Abstract
一种超前留巷施工抽采工程的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法,首先在采煤工作面的前方向煤层预施工一个钻孔,确定煤层内的顶、底板楔形竖向裂隙区存在的位置;在沿空留巷工序开始之间,在推进采煤工作面的前方分组在顶板、底板和沿空留两帮钻孔施工瓦斯抽采钻孔,之后采煤工作面向前推进越过瓦斯抽采钻孔,向前推进的同时,边推进边在紧挨采空区边缘砌筑充填墙体,随着采煤工作面不断向前推进,完成采煤工作面后方的沿空留巷;待抽采瓦斯压力流量值大幅减小时,对顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔进行封堵。无需在留巷内进行钻孔施工,减少了对留巷断面尺寸的要求,降低了对断面收敛量的要求,增加了有效抽采瓦斯的时间。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及超前留巷施工抽采工程的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法,尤其适用于煤矿深部低透气性高瓦斯煤层群的开采。
背景技术
[0002] 对于高瓦斯、高地压、低透气性煤层群采用的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采技术,沿首采工作面采空区边缘快速机械化构筑高强支撑体将回采巷道保留下来,形成无煤柱连续开采,实现全面卸压开采,在留巷内布置上下向高低位抽采钻孔直达瓦斯抽采富集区,实现连续抽采卸压瓦斯与工作面同步推进。无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法是绿色开采、科学采矿的重要实现方法,能够把瓦斯作为一种资源在开采煤炭的同时将本煤层和邻近煤层的卸压瓦斯一同抽采出来并加以利用,实现了高采出率,降低掘进率,减少了冲击地压,保证了资源的利用率。邻近煤层的瓦斯抽采后可以转变为低瓦斯煤层,达到安全高效开采。
[0003]目前,无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采的方法主要有两种:一是岩巷钻孔法,即煤炭开采之前在首采煤层的顶板或底板预先布置岩石巷道,并在巷道内布置抽采工程(主要是钻孔),在煤炭开采后抽采卸压瓦斯,这种方法一般要开掘与工作面走向长度几乎等长的岩石巷道,抽采工程成本高,存在岩石工程量大,抽采工程可靠性难以保证等缺点,在采掘接替紧张的情况下,很难有充足的时间布置岩石抽采巷道,故而就无充足的时间布置顶底板抽采工程抽采邻近煤层的瓦斯。另外,一般在岩石巷道内预施工钻孔抽采瓦斯,由于原始煤层瓦斯透气性较低,预抽采瓦斯的效果较差。
[0004] 二是留巷钻孔法,在采煤工作面推进之后保留一条或两条回采巷道,然后在沿空留巷内施工瓦斯抽采工程(主要是钻孔)抽采相邻煤层的卸压瓦斯,由于瓦斯抽采工程全部在沿空留巷施工,对留巷断面尺寸要求高,而且留巷工艺和抽采工艺涉及的工序多,难以协调管理;留巷内的瓦斯抽采施工的设备需要占用较大的空间,但为保证留巷断面又必须架设多排单体液压支柱或其他支护材料,两者相互矛盾,留巷内施工不便。且现有技术条件下一般采用在沿空留巷工序完成之后和工作面推进后方一定距离,实施瓦斯抽采工程,由于设备安装、瓦斯抽采工程的实施所耗费的时间,使得抽采瓦斯的时长有限。
发明内容
[0005] 技术问题:本发明的目的是针对已有技术存在的局限性,提供一种方法简单、操作方便、减少留巷断面尺寸、便于施工、延长瓦斯抽采时间、有利于高效抽采瓦斯的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法。
[0006] 技术方案:本发明的超前留巷施工瓦斯抽采钻孔的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法:
[0007] a.先在采煤工作面的前方向煤层预施工一个钻孔,用钻孔窥视仪窥视该钻孔,通过窥视该钻孔观察采煤工作面推进过程中钻孔内的裂隙变化情况,以此确定煤层内的顶、底板楔形竖向裂隙区存在的位置;
[0008] b.预设瓦斯抽采管道,在推进采煤工作面的前方分组直接在顶板、底板和两帮钻孔施工瓦斯抽采钻孔、或布置瓦斯抽采钻场后再进行巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的钻孔,并安装与瓦斯抽采管道相连通的瓦斯抽采管路;
[0009] c.待采煤工作面前方的顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔施工完毕后,采煤工作面向前推进越过瓦斯抽采钻孔,向前推进的同时,边推进边在紧挨采空区边缘砌筑充填墙体,随着采煤工作面不断向前推进,完成采煤工作面后方的沿空留巷;

