本发明涉及医药领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的栓剂。
背景技术
慢性盆腔炎是指女性内生殖器及其周围结缔组织、盆腔腹膜的慢性炎症。其主要临床表现为月经紊乱、白带增多、腰腹疼痛及不孕等，如已形成慢性盆腔炎，则可触及肿块。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的栓剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的药物，它是由下述重量配比的物质和药学上可接受的载体制成的：车前子5-10份、夏枯草20-40份、金银花10-30份、鸡血藤20-50份、扁蓄5-15份、穿心莲10-30份、桃金娘5-10份。
优选地，本发明所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的栓剂是由下述重量配比的物质和药学上可接受的载体制成的：车前子8份、夏枯草30份、金银花20份、鸡血藤30份、扁蓄10份、穿心莲20份、桃金娘10份。
本发明所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的药物中使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明栓剂的制备
称取车前子80克、夏枯草300克、金银花200克、鸡血藤300克、扁蓄100克、穿心莲200克、桃金娘100克，加入1000毫升水，在80℃下加热2小时，过滤，使滤液蒸干，粉碎。加入300克半合成脂肪酸甘油酯，在水浴上加热熔融，在混合均匀后加入100个中空栓剂模具中，冷却后，制得本发明的100粒栓剂。
实验例
诊断标准
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制订。症状：下腹及腰痛，下腹坠胀，腰骸部酸痛，常在劳累、性交后、排便时及月经前后加重，可伴有低热、月经增多和白带增多。妇科检查：子宫常呈后位，活动受限或粘连固定，输卵管炎时在子宫一侧或两侧可触及条索状物，并有轻压痛；盆腔结缔组织发炎时，子宫一侧或两侧有片状增厚、压痛；或在盆腔一侧或两侧摸到包块。
选择40例符合上述标准的患者，年龄18至54岁，平均年龄为37岁。
使用实施例1中制得的栓剂来进行治疗，每天3次，每次两粒，治疗两周为一个疗程。
疗效标准
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制订。痊愈：症状、体征消失，妇科检查正常；显效：症状消失，妇科检查有显著性改善；有效：症状、体征及检查均有减轻；无效：治疗后无改善。
经过有一个疗程的观察，发现全部患者均符合痊愈的治疗标准，并且在整个治疗期间未观察到明显的不良反应。

1.一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的栓剂，其特征在于，它是由下述重量配比的物质和药学上可接受的载体制成的：车前子8份、夏枯草30份、金银花20份、鸡血藤30份、扁蓄10份、穿心莲20份、桃金娘10份。
