技术领域
本发明涉及石油机械,具体涉及一种可取出式防堵安全阀及其专用打捞工具。
背景技术
安全阀是石油钻井中必备的使用工具。目前使用的安全阀不具有防堵功能,一旦井下出现问题,由于安全阀取不出来,处理问题就很困难,通常情况下只有拆钻来解决。拆钻一次几天不能工作,重新开钻所花时间就会更长。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对上述问题,提供一种无须拆钻即可取出的防堵安全阀及其专用打捞工具。
本发明的技术解决方案是:可取出式防堵安全阀,包括阀体和设在其内的阀芯组件,所述阀体于内壁的上方和下方分别设有环形卡槽和卡台,所述阀芯组件的下端抵在卡台上,阀芯组件的上端设有防堵罩,防堵罩的壁上设过流孔,防堵罩的外部套有弹性卡件,弹性卡件上端固定在防堵罩的外壁上,弹性卡件下端设有绕防堵罩外壁分布的锁定卡爪,锁定卡爪的底缘设有外导角并设有与阀体内壁的卡槽相配合的凸台,使得阀芯组件在装配后不能向上滑出,锁定卡爪靠近下端的外壁上由上到下分别设有卡牙和收紧台。
专用打捞工具,是由上端的线缆固定部和下端的解锁打捞部构成,解锁打捞部为管状,其下端口内径大小与上述的弹性卡件上的收紧台相应配合,其靠近下端的内壁设有与弹性卡件上的卡牙相配合的卡槽,使得打捞部的下端口套在弹性卡件上的收紧台上时,可以使弹性卡件的锁定卡爪向内收缩而从阀体内壁上的卡槽中松脱并通过打捞部内壁上的卡槽与弹性卡件上的卡牙相结合将阀芯组件取出。
本发明的技术效果是:它具有结构简单、拆装方便的优点,在井下出现问题时,可通过专用打捞工具快速取出,大大提高了修井效率,避免了拆钻修井的过程,具有极高的经济意义。

具体实施方式
如图1至4所示,可取出式防堵安全阀,包括阀体1和设在其内的阀芯组件2,所述阀体1于内壁的上方和下方分别设有环形卡槽3和卡台4,所述阀芯组件2的下端抵在卡台4上,阀芯组件2的上端设有防堵罩5,防堵罩5的壁上设过流孔6,防堵罩5的外部套有弹性卡件7,弹性卡件7上端固定在防堵罩5的外壁上,弹性卡件7下端设有绕防堵罩5外壁分布的锁定卡爪8,锁定卡爪8的底缘设有外导角并设有与阀体1内壁的卡槽3相配合的凸台9,使得阀芯组件2在装配后不能向上滑出,锁定卡爪8靠近下端的外壁上由上到下分别设有卡牙10和收紧台11。
防堵罩5和阀芯组件2及弹性卡件7和防堵罩5间可采用便于拆卸的螺接及销钉等方式连接。弹性卡件7和防堵罩5也可采用环台配合并在弹性卡件7上端设备帽的连接方式。
如图5所示,专用打捞工具,是由上端的线缆固定部12和下端的解锁打捞部13构成,解锁打捞部13为管状,其下端口内径大小与上述的弹性卡件7上的收紧台11相应配合,其靠近下端的内壁设有与弹性卡件7上的卡牙10相配合的卡槽3,使得打捞部13的下端口套在弹性卡件7上的收紧台11上时,可以使弹性卡件7的锁定卡爪8向内收缩而从阀体1内壁上的卡槽3中松脱并通过打捞部13内壁上的卡槽3与弹性卡件7上的卡牙10相结合将阀芯组件2取出。
专用打捞工具其解锁打捞部13的管壁上设有泄压孔14。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本实施例阀芯组件2采用柱塞式。
实施例二:
如图3所示,本实施例阀芯组件2采用箭式。
实施例三:
如图4所示,本实施例阀芯组件2采用舌板式。
可取出式防堵安全阀能防止井上落物堵住内孔还能在井下出现问题时取出阀芯。

1.可取出式防堵安全阀,包括阀体(1)和设在其内的阀芯组件(2),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)于内壁的上方和下方分别设有环形卡槽(3)和卡台(4),所述阀芯组件(2)的下端抵在卡台(4)上,阀芯组件(2)的上端设有防堵罩(5),防堵罩(5)的壁上设过流孔(6),防堵罩(5)的外部套有弹性卡件(7),弹性卡件(7)上端固定在防堵罩(5)的外壁上,弹性卡件(7)下端设有绕防堵罩(5)外壁分布的锁定卡爪(8),锁定卡爪(8)的底缘设有外导角并设有与阀体(1)内壁的卡槽(3)相配合的凸台(9),使得阀芯组件(2)在装配后不能向上滑出,锁定卡爪(8)靠近下端的外壁上由上到下分别设有卡牙(10)和收紧台(11)。
2.专用打捞工具,其特征在于,它是由上端的线缆固定部(12)和下端的解锁打捞部(13)构成,解锁打捞部(13)为管状,其下端口内径大小与如权利要求1所述的弹性卡件(7)上的收紧台(11)相应配合,其靠近下端的内壁设有与弹性卡件(7)上的卡牙(10)相配合的卡槽(3),使得打捞部(13)的下端口套在弹性卡件(7)上的收紧台(11)上时,可以使弹性卡件(7)的锁定卡爪(8)向内收缩而从阀体(1)内壁上的卡槽(3)中松脱并通过打捞部(13)内壁上的卡槽(3)与弹性卡件(7)上的卡牙(10)相结合将阀芯组件(2)取出。
3.如权利要求2所述的专用打捞工具,其特征在于,其解锁打捞部(13)的管壁上设有泄压孔(14)。