[0012] 所述施工顶板的瓦斯抽采钻孔尽量靠近非回采侧,且在楔形竖向裂隙区内;所述在采煤工作面前方每组直接在顶板、底板和两帮钻孔施工的瓦斯抽采钻孔为2〜6个;每组布置瓦斯抽采钻场后再进行巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的钻孔(4)数量为2〜10个;所述在巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔分别穿过上覆煤层和下覆煤层。
[0013] 有益效果:本发明能够大大增强煤与瓦斯共采系统可靠性的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采,能够大大减少留巷断面尺寸,降低对初始留巷断面尺寸的要求,便于施工,延长瓦斯的抽采时间,有利于高效抽采瓦斯。优点如下:
[0014] 1.本发明将抽采瓦斯的顶板或底板抽采钻孔,超前工作面施工完毕,避免了在工作面推进后,沿空留巷工序施工完毕后再进行打钻孔抽采瓦斯的工作,减少了对留巷断面的尺寸要求,降低了对初始留巷断面尺寸的要求,节约了顶底板抽采工程所耗费的时间,使得抽采瓦斯的时间长大大延长,有利于瓦斯的抽采工作。
[0015] 2.本发明将顶板钻孔布置在楔形竖向裂隙区内,该竖向裂隙发育区的存在,为采空区积存的高浓度瓦斯和上覆卸压煤岩层的卸压瓦斯流动提供了流动通道和空间,是采空区高浓度瓦斯富集区域。采空区遗煤解吸瓦斯和上、下邻近煤层卸压瓦斯通过采动裂隙流向采空区,并在采空区及其顶板竖向裂隙区内聚集,形成高浓度瓦斯库。将瓦斯抽采工程布置在该竖向裂隙发育区内,不但可以尽量完好的保存瓦斯抽采钻孔的形状,且有利于瓦斯抽采工作的进行能够较完好的保存瓦斯抽采钻孔的形状,增强了煤与瓦斯共采系统的可靠性。

具体实施方式
[0019] 如图1所示,本发明的超前留巷施工抽采工程的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法,在沿空留巷3中布设瓦斯抽采管道和瓦斯抽采工程,且瓦斯抽采管道和瓦斯抽采工程相互贯通。煤层瓦斯通过瓦斯抽采工程和瓦斯抽采管道进入矿井瓦斯抽采系统。超前工作面布置的钻孔距工作面前方的距离可以是O〜500 m,对于超前工作面施工钻孔的直径可以是10〜350 mm,对于预施工钻孔的数量可以是2〜10个,对于预施工钻孔的角度可以是0°〜180°,对于沿空留巷的布置形式可以是高水高效充填、现浇混凝土隔墙充填、大型自移式沿空留巷充填、桶柱方式巷帮支护、膏体混凝土充填、柔模支护等,充填墙体的宽度可以是0.5〜4 m,高度可以是0.5〜4 m。具体步骤如下:
[0020] a.首先确定楔形竖向裂隙区的位置。在采煤工作面2的前方向煤层预施工一个钻孔,用钻孔窥视仪窥视该钻孔,通过窥视该钻孔观察采煤工作面2推进过程中钻孔内的裂隙变化情况,以此确定煤层内的顶、底板楔形竖向裂隙区存在的位置;所述竖向裂隙区分为顶板卸压裂隙区和底板卸压裂隙区,其中,顶板卸压裂隙区位于采煤工作面沿空留巷3的顶板冒落带以上的采动影响裂隙带内和卸压弯曲下沉带煤层中,底板卸压裂隙区位于工作面沿空留巷3的底板岩层移动离层裂隙带内。研究和实践表明:首采关键卸压层开采后,在采空区上部走向方向上存在一连通的竖向裂隙发育区。该竖向裂隙发育区的存在,为采空区积存的高浓度瓦斯和上覆卸压煤岩层的卸压瓦斯流动提供了流动通道和空间,是采空区高浓度瓦斯富集区域。采空区遗煤解吸瓦斯和上、下邻近煤层卸压瓦斯通过采动裂隙流向采空区,并在采空区及其顶板竖向裂隙区内聚集,形成高浓度瓦斯库。将瓦斯抽采工程布置在该竖向裂隙发育区内,不但可以尽量完好的保存瓦斯抽采钻孔的形状,且有利于瓦斯抽采工作的进行。将富集瓦斯抽出,有利于邻近煤层的安全开采。
[0021] b.施工瓦斯抽采钻孔。顶板抽采工程的布置形式可以是直接施工钻孔,也可以是预先布置瓦斯抽采钻场,然后在钻场内布置钻孔。抽采钻孔的封孔长度可以是O〜50 m,封孔材料可以是水泥浆液、膏体材料或其它化学浆液;封孔形式可以是普通封孔、高压泵注浆封孔等。其利用预留施工抽采工程抽采瓦斯的时间可以是在沿空留巷完成和采煤工作面推进后O〜200 m。先预设与矿井瓦斯抽采系统相连瓦斯抽采管道9,在推进采煤工作面2的前方分组直接在顶板、底板和两帮钻孔施工瓦斯抽采钻孔4、或布置瓦斯抽采钻场后再进行巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的钻孔4,并安装与瓦斯抽采管道9相连通的瓦斯抽采管路;所述施工顶板的瓦斯抽采钻孔4尽量靠近非回采侧,且在楔形竖向裂隙区内,以达到工作面推进后钻孔仍能维持住,并能在顶板或底板裂隙活跃期间长时稳定高效抽采瓦斯。瓦斯抽采钻孔4距采煤工作面2的距离为O〜500 m ;所述在采煤工作面2前方每组直接在顶板、底板和两帮钻孔施工的瓦斯抽采钻孔4为2〜6个;每组布置瓦斯抽采钻场后再进行巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的钻孔4数量为2〜10个;所述在巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔4分别穿过上覆煤层6和下覆煤层8 ;
