本发明提供一种内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒、端部法兰与中部法兰,金属导体设置于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒一末端的筒腔内,端部法兰与环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的另一末端牢固密封连接,中部法兰牢固密封于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的中部区域处。金属导体一端凸伸有插接头,插接头位于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔外,金属导体另一端设有插接槽,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近该插接槽的筒腔部分形成收容槽。在端部法兰与中部法兰之间的环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒外设有外护套。组合电器或变压器与本发明连接时不需打开,不用时在本发明上端用密封罩密封,无高压暴露点,又不影响设备带电,屏蔽连接方便,造价低。

技术领域
本发明涉及高压电器领域的组合电器和变压器的电容型绝缘出线母线。 
背景技术
目前,用有机绝缘带包制的电容型绝缘母线因其结构特点,在高压应用的一个难点是如何与组合电器或变压器实现屏蔽连接。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现插接式电容型绝缘母线与组合电器或变压器连接的内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线。 
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒、端部法兰与中部法兰,所述金属导体设置于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒一末端的筒腔内,所述端部法兰与所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的另一末端牢固密封连接,所述中部法兰牢固密封于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近所述金属导体的中部区域处。 
优选地,所述金属导体一端凸伸有插接头,该插接头位于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔外,所述金属导体另一端设有插接槽,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近该插接槽的筒腔部分形成收容槽。 
优选地,所述金属导体凸伸有所述插接头的端部周缘向外凸伸有均压环,该均压环内侧与所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒抵接。 
优选地,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒与所述均压环抵接的端部呈锥台面。 
优选地,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒壁内设有若干电容屏,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒壁最外侧的电容屏与所述端部法兰、中部法兰等电位,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒壁最内侧的电容屏与所述金属导体等电位,所述若干电容屏在设有所述金属导体的所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的一端按照合理的梯差逐步减短,所述若干电容屏在设有所述端部法兰的所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的一端按照合理的梯差逐步加长。 
优选地,在所述端部法兰与所述中部法兰之间的所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒外设有外护套。 
本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线的有益效果:组合电器或变压器与本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线连接时不需打开,不用时在本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线上端用密封罩密封即可,无高压暴露点,又不影响设备带电,屏蔽连接方便,造价低。

请参照图1,本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体10、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20、端部法兰30、中部法兰40与外护套50。 
金属导体10设置于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20一末端的筒腔内,端部法兰30与环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的另一末端牢固密封连接,中部法兰30牢固密封于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20邻近金属导体10的中部区域处。 
金属导体10一端凸伸有插接头11,该插接头11位于环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒腔外,金属导体 10另一端设有插接槽12,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20邻近该插接槽12的筒腔部分形成收容槽21。 
金属导体10凸伸有插接头11的端部周缘向外凸伸有均压环13,该均压环13内侧与环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20抵接。 
环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20与均压环13抵接的端部呈锥台面。 
环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒壁内设有若干电容屏22,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒壁最外侧的电容屏22与端部法兰30、中部法兰40等电位,环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的筒壁最内侧的电容屏22与金属导体10等电位,若干电容屏22在设有金属导体10的环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的一端按照合理的梯差逐步减短,若干电容屏22在设有端部法兰30的环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的一端按照合理的梯差逐步加长。 
在端部法兰30与中部法兰40之间的环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20外设有外护套50。 
本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线在应用时,金属导体10的插接头11与组合电器或变压器配套电性连接,中部法兰40与组合电器或变压器等电位密封连接。插接式电容型绝缘母线插入到环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20的收容槽21内,插接式电容型绝缘母线的插接头插入到插接槽12内,插接式电容型绝缘母线与内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线形成电性连接,此时该端环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒20内壁的电压分布与插接式电容型绝缘母线端部沿面电压分布接近一致。插接式电容型绝缘母线的法兰与本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线的端部法兰30等电位密封连接。 
综上所述,组合电器或变压器与本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线连接时不需打开,不用时在本发明内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线上端用密封罩密封即可,无高压暴露点,又不影响设备带电,屏蔽连接方便,造价低。 
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。 

Claims (6)

1.一种内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,包括金属导体、环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒、端部法兰与中部法兰,其特征在于:所述金属导体设置于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒一末端的筒腔内,所述端部法兰与所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的另一末端牢固密封连接,所述中部法兰牢固密封于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近所述金属导体的中部区域处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,其特征在于:所述金属导体一端凸伸有插接头,该插接头位于所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒腔外,所述金属导体另一端设有插接槽,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒邻近该插接槽的筒腔部分形成收容槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,其特征在于:所述金属导体凸伸有所述插接头的端部周缘向外凸伸有均压环,该均压环内侧与所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒抵接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒与所述均压环抵接的端部呈锥台面。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒壁内设有若干电容屏,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒壁最外侧的电容屏与所述端部法兰、中部法兰等电位,所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的筒壁最内侧的电容屏与所述金属导体等电位,所述若干电容屏在设有所述金属导体的所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的一端从内向外按照合理的梯差逐步减短,所述若干电容屏在设有所述端部法兰的所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒的一端从内向外按照合理的梯差逐步加长。
6.根据权利要求5所述的内置式环氧树脂电容型绝缘出线母线,其特征在于:在所述端部法兰与所述中部法兰之间的所述环氧树脂电容型绝缘筒外设有外护套。
