一种多钻开槽机,包括开槽机上部的吊装滑轮、横梁以及两边的边杆,多个潜水钻机并排设于开槽机下部,每个潜水钻机下端通过短钻杆连接于钻头,潜水电机A通过支撑梁固定于左侧边杆上,潜水电机A下端设有曲柄,曲柄通过连杆铰接于右摇臂的中间,右摇臂上端铰接于横梁,下端通过铰座B铰接于连接B,左摇臂上端铰接于支撑梁,下端通过铰座A铰接于连接A,两组锯刀通过连接A、连接B组成框架结构,多个刀齿均布于两组锯刀上,本发明是建造地下连续墙的专用机具。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种开槽机,特别涉及一种地下连续墙开槽用的多钻开槽机
二、背景技术:
目前,建造地下连续墙所使用的本种形式开槽机只是将多个潜水钻机并排组合在一起,由于每单个的潜水钻机所成的孔都是独立的圆,孔与孔之间存在严重缩颈,所成的槽段形状很不规则。
三、发明内容:
本发明弥补了以上开槽设备的缺点,提供了一种成槽规则平滑的多钻开槽机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种多钻开槽机,包括开槽机上部的吊装滑轮、横梁以及两边的边杆,多个潜水钻机并排设于开槽机下部,每个潜水钻机下端通过短钻杆连接于钻头,潜水电机A通过支撑梁固定于左侧边杆上,潜水电机A下端设有曲柄,曲柄通过连杆铰接于右摇臂的中间,右摇臂上端铰接于横梁,下端通过铰座B铰接于连接B,左摇臂上端铰接于支撑梁,下端通过铰座A铰接于连接A,两组锯刀通过连接A、连接B组成框架结构,多个刀齿均布于两组锯刀上。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本开槽机由于潜水电机A驱动两锯刀对槽壁进行修整,所开槽的壁面规则、平滑。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括开槽机上部的吊装滑轮1、横梁2以及两边的边杆3,多个潜水钻机10并排设于开槽机下部,每个潜水钻机B下端通过短钻杆15连接于钻头16,其特殊之处在于:潜水电机A通过支撑梁6固定于左侧边杆上,潜水电机A下端设有曲柄7,曲柄通过连杆8铰接于右摇臂5的中间,右摇臂上端铰接于横梁,下端通过铰座B14铰接于连接B18,左摇臂9上端铰接于支撑梁6,下端通过铰座A12铰接于连接A17,两组锯刀通过连接A、连接B组成框架结构,多个刀齿11均布于两组锯刀13上。
本发明工作时,多个潜水电机B驱动钻头旋转,多个钻头在旋转过程中将地层土钻出一排并列的圆孔,潜水电机A通过摇臂驱动两锯刀左右往复运动,将槽壁修整成规则平滑的壁面。
本发明是建造地下连续墙的专用机具。

1.一种多钻开槽机,包括开槽机上部的吊装滑轮(1)、横梁(2)以及两边的边杆(3),多个潜水钻机(10)并排设于开槽机下部,每个潜水钻机B下端通过短钻杆(15)连接于钻头(16),其特征在于:潜水电机A通过支撑梁(6)固定于左侧边杆上,潜水电机A下端设有曲柄(7),曲柄通过连杆(8)铰接于右摇臂(5)的中间,右摇臂上端铰接于横梁,下端通过铰座B(14)铰接于连接B(18),左摇臂(9)上端铰接于支撑梁(6),下端通过铰座A(12)铰接于连接A(17),两组锯刀通过连接A、连接B组成框架结构,多个刀齿(11)均布于两组锯刀(13)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多钻开槽机,其特征在于:两锯刀(13)通过潜水电机A驱动做左右往复运动。
