西医认为输卵管不通主要是在月经期不注重卫生或有性生活、宫腔手术消毒不严格、性传播等诱发因素下，链球菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等病原菌通过上行性、血行性或直接蔓延，侵入输卵管黏膜，使黏膜血管扩张、淤血，白细胞聚集，黏膜肿胀，纤维素渗出，而导致输卵管管腔粘连、狭隘、不畅，以致不通.可以是双侧输卵管，也可以是单侧输卵管。由于输卵管炎造成管腔的堵塞和与四周组织的粘连，经常引发妇女不孕、盆腔痛等不怠后果。

制备方法：按比例称取白芍药、川芎、吴茱萸、红花、穿山甲、泽兰、覆盆子、香附、熟地黄、丹参、赤芍药、桂枝、牡丹皮、阿胶、菟丝子、乌药、益智仁、杜仲、益母草、茯神、石菖蒲、牛膝、秦艽、细辛各味药物，分别去除杂质，晾干炒黄，将药物混合，加三倍量药物的清水浸泡3小时，移入砂锅中大火至沸，然后文火煎煮3小时，滤出药液，再加二倍量药物的清水继续煎煮2小时，取上清液送蒸发器浓缩制成浸膏，浸膏送入烘干箱内于130℃温度下烘干，粉碎成300-400细末，消毒后按0.5g/粒装入胶囊，即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗因输卵管梗阻而引发不孕不育症的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料药制成：
白芍药10-15份、川芎8-12份、吴茱萸8-12份、红花5-8份、
穿山甲15-20份、泽兰8-12份、覆盆子12-18份、香附5-8份、
熟地黄12-18份、丹参8-12份、赤芍药10-15份、桂枝6-10份、
牡丹皮12-18份、阿胶8-12份、菟丝子5-8份、乌药8-12份、
益智仁15-20份、杜仲10-15份、益母草15-20份、茯神12-18份、
石菖蒲5-8份、牛膝8-12份、秦艽5-8份、细辛8-10份、
枸杞子12-14份、桔梗12-18份、防风5-8份、干姜8-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗因输卵管梗阻而引发不孕不育症的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料药制成：
白芍药12份、川芎10份、吴茱萸10份、红花6份、
穿山甲18份、泽兰10份、覆盆子15份、香附7份、
熟地黄15份、丹参10份、赤芍药12份、桂枝8份、
牡丹皮15份、阿胶10份、菟丝子6份、乌药10份、
益智仁18份、杜仲12份、益母草18份、茯神15份、
石菖蒲7份、牛膝10份、秦艽6份、细辛9份、
枸杞子13份、桔梗15份、防风6份、干姜10份。
