来使用以赋予腔33斜度。参考图30B,聚合物片41′和42′被描述为具有逐渐变薄的构造。此外,聚合物片41′和42′在侧面87a中的部分比聚合物片41′和42′在侧面87b中的部分薄。作为实施例,聚合物片41′和42′可以从1.10毫米(即,约0.045英寸)逐渐变至1.90毫米(即,约0.075英寸)。一般情况下,聚合物片41′和42′具有较大厚度的区域将对应于腔33呈现较小厚度的区域。因此,腔33在侧面87a中形成的部分将具有比腔33在侧面87b中形成的部分大的厚度。此外,聚合物片41′和42′中的连续斜度将引起沿腔33的长度的连续倾斜,如图7和图8所描绘的。也就是说,聚合物片41′和42′的厚度可以连续改变,以便引起厚度沿腔33的长度的渐变。
以上并在附图中关于各种构造公开了本发明。然而,本公开内容的目的是提供与本发明相关的不同特征和概念的实施例,而不是限制本发明的范围。相关领域中的技术人员将认识到,在不偏离如由所附权利要求限定的本发明范围的情况下可对上述构造做出许多变化形式和改变。

Claims (12)

1.一种制造流体填充腔的方法,所述方法包括:
将织物承拉构件定位在两个聚合物元件之间;
将热以第一温度施加至所述承拉构件和所述聚合物元件的第一区域;
将热以第二温度施加至所述承拉构件和所述聚合物元件的第二区域,所述第一温度比所述第二温度高;以及
在所述承拉构件的周边周围将所述聚合物元件结合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,包括连续地改变所述第一区域和所述第二区域之间的热的步骤。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括将所述腔并入鞋类物品的步骤。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,还包括将所述第一区域定位在所述鞋类的鞋前部区域中并将所述第二区域定位在所述鞋类的鞋跟区域中的步骤。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中施加热的步骤包括通过射频能量施加热。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括压缩所述承拉构件和所述聚合物元件;
其中用层压装置进行以第一温度施加热、以第二温度施加热和压缩所述承拉构件和所述聚合物元件的步骤,以(a)将所述聚合物元件结合至承拉层,(b)减小连接构件的至少一部分的长度;以及(c)在所述承拉构件的周边周围将所述聚合物元件结合在一起。
7.一种制造流体填充腔的方法,所述方法包括:
将织物承拉构件定位在两个聚合物元件之间,所述聚合物元件中的至少一个具有逐渐变薄的厚度;
对所述承拉构件和所述聚合物元件施加压力,以将所述聚合物元件结合至所述承拉构件;以及
在所述承拉构件的周边周围将所述聚合物元件结合在一起。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述聚合物元件中的两个都具有所述逐渐变薄的厚度。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,还包括将所述腔并入鞋类物品的步骤。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,还包括将所述流体填充腔的第一区域定位在鞋类物品的鞋前部区域中和将第二区域定位在所述鞋类物品的鞋跟区域中的步骤。
11.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中用层压装置进行施加压力的步骤和加热所述承拉构件和所述聚合物元件的步骤,以将所述聚合物元件结合至所述承拉构件的相反侧。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中加热的步骤包括通过射频能量施加热。
