复卷机下刀刃磨装置,主要由底座1、纵向溜板3、回转支座4、电机6、砂轮架7和跟刀架8等组成,在底座1上装有纵向溜板3,纵向溜板3下方的燕尾型导轨上装有移动丝杠2,在纵向溜板3上设有回转支座4,在回转支座4上装有进给丝杠13、电机6和砂轮架7,在底座1上还装有跟刀架轴11,跟刀架轴11上设有跟刀架8,跟刀架8内设有四个滚动轴承。跟刀架8的两个架框通过上下两个拉杆固定成一体。跟刀架8前后共设置有两付。本发明不必卸下下刀轴,在复卷机上直接修磨下刀刃,修磨方便、省时省力、刃磨质量稳定。

复卷机下刀刃磨装置
技术领域
本发明主要用于薄卷材复卷机下刀的修刃磨削,一种复卷机下刀刃磨装置。 
背景技术
薄卷材复卷机所使用的上刀和下刀的结构有所区别,上刀是一片片圆盘状薄刀片,下刀的形状是在一侧为一平面而另一侧开有刃口的圆台状,只有上刀和下刀啮合部位的刀刃都保持锋利方能保证分切质量。以分切纸张为例,当累计工作60小时左右必须对上刀和下刀进行修磨,否则就会影响加工质量。对于下刀,传统的修磨方式是卸下下刀轴,采用下刀轴的中心孔定位,当下刀轴的中心孔发生磨损或安装不当造成轴心线偏移就会影响修磨质量,由此导致分切质量难以得到保证,经常拆卸下刀轴费时费力也很麻烦。 
本发明的目的是:为了克服传统下刀修磨方式存在的不足,由此设计了不必卸下下刀轴,在复卷机上直接修磨下刀刃,修磨方便、省时省力、刃磨质量稳定的一种复卷机下刀刃磨装置。 
发明内容
复卷机下刀刃磨装置,主要由底座1、纵向溜板3、回转支座4、电机6、砂轮架7和跟刀架8等组成,在底座1上装有纵向溜板3,纵向溜板3下方的燕尾型导轨上装有移动丝杠2,在纵向溜板3上设有回转支座4,在回转支座4上装有进给丝杠13、电机6和砂轮架7,在底座1上还装有跟刀架轴11,跟刀架轴11上设有跟刀架8,跟刀架8内设有四个滚动轴承。跟刀架8的两个架框通过上下两个拉杆固定成一体。跟刀架8前后共设置有 两付。 
本发明的有益效果是:不必卸下下刀轴,在复卷机上直接修磨下刀刃,修磨方便、省时省力、刃磨质量稳定。

具体实施方式
复卷机下刀刃磨装置,实施时,底座1可以采用铸造成型,然后在其上面加工出燕尾型导轨,纵向溜板3的下面加工出燕尾槽,上面装有回转支座4,回转支座4的回转是为了调整砂轮与下刀的磨削角,装在回转支座4上的电机6和砂轮架7由进给手轮5通过进给丝杠13调整位置和进给量,在底座1的下部装有两个跟刀架轴11,装在跟刀架轴11上的跟刀架8在其框架中间装有四个滚动轴承10。本发明工作时,把两个跟刀架8套装在下刀轴9上,滚动轴承10可以随下刀轴一起转动。由于下刀刃的切削角小于90度,因此通过回转支座4调整砂轮的磨削角,当将砂轮和下刀调整到最佳位置后即可启动砂轮电机和下刀转动电机开始工作,一般情况下下刀轴的转速在每分钟20转左右。

1.复卷机下刀刃磨装置,主要由底座(1)、纵向溜板(3)、回转支座(4)、电机(6)、砂轮架(7)和跟刀架(8)等组成,其特征在于在底座(1)上装有纵向溜板(3),纵向溜板(3)下方的燕尾型导轨上装有移动丝杠(2),在纵向溜板(3)上设有回转支座(4),在回转支座(4)上装有进给丝杠(13)、电机(6)和砂轮架(7),在底座(1)上还装有跟刀架轴(11),跟刀架轴(11)上设有跟刀架(8),跟刀架(8)内设有四个滚动轴承。
2.如权利要求1所述的复卷机下刀刃磨装置,其特征在于所说的跟刀架(8)的两个架框通过上下两个拉杆固定成一体。
3.如权利要求1所述的复卷机下刀刃磨装置,其特征在于所说的跟刀架(8)前后共设置有两付。
