Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保炭黑的生产方法，1）原料在反应器中裂解生产炭黑烟气，2）炭黑烟气经主袋滤器收集其中的炭黑粉末；3）炭黑粉末经造粒机造粒后送入干燥机，4）热空气和尾气输入尾气燃烧炉燃烧形成热烟气，5）将热烟气和补充的富余热空气输入干燥机中对炭黑颗粒进行干燥，6）干燥后将成品输入成品贮罐。本发明通过在炭黑产品干燥过程中加入300-800℃空气，空气直接与炭黑接触，有效降低了炭黑中的多环芳烃含量。

Description

一种环保炭黑的生产方法
技术领域　　
本发明涉及炭黑生产领域，具体是一种生产低含量多环芳烃环保炭黑的方法。
背景技术　　
常规法生产的炭黑产品中含有一定量的对人体有害的多环芳烃物质，多环芳烃是一类长久存在于环境中，由于其具有强致毒性、致突变与致癌等特性，而成为环境优先污染物，因此一直受到国内外许多学者的广泛关注。低含量多环芳烃的炭黑是一种环保炭黑，该项目一直是炭黑工作者研究的对象，但是目前，尚未见有这方面的成功案例。
发明内容
    本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产低含量多环芳烃环保炭黑的方法。
本发明所述的环保炭黑的生产方法，其包括以下步骤：
1）原料在反应器中与高温燃气流混合，迅速裂解生产炭黑烟气，
2）炭黑烟气经主袋滤器收集其中的炭黑粉末；
3）将收集的炭黑粉末经造粒机造粒，之后将造好的炭黑颗粒送入干燥机，
4）热空气和尾气输入尾气燃烧炉燃烧形成热烟气，
5）将热烟气和补充的富余热空气输入步骤3）的干燥机中对炭黑颗粒进行干燥，
6）干燥后将成品输入成品贮罐。
上述步骤4）中的热空气温度最好为300-800℃，热空气与炭黑颗粒的质量比例控制在0.3～1.2：1。
本发明通过在炭黑产品干燥过程中加入300-800℃空气，空气直接与炭黑接触，有效降低了炭黑中的多环芳烃含量。热空气与炭黑直接接触后，炭黑中的多环芳烃与热空气中的氧气反应生成二氧化碳和化合水，其典型反应方程式为： 
             C(2+4n) H(2n+4)+O2→CO2+H2O。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明，
实施例1：
一种环保炭黑的生产方法，其包括以下步骤：
1）原料在反应器中与高温燃气流混合，迅速裂解生产炭黑烟气，
2）炭黑烟气经主袋滤器收集其中的炭黑粉末；
3）将收集的炭黑粉末经造粒机造粒，之后将造好的炭黑颗粒送入干燥机，
4）热空气和尾气输入尾气燃烧炉燃烧形成热烟气，
5）将热烟气和补充的热空气输入步骤3）的干燥机中对炭黑颗粒进行干燥，热空气温度为300，热空气与炭黑颗粒的质量比例控制在0.3：1。
6）干燥后将成品输入成品贮罐。
实施例2：
一种环保炭黑的生产方法，其包括以下步骤：
1）原料在反应器中与高温燃气流混合，迅速裂解生产炭黑烟气，
2）炭黑烟气经主袋滤器收集其中的炭黑粉末；
3）将收集的炭黑粉末经造粒机造粒，之后将造好的炭黑颗粒送入干燥机，
4）热空气和尾气输入尾气燃烧炉燃烧形成热烟气，
5）将热烟气和补充的热空气输入步骤3）的干燥机中对炭黑颗粒进行干燥，热空气温度为800℃，热空气与炭黑颗粒的质量比例控制在1.2：1。
6）干燥后将成品输入成品贮罐。
实施例3：
一种环保炭黑的生产方法，其包括以下步骤：
1）原料在反应器中与高温燃气流混合，迅速裂解生产炭黑烟气，
2）炭黑烟气经主袋滤器收集其中的炭黑粉末；
3）将收集的炭黑粉末经造粒机造粒，之后将造好的炭黑颗粒送入干燥机，
4）热空气和尾气输入尾气燃烧炉燃烧形成热烟气，
5）将热烟气和补充的热空气输入步骤3）的干燥机中对炭黑颗粒进行干燥，热空气温度为500℃，热空气与炭黑颗粒的质量比例控制在1：1。
6）干燥后将成品输入成品贮罐。
    验证效果的实施例：
    实施例1：年产2万吨炭黑生产装置，生产各炭黑品种时，在装置干燥过程中加入相同体积为800Nm3/H的空气，不同温度下的16项PAHS总和对比。

  实施例2：年产2万吨硬质炭黑生产装置，在装置干燥过程中加入相同温度为400℃的空气，在不同体积下的多环芳烃16项PAHS总和。

由效果实施例可见，采用本发明后多环芳烃(PAHs)均有不同程度的下降，验证了本发明的有效性。
   本发明要求保护的不仅指实施例中的几种炭黑品种，也包括其他所有橡胶用炭黑品种。 以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种炭黑的生产方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
1）原料在反应器中与高温燃气流混合，迅速裂解生产炭黑烟气，
2）炭黑烟气经主袋滤器收集其中的炭黑粉末；
3）将收集的炭黑粉末经造粒机造粒，之后将造好的炭黑颗粒送入干燥机，
4）热空气和尾气输入尾气燃烧炉燃烧形成热烟气，其中热空气温度为300-800℃，热空气与炭黑颗粒的质量比例控制在0.3～1.2：1；
5）将热烟气和补充的热空气输入步骤3）的干燥机中对炭黑颗粒进行干燥，
6）干燥后将成品输入成品贮罐。
