Abstract

本发明涉及一种铅碳蓄电池用负极板的生产工艺。包括有以下步骤:先在板栅上喷覆一层炭膜,然后再涂覆铅膏而成。本发明利用炭多孔性质的特点,能较好的进行对其它物质的吸附,从而使铅膏不易从板栅上脱落,从而提高电池的使用稳定性能,大大提高了电池的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅碳蓄电池用负极板的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的负极板其一般结构为在板栅外涂设一铅膏,此种结构使用一段时间后,铅膏容易从板栅上脱落,影响电池的使用性能,大大降低了电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于能提供一种能使铅膏在板栅上附着力提高的铅碳蓄电池用负极板的生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明包括有以下步骤:先在板栅上喷覆一层炭膜,然后再涂覆铅膏而成。
所喷覆的炭占炭、铅膏总重量的17%-30%。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用炭多孔性质的特点,能较好的进行对其它物质的吸附,从而使铅膏不易从板栅上脱落,从而提高电池的使用稳定性能,大大提高了电池的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明包括有以下步骤:先在板栅上喷覆一层炭膜,然后再涂覆铅膏而成。
所喷覆的炭占炭、铅膏总重量的20%。
实施例二
本发明包括有以下步骤:先在板栅上喷覆一层炭膜,然后再涂覆铅膏而成。
所喷覆的炭占炭、铅膏总重量的25%。

1.铅碳蓄电池用负极板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括有以下步骤:先在板栅上喷覆一层炭膜,然后再涂覆铅膏而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅碳蓄电池用负极板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所喷覆的炭占炭、铅膏总重量的17%-30%。
