本发明涉及一种新型报废汽车拆解线转盘。由底座、推力圆锥滚子轴承、上盘总成和多个滑轮装置构成,所述的上盘总成与底座通过圆锥滚子轴承相连,所述的滑轮装置设置在上盘总成与底座之间。本发明操作灵活简便,结构紧凑,安全可靠,在拆解线上可以灵活改变车辆方向,保证拆解的连贯,结构设计合理,上盘总成中防滑钢板与下托盘通过三角铁相连,结构既轻便,又满足了强度要求,从而节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在报废汽车拆解线上使用的转盘,尤其涉及一种新型报废汽车拆解线转盘。
背景技术
汽车报废回收、拆解、零部件再制造是节约资源、实现资源永续利用的重要途径,是我国实现循环经济可持续发展的重要措施之一。例如,用回收的废钢铁与用开采铁矿石炼钢相比,不但可节约能耗74%,而且还能减少开山采矿对生态环境造成的破坏,铁矿石炼铁产生的大量高炉冶炼渣对环境的污染。因此,报废汽车回收拆解的发展,不仅节约能源,减少矿源开采,保护生态环境,同时,对我国汽车工业的发展、劳动力就业以及相关产业的发展,对环境保护、减少道路安全隐患都产生了积极推动作用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种方向改变灵活、提高工作效率、结构紧凑强度高的新型报废汽车拆解线转盘。
本发明的技术方案是:由底座、推力圆锥滚子轴承、上盘总成和多个滑轮装置构成,所述的上盘总成与底座通过圆锥滚子轴承相连,所述的滑轮装置设置在上盘总成与底座之间。
所述的上盘总成是由防滑钢板、下托盘、三角铁、多个轨道构成,所述的防滑钢板和下托盘通过若干三角铁相连,所述的轨道平行设置在防滑钢板中,轨道两侧设有三角铁。
所述的滑轮装置为三个且均匀分布在底座上表面,任意两个滑轮装置相互间隔120°。
所述的三角铁在下托盘表面呈圆周均匀分布。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下主要的优点:
操作灵活简便,结构紧凑,安全可靠,在拆解线上可以灵活改变车辆方向,保证拆解的连贯,结构设计合理,上盘总成中防滑钢板与下托盘通过三角铁相连,结构既轻便,又满足了强度要求,从而节约了成本。

具体实施方式
新型报废汽车拆解线转盘,由底座1、推力圆锥滚子轴承2、上盘总成3和三个滑轮装置4构成,所述的上盘总成3与底座1通过圆锥滚子轴承2相连,所述的滑轮装置4设置在上盘总成3与底座1之间,所述的上盘总成3是由防滑钢板5、下托盘6、三角铁7、两个轨道8构成,所述的防滑钢板5和下托盘6通过十六个三角铁7相连,所述的轨道8平行设置在防滑钢板5中,轨道8两侧设有八个三角铁7,所述的滑轮装置4为三个且均匀分布在底座1上表面,任意两个滑轮装置4相互间隔120°,所述的另外八个三角铁7在下托盘6表面呈圆周均匀分布相互间隔45°,当车辆从拆解线中运行到该位置时,车辆通过轨道8运至转盘上,转动到所需位置,继续进行到下一个工位进行拆解,保持拆解线的流水作业。

1.新型报废汽车拆解线转盘,其特征在于:由底座、推力圆锥滚子轴承、上盘总成和多个滑轮装置构成,所述的上盘总成与底座通过圆锥滚子轴承相连,所述的滑轮装置设置在上盘总成与底座之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型报废汽车拆解线转盘,其特征在于:所述的上盘总成是由防滑钢板、下托盘、三角铁、多个轨道构成,所述的防滑钢板和下托盘通过若干三角铁相连,所述的轨道平行设置在防滑钢板中,轨道两侧设有三角铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型报废汽车拆解线转盘,其特征在于:所述的滑轮装置为三个且均匀分布在底座上表面,任意两个滑轮装置相互间隔120°。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型报废汽车拆解线转盘,其特征在于:所述的三角铁在下托盘表面呈圆周均匀分布。