[0022] c.完成沿空留巷。待采煤工作面2前方的顶板、底板和沿空留两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔4施工完毕后,采煤工作面2向前推进越过瓦斯抽采钻孔4,向前推进的同时,边推进边在紧挨采空区边缘砌筑充填墙体5,随着采煤工作面2不断向前推进,完成采煤工作面2后方的沿空留巷3 ;

1.一种超前留巷施工瓦斯抽采钻孔的无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采方法,其特征在于: a.先在采煤工作面(2)的前方向煤层预施工一个钻孔,预施工的超前工作面布置的钻孔距工作面前方的距离为O〜500 m,超前工作面施工钻孔的直径为10〜350 mm,预施工钻孔的数量为2〜10个,预施工钻孔的角度为0°〜180°,用钻孔窥视仪窥视该钻孔,通过窥视该钻孔观察采煤工作面(2)推进过程中钻孔内的裂隙变化情况,以此确定煤层内的顶、底板楔形竖向裂隙区存在的位置;所述竖向裂隙区分为顶板卸压裂隙区和底板卸压裂隙区,其中,顶板卸压裂隙区位于采煤工作面沿空留巷(3)的顶板冒落带以上的采动影响裂隙带内和卸压弯曲下沉带煤层中,底板卸压裂隙区位于工作面沿空留巷(3)的底板岩层移动离层裂隙带内; b.预设瓦斯抽采管道(9),在推进采煤工作面(2)的前方分组直接在顶板、底板和两帮钻孔施工瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)、或布置瓦斯抽采钻场后再进行巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的钻孔(4),并安装与瓦斯抽采管道(9)相连通的瓦斯抽采管路;所述在巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)分别穿过上覆煤层(6)和下覆煤层(8),抽采钻孔的封孔长度为O〜50 m,封孔材料为水泥浆液、膏体材料或其它化学浆液; c.待采煤工作面(2)前方的顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)施工完毕后,采煤工作面(2)向前推进越过瓦斯抽采钻孔(4),向前推进的同时,边推进边在紧挨采空区边缘砌筑充填墙体(5),随着采煤工作面(2)不断向前推进,完成采煤工作面(2)后方的沿空留巷(3),沿空留巷(3)的布置形式为高水高效充填、现浇混凝土隔墙充填、大型自移式沿空留巷充填、桶柱方式巷帮支护、膏体混凝土充填、或柔模支护,所述的充填墙体(5)的宽度为0.5〜4 m,高度为0.5〜4 m ; d.待采煤工作面(2)后方的沿空留巷(3)施工完毕后,通过预设的瓦斯抽采管道(9)对瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)进行瓦斯抽采;所述施工顶板的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)尽量靠近非回采侧,且在楔形竖向裂隙区内,以达到工作面推进后钻孔仍能维持住,并能在顶板或底板裂隙活跃期间长时稳定高效抽采瓦斯;瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)距采煤工作面(2)的距离为O〜500 m ;所述在采煤工作面(2)前方每组直接在顶板、底板和两帮钻孔施工的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)为2〜6个;每组布置瓦斯抽采钻场后再进行巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的钻孔(4)数量为2〜10个;所述在巷道顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)分别穿过上覆煤层(6)和下覆煤层⑶; e.待抽采瓦斯压力流量值大幅减小时,对顶板、底板和两帮钻孔的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)进行封堵,其中对顶板的瓦斯抽采钻孔(4)的封孔深度不小于5倍采高。
