背景技术

面板15设有多个通槽23,所述通槽23平行地伸展,或者在一个变体中,以不相交方式伸展。在图7中示出的实施方案中,所述槽在宽度方向上伸展。所述槽23之间限定带24。例如,所述槽被间隔开5毫米,以及所述槽具有1毫米的宽度,从而限定在它们之间的带具有4毫米的宽度。自然地,仅通过示例的方式给出这些值。确定所述槽的长度和数目,使得被所述槽覆盖的区域完全覆盖了页片13和14的切口19和20的轮廓线。换句话说,所述槽的端部形成一个闭合曲线,所述轮廓线19和20可内切于所述闭合曲线内。为了示出上述情况,在图7中,点划线25示出了投射在面板15上的轮廓线19和20的图像。所述图像完全内切于所述槽端部的轮廓线中。
通过任何合适的装置在所述面板15中形成所述槽,例如通过冲压操作。
在图8中示出了下一步骤。它包括:跨越所述带和所述槽,将线状物从所述槽端部的轮廓线的一个边缘受到张力地安装至另一边缘;以及,在线状物穿过时将所述线状物缝合至每一所述带。在所示出的实施方案中,缝纫机被用于沿着平行线27来缝合面板15,所述平行线27彼此连接在一起,从而形成连续的锯齿状物(créneau)28。所述线27指向所述槽的方向的横向,从而相继地穿过槽和带。在图8中,所述线在高度方向上。以常规的方式,该机器通过两股线状物来缝合所述面板,从而形成直针。所述线状物的股沿着对应面伸展,并且在缝合点处交叉。所述机器的缝合节距限定为,使得缝合点位于所述槽23的每一个中,并且朝向每一带24的中部,即所述节距是所述槽的间隔的一半。
优选地,所述锯齿状物28是相同的,并且所述线27彼此等距,并且具有相同的长度。因而,在某些周缘区中,所述线伸展到所述槽端部的轮廓线外。
在图9中示出的下一步骤中,例如借助于切割刀片在所述线27之间分割所述带。所述分割线28平行于所述线状物、在每一所述锯齿状物28内部伸展。
以这种方式在高度方向上所分割的带24形成所述闪片6,以及所述线27形成所述线状物5,用于悬挂所述闪片。
在组装所述卡的下一步骤中,所述面板15被插在面板13和14之间,并且例如借助于粘合剂或任何其他合适的方式将它们组装在一起。闪片6出现在前面板13中的切口轮廓线19内,并且它们允许穿过面板14中的切口可看到面板16。在所述悬置线状物5扭转的作用下,所述闪片具有围绕展平位置的不同朝向,在所述展平位置中,所述闪片位于所述面板15的平面中。当所述卡被折叠关闭时,所述闪片旋转的幅度被限制在页片1的厚度内。当打开所述卡时,所述闪片可旋转通过一个较大的幅度。
一些闪片(即那些位于轮廓线图像25以外的闪片),连同悬挂有所述闪片的线状物的部分,被掩蔽。它们被保持闭锁在这两个面板13和14的实心部分之间。
自然地,仅通过实施例的方式给出本说明,在不背离本发明的范围的前提下,可采用本发明的其他实施方式。
特别地,所述线状物的数目是非限制性的,仅有必要具有至少两个线状物。
此外,第二页片16是可选的。同样,这两个面板13和14中的一个,尤其是所述背面板14,是可选的。
如果两个面板都存在,则所述面板中的一个即所述前面板13或所述背面板14中的切口是可选的,或者所述切口具有的形状可以不同于另一面板中的切口的形状。例如,一个轮廓线可以是其他轮廓线的位似(homothétie)的缩小。这时,确定所述槽端部的轮廓线,使所述两个切口的轮廓线内切于所述槽端部的轮廓线中,以使得所述较大切口的轮廓线内切于所述槽端部的轮廓线中。
所述切口的轮廓线未必是闭合曲线,还可具有一个开口朝外部的切口轮廓线,尤其是,在平行于所述线状物的方向的一侧上打开口的轮廓线。
此外,所述切口可由多个部分组成,使得所述部分一起形成一组物品或一组字母。
当切割所述带以形成所述闪片时,可形成在两个相邻线状物之间彼此靠近的两个切割线,从而在宽度方向上形成所述闪片之间的自由间隙。
所述闪片还可以具有不同于上面所描述的矩形形状的形状。

Claims (10)

1.一种装饰卡,包括至少一个页片(1),一个切口被形成在该页片上且由一个切口轮廓线所限定,其特征在于,它具有:至少两个线状物(5),其受到张力地跨越所述切口轮廓线,所述线状物(5)是不相交的;以及多个闪片(6),所述闪片被保持悬挂在受到张力的每一个所述线状物(5)上,从而覆盖由所述切口轮廓线限定的区域的至少一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡,其特征在于,所述线状物(5)相互平行。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卡,其特征在于,所述闪片(6)由槽(23)分隔开,所述槽(23)在所述线状物(5)方向的横向上伸展。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卡,其特征在于,所述槽(23)被形成在与承载所述切口的面板(13)不同的面板(15)上,以及所述槽(23)具有限定槽端部轮廓线的端部,以及所述切口轮廓线完全内切于所述槽端部轮廓线内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卡,其特征在于,所述闪片(6)具有相同的形状和相同的尺寸。
6.根据权利要求1,2和5中的任一项所述的卡,其特征在于,所述闪片(6)在面积上覆盖所述切口轮廓线的区域的至少70%。
7.根据权利要求1,2和5中的任一项所述的卡,其特征在于,所述线状物(5)包括沿着闪片(6)的对应面受到张力的线状物的两个股(5’,5”),以及所述线状物的股(5’,5”)在位于闪片(6)的中间部分的孔中交叉,以及在将所述闪片(6)从上方闪片以及下方闪片分隔开的间隙中交叉。
8.根据权利要求1,2和5中的任一项所述的卡,其特征在于,线状物(5)在每一闪片(6)的中间部分中穿过每一闪片(6)两次。
9.根据权利要求1,2和5中的任一项所述的卡,其特征在于,所述闪片(6)在面积上覆盖所述切口轮廓线的区域的至少80%。
10.一种制造装饰卡的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
·在第一面板(13,14)中形成一个切口,从而限定由切口轮廓线限定的区域;
·在第二面板(15)中形成不相交的槽(23),使所述槽内切在所述槽端部的轮廓线中,所述切口轮廓线能够内切在所述槽端部的轮廓线中,所述槽在其之间限定连续的带(24);
·在所述槽的总体方向的横向方向上,沿着不相交的线(27)使至少两个线状物(5)受到张力地跨越所述槽端部的轮廓线,同时将所述线状物连接至每一所述带(24);
·在两个连续的线之间分割所述带(24),从而形成多个由所述线状物(5)保持悬挂的单独的闪片(6);
·将所述第一面板(13,14)和所述第二面板(15)叠置。
