Abstract

一种插板机排水板插入结构,涉及插板机排水板的技术领域。本发明包括挂带板、排水板、钢套管,排水板套置在钢套管的内部,排水板的末端呈V字形,靠近排水板末端的钢套管的开口处设置挂带板,挂带板由挂带板本体、U型挂件组成,排水板与U型挂件之间互相匹配。本发明实现了结构简单,杜绝回带现象,无需增加插入深度来调节的目的。

本发明涉及插板机排水板的技术领域。
 
背景技术
原先排水板在钢套管内的固定是靠管靴和靴端挂带钩来实现的,挂带钩与管靴用细铁链相连。由于在拔管后要由细铁链带着挂带钩拔出土壤,因此挂带钩总是会把排水板带出土壤一段距离(一般会带出300-800mm不等,甚至更多),当工程要求较高时(要求回带长度不大于300mm),这种方法总是无法满足要求,只能加大插入深度来补偿。
 
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种结构简单,杜绝回带现象,无需增加插入深度来调节的插板机排水板插入结构。
一种插板机排水板插入结构,包括挂带板、排水板、钢套管,排水板套置在钢套管的内部,排水板的末端呈V字形,靠近排水板末端的钢套管的开口处设置挂带板,挂带板由挂带板本体、U型挂件组成,排水板与U型挂件之间互相匹配。
本发明的挂带板本体与钢套管的开口相匹配。
本发明的U型挂件为铁丝。
本发明钢套管前端不再设置管靴,直接由挂带板替代,挂带板本体上的U型挂件挂住排水板。在插入时用排水板将挂带板拉住并紧贴在钢套管上,直接插入土壤。拔起时由于挂带板面积大于钢套管的端面,故土壤阻力将挂带板仍拉在土壤中,不发生移现象,这样排水板完全无回带,无需增加插入深度来调节。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明:
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种插板机排水板插入结构,包括挂带板1、排水板2、钢套管3,排水板2套置在钢套管3的内部,排水板2的末端呈V字形,靠近排水板2末端的钢套管3的开口处设置挂带板1,挂带板1由挂带板本体11、U型挂件12组成,排水板2与U型挂件12之间互相匹配。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明的挂带板本体11与钢套管3的开口截面积相匹配。
本发明的U型挂件12为铁丝。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明的钢套管3是矩形的,前端不再设置管靴,直接由挂带板1替代,由薄钢板冲剪成挂带板本体11,再在板上两个孔内穿一根铁丝并形成U型挂件12,以挂住排水板2。在插入时按图1的示范用排水板2将挂带板1拉住并紧贴在钢套管3上,直接插入土壤。拔起时由于挂带板1面积大于钢套管3的端面,故土壤阻力将挂带板1仍拉在土壤中,不发生移现象,这样排水板完全无回带。

1.一种插板机排水板插入结构,其特征在于包括挂带板(1)、排水板(2)、钢套管(3),排水板(2)套置在钢套管(3)的内部,排水板(2)的末端呈V字形,靠近排水板(2)末端的钢套管(3)的开口处设置挂带板(1),挂带板(1)由挂带板本体(11)、U型挂件(12)组成,排水板(2)与U型挂件(12)之间互相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插板机排水板插入结构,其特征在于上述挂带板本体(11)与钢套管(3)的开口相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插板机排水板插入结构,其特征在于上述U型挂件(12)为铁丝。
