Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括:导光板、光学元件、及背光光源,该光学元件包括入光面、出光面及反射面,该光学元件的出光面对应设于导光板一侧,出光面上设有数个网点,背光光源发出的光线依次经过光学元件的入光面、反射面、出光面而进入导光板。本发明通过在光学元件的出光面上增加网点,不但提高了混光效果、消除了聚光点,同时在很大程度上减小了光学元件的体积,进一步实现了模块的窄边框化及薄型化。

技术领域
本发明涉及TFT-LCD(ThinFilmTransistor-LiquidCrystalDisplay)液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置简称LCD(LiquidCrystalDisplay),其工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃当中放置液晶分子,两片玻璃中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,透过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶显示装置具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,因此得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其一般包括液晶面板及背光模组(backlightmodule)。背光模组可依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种,以便提供背光源至液晶显示屏。
现有的侧入式背光模组结构一般包括背板、设于背板内的LED灯条、反射片、导光板及光学膜片等,该LED灯条设于导光板的一侧,该LED灯条上的LED紧挨着导光板(lightguideplate),而在这种结构中,LED所产生的的热量会影响到导光板,导致导光板冷热不均,容易产生波浪形变形,使得导光板的光学均匀性变差;由于导光板离LED光源很近,易产生聚光点、亮线等现象,背光效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组,从而增强模组的混光效果,达到产品薄型化、轻量化及窄边框要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括:导光板、光学元件、及背光光源,该光学元件包括入光面、出光面及反射面,该光学元件的出光面对应设于导光板一侧,出光面上设有数个网点,背光光源发出的光线依次经过光学元件的入光面、反射面、出光面而进入导光板。
所述光学元件的入光面与出光面垂直相连设置,反射面为一弧面,其分别连接该入光面与出光面。
所述的背光光源包括数个间隔排布的LED。
所述网点分布于出光面对应LED发光强度角附近位置。
所述网点分布于整个出光面上。
所述网点通过蚀刻、印刷、或直接成型的方式设置于光学元件的出光面上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的背光模组,其通过在光学元件的出光面上增加网点,不但提高了混光效果、消除了聚光点,同时在很大程度上减小了光学元件的体积,进一步实现了模块的窄边框化及薄型化。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供的一种背光模组,其包括:背光光源20、光学元件30、及导光板40,该背光光源20发射的光线经由光学元件30而进入导光板40,进而提供给显示面板(未图示)。该背光光源20优选为LED灯条,其包括数个间隔间隔排布的LED22。
具体的,该光学元件30包括入光面32、出光面34及反射面36,该光学元件的出光面34对应设于导光板40一侧,出光面34上设有数个网点38,背光光源20发出的光线依次经过光学元件的入光面32、反射面36、出光面34而进入导光板40,出光面34上网点38的设置消除了聚光点、加强混光效果的同时缩短了所需的混光距离,进而减小了光学元件30的体积。该些网点38具体网点分布方式、网点大小,可根据背光光源、发光角度、光强等具体设置。如,可将网点38设置于出光面34上对应发光二级管发光强度角附近位置(如图2所示);或将网点38设置于整个出光面34(如图3所示)。该些网点38通过蚀刻、或者印刷、或者直接成型的方式设置于出光面34上。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,该光学元件30的入光面32与出光面34垂直相连设置,反射面36为一弧面,其分别连接该入光面32与出光面34。
工作时,背光光源20发出的光线在传播过程中混光,并从光学元件30的入光面32进入光学元件30,经由反射面36反射至出光面34,通过出光面34上网点不规则的散射及折射后进入导光板40,在导光板40中进一步混光后提供给液晶面板。网点对光线的不规则散射及折射,改变了光线传播路径,避免了聚光点的产生,而混光距离的增加不但加强了混光效果,同时使得光学元件30的体积可以很大程度的缩小。
综上所述,本发明所提供的背光模组,其通过在光学元件的出光面上增加网点,不但提高了混光效果、消除了聚光点,同时在很大程度上减小了光学元件的体积,进一步实现了模块的窄边框化及薄型化。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:导光板、光学元件、及背光光源,该光学元件包括入光面、出光面及反射面,该光学元件的出光面对应设于导光板一侧,出光面上设有数个网点,背光光源发出的光线依次经过光学元件的入光面、反射面、出光面而进入导光板;所述光学元件的入光面与出光面垂直相连设置,反射面为一弧面,其分别连接该入光面与出光面;所述网点分布于出光面对应LED发光强度角附近位置;所述网点通过蚀刻、印刷、或直接成型的方式设置于光学元件的出光面上;所述的背光光源为LED灯条,所述的背光光源包括数个间隔排布的LED。
