Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤元件。
背景技术
从现有技术中已知按如下方式设计的过滤元件:该过滤元件只与合适的过滤器外壳相匹配。特别是已知用机械措施装备的过滤元件。该机械措施确保了过滤元件的正确定位。然而,正是对于基本对称构造的过滤元件,存在着这样的危险,即,该过滤元件不能被正确地装入到过滤器外壳中。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于:提供一种过滤元件,该过滤元件在基本对称构造的情况下,可通过机械措施在过滤器外壳中正确定位。
根据本发明,前述目的通过一种过滤元件来实现,其包括带有吸入口的支承架,在该吸入口处设置有吸入接管,其中,在所述支承架上设置有两个波纹箱,并且所述波纹箱与所述支承架限定出一个空腔,其中,所述支承架具有一防转位装置,该防转位装置确保所述过滤元件只能在一个位置装入过滤器外壳中,其中,所述防转位装置设计为具有两个非对称构造的凹部的形体,各凹部沿着所述支承架的纵轴线L延伸。
根据本发明,首先认识到这样一种过滤元件,它包括带有吸入口的支承架,在该吸入口处设置有吸入接管,其中,在支承架上设置有两个波纹箱,并且所述波纹箱和支承架限定出一个空腔,该过滤元件具有基本上相对于其纵轴线对称的构造,因而可能会被不正确地装入吸气系统中。对此,认识到:这个问题可以通过一种防转位装置巧妙地得以解决。根据本发明,支承架具有一防转位装置,该装置确保过滤元件只能在一个位置装入过滤器外壳中。根据本发明,防转位装置设计为具有两个非对称构造的凹部的形体,各凹部乃是沿着支承架的纵轴线延伸。由此,可使过滤元件平行于其纵轴线移动或推移,同时过滤器外壳的啮合元件便接合到所述凹部中。这样就提供了一种过滤元件,该过滤元件在基本对称构造的情况下,可通过机械措施正确地定位。
因此便实现了开头所述的目的。
通过防转位装置,可将过滤元件以可卡扣方式固定在过滤器外壳中。过滤器外壳中的啮合元件可与防转位装置配合作用,以便将其可卡扣地固定。由此,防转位机构和固定机构是设计在一个构件中。
防转位装置可构造在支承架的背离吸入口的端部。由此,吸入接管与吸气系统的其它元件之间连接不会受到防转位装置的影响。
防转位装置可以设计为半圆柱体,其侧面是被凹部打通的。半圆柱体基于其圆形形状之故,允许过滤元件在狭窄的结构空间中毫无问题地偏转。过滤元件可与前面所述的啮合元件如此啮合,使得该过滤元件既可偏转,又可推移。
支承架可构造有两个用于波纹箱的支承面,其中,用于波纹箱的各褶皱的间隔保持件从支承面突伸出去。由此避免了波纹箱的变形,并避免各褶皱在吸气时贴附到一起。各褶皱得以稳定。
间隔保持件可呈梳状地以栅栏形式的隔片啮合到波纹箱的褶皱中。由此,波纹箱在其整个宽度或者长度上得以稳定。
支承架可构造有两个用于波纹箱的支承面,其中,所述支承面被导向侧壁溜边框定。由此,可使支承架上的波纹箱贴靠到导向侧壁上。导向侧壁可保护波纹箱免受侧向作用的损伤。此外,导向侧壁还可将波纹箱卡紧并固定在支承架上。特别是还可以考虑将波纹箱与导向侧壁相粘接。优选地,可以将波纹箱与导向侧壁相焊接。由此节省了粘胶剂。
支承架可设计为楔形的,其中,两个用于波纹箱的支承面彼此倾斜地定向。由此可将支承架毫无问题地插入到逐渐变细的过滤器外壳中。
波纹箱可设计为具有之字形折叠的过滤介质的板式过滤器。商业上可毫无问题地获得板式过滤器,而且该板式过滤器可以与所述支承架简单地组合。
这里所描述的过滤元件特别适合应用于汽车中的空气过滤装置。
目前存在着多种不同的可能性,来有利地设计和发展本发明的教导。对此,一方面可参阅从属权利要求,另一方面可参阅下文中借助于附图所解释的本发明的优选实施例。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个过滤元件,该过滤元件包括带有吸入口2的支承架1,在该吸入口处设置有吸入接管3,其中,支承架1上设置有两个波纹箱4,其中,波纹箱4与支承架1限定出一个空腔,并且,支承架1具有一个防转位装置5,该装置确保过滤元件只能在一个位置装入过滤器外壳中。
