Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical equipment used in tracheal intubation operation and tracheotomy, in particular to a tracheal intubation with a sputum suction function and a tracheal intubation component consisting of the tracheal intubation and other components.
Technical Field
At present, the establishment of artificial respiration channels through endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy is the most effective, mature and most common technical means for first aid and rescue and nursing of critical patients. The trachea cannula and the tracheotomy tube are key surgical instruments for establishing an artificial respiratory pipeline in the trachea cannula operation and the tracheotomy operation, and are necessary medical instruments in the first aid and critical patient rescue and protection processes.
Patients who carry out the tracheal intubation operation and the tracheotomy are mostly critical patients under emergency situations, sputum is easy to generate by the patients, and the sputum spitting function of the patients is very low. Meanwhile, as the patient cannot spit by himself during the establishment of the artificial respiration channel, the sputum of the patient is greatly increased due to the stimulation of the inserted artificial respiration channel to the tracheal mucosa of the patient. At present, during the tracheal intubation and tracheotomy, the sputum sucked by the sputum sucking tube and generated at the throat part of a patient is usually sucked and cleaned by manual insertion at certain intervals, so that the sputum sucking tube is inserted for many times, discomfort and injury to tracheal mucosa of the patient are brought to the patient, a large amount of work and difficulty are brought to nursing of medical staff, and the physical and psychological injuries of the patient and family members are brought for many times.
Usually, the sputum produced by the patient needs to be removed from the air bag to the Murphy's eye end of the artificial respiration channel in the patient and from the air bag to the external end of the patient.
Sputum from an air bag in a patient body to the Murphy's eye end is inserted into the sputum suction tube through the artificial respiration channel to be removed, the sputum suction tube is relatively easy to insert, and the risk of injury to the respiratory mucosa of the patient is relatively low.
Sputum in the artificial respiration channel of the patient from the air bag to the external end of the body needs to be cleared by inserting a sputum suction tube between the artificial respiration channel and the respiratory tract of the human body. The sputum suction pipe is difficult to insert due to the limitation of the artificial respiration channel and the human respiratory tract, and the risk of stimulation and damage to the human respiratory tract mucous membrane during intubation is greatly increased.
In addition, such patients are often clinically analyzed by sputum sampling assays. Can cause the pollution of sputum sample because of sputum and external mutual contamination often clearing away patient's sputum and sample process, cause the influence to the accuracy of sputum chemical examination analysis.
