技术领域
本发明涉及高压电器领域与组合电器连接的电容型绝缘出线母线。
背景技术
目前,用有机绝缘带包制的电容型绝缘母线因其结构特点,在高压应用的一个难点是如何与变压器或组合电器实现屏蔽连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现插接式电容型绝缘母线与组合电器连接的新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒与两法兰,所述金属导体设置于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔内,所述金属导体的外壁密封连接所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔内壁,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒两端分别固定有一所述法兰。
优选地,所述金属导体位于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔的中部区域,所述金属导体一端设有插接槽,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近该插接槽的筒腔部分形成收容槽,所述金属导体另一端凸伸有导电杆,该导电杆部分伸出所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔。
优选地,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的最内层电容屏与所述金属导体等电位,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的最外层电容屏与所述法兰等电位,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的电容屏的两端由内到外按照合理的梯差逐步加长。
优选地,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒外侧设有外护套。
本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线的有益效果:组合电器或变压器与本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线连接时不需打开,不用时在本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线上端用密封罩密封即可,无高压暴露点,又不影响设备带电,屏蔽连接方便,造价低。

请参照图1,本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体10、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20、外护套30与两法兰40。
金属导体10大致呈圆盘状,一端设有插接槽11,另一端凸伸有导电杆12,该导电杆12的直径小于金属导体10的直径,该导电杆12部分伸出环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒腔。金属导体10设置于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒腔内,金属导体10的环状外壁密封连接环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒腔内壁。
优选地,金属导体10位于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒腔的中部区域,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20邻近金属导体10的插接槽11的筒腔部分形成收容槽21。
环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20外侧设有外护套30,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20两端分别固定有一法兰40。
环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20内设有电容屏,最内层电容屏与金属导体10等电位,最外层电容屏与法兰40等电位,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的电容屏的两端由内到外按照合理的梯差逐步加长。
本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线在应用时,金属导体10的导电杆12与组合电器配套电性连接,法兰40与组合电器等电位密封连接。插接式电容型绝缘母线插入到环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的收容槽21内,插接式电容型绝缘母线的插接头插入到插接槽11内,插接式电容型绝缘母线与新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线形成电性连接,此时该端环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20内壁的电压分布与插接式电容型绝缘母线端部沿面电压分布接近一致。插接式电容型绝缘母线的法兰与本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线的法兰40等电位密封连接。
综上所述,组合电器或变压器与本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线连接时不需打开,不用时在本发明新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线上端用密封罩密封即可,无高压暴露点,又不影响设备带电,屏蔽连接方便,造价低。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种新型环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒与两法兰,其特征在于:所述金属导体设置于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔内,所述金属导体的外壁密封连接所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔内壁,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒两端分别固定有一所述法兰,所述金属导体位于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔的中部区域,所述金属导体一端设有插接槽,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近该插接槽的筒腔部分形成收容槽,所述金属导体另一端凸伸有导电杆,该导电杆部分伸出所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的最内层电容屏与所述金属导体等电位,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的最外层电容屏与所述法兰等电位,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的电容屏的两端由内到外按照合理的梯差逐步加长。