支承架1连同防转位装置5都是由基于聚丙烯的塑料制成。
防转位装置5构造在支承架1的背离吸入口2的端部。
防转位装置5设计为具有两个非对称构造的凹部6、7的形体,这两个凹部沿着支承架1的纵轴线L延伸。第一凹部6比第二凹部7垂直于纵轴线L构造得更深。凹部6和7彼此相对地处于同一高度上,但是在与纵轴线L垂直的方向上伸入支承架1中的深度不同。
防转位装置5设计为半圆柱体8,该半圆柱体的侧面9是被凹部6、7打通的。
图2示出,支承架1构造了两个用于波纹箱4的支承面10。支承架1构造有两个用于波纹箱4的支承面10,其中,所述支承面10被导向侧壁12溜边框定。导向侧壁12只构造在支承架1的一侧上。
图3示出了过滤元件的波纹箱4的迎流面的俯视图。
图4示出穿过吸入口2往空腔中观察的示图,用于波纹箱4的各褶皱的间隔保持件11从支承面10伸出。间隔保持件11呈梳状地以栅栏式的隔片11a啮合到波纹箱4的褶皱中。由此稳定了褶皱。
波纹箱4设计为具有之字形折叠的、由无纺材料构成的过滤介质的板式过滤器。波纹箱4设计为方形的板式过滤器。
图1和2示出,支承架1设计为楔形的,其中,用于波纹箱4的两个支承面10彼此倾斜地定向。波纹箱4彼此对置,并且依循支承架1的楔形彼此倾斜地定向。支承架1朝防转位装置5的方向逐渐变细。
凹部6、7设计为具有不同深度的长形缝口,未示出的过滤器外壳中的啮合元件可啮合到该缝口中,。
在过滤器外壳内安装好后,空气是穿过吸入接管3被抽吸,其中,空气从外部通过波纹箱4而抽吸到空腔中。经过滤的空气通过吸入接管3离开空腔,然后在汽车的吸气系统中继续传输。

Claims (10)
1.过滤元件,包括带有吸入口(2)的支承架(1),在该吸入口处设置有吸入接管(3),其中,在所述支承架(1)上设置有两个波纹箱(4),并且所述波纹箱(4)与所述支承架(1)限定出一个空腔,其特征在于,所述支承架(1)具有一防转位装置(5),该防转位装置确保所述过滤元件只能在一个位置装入过滤器外壳中,其中,所述防转位装置(5)设计为具有两个非对称构造的凹部(6、7)的形体,各凹部沿着所述支承架(1)的纵轴线L延伸。
2.按照权利要求1所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,通过所述防转位装置(5),所述过滤元件能够以可卡扣方式固定在过滤器外壳中。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述防转位装置(5)构造在所述支承架(1)的背离所述吸入口(2)的端部。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述防转位装置(5)设计为半圆柱体(8),该半圆柱体的侧面(9)是被所述凹部(6、7)打通的。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述支承架(1)构造有两个用于所述波纹箱(4)的支承面(10),其中,用于所述波纹箱(4)的各褶皱的间隔保持件(11)从所述支承面(10)伸出。
6.按照权利要求5所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述间隔保持件(11)呈梳状地以栅栏形式的隔片(11a)啮合到所述波纹箱(4)的褶皱中。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述支承架(1)构造有两个用于所述波纹箱(4)的支承面(10),其中,所述支承面(10)被导向侧壁(12)溜边框定。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述支承架(1)设计为楔形的,其中,两个用于所述波纹箱(4)的支承面(10)彼此倾斜地定向。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的过滤元件,其特征在于,所述波纹箱(4)设计为具有之字形折叠的过滤介质的板式过滤器。
10.按照权利要求1至9之任一项所述的过滤元件的应用,用于汽车中的空气过滤装置。
