背景技术
由DE10115949A1公知一种用作用于塑料卡的安全特征的、不可见的激光标记。该激光标记以裸眼不可见,其中,该激光标记要么被以在近红外光谱范围中的激光写入,并且以在近红外光谱范围中起作用的探测器读出,要么被以在紫外线范围中的激光写入,并且以在紫外线范围中起作用的探测器读出。DE10115949A1仅涉及塑料卡的标识。
发明内容
本发明基于如下任务,即,使激光标记的应用可能性以及安全性相对于现有技术得到改善。
根据本发明,该任务通过如下所述的设有激光标记的工件来实现,该工件具有作为安全特征的激光标记,激光标记能以裸眼辨认出来,并且在激光标记下面设置有仅能以机器读出的安全标识,安全标识与激光标记是全等叠合的,安全标识包括不同深度的热压痕区,其中,激光标记由热压痕区的表面来形成。另外,该任务通过如下所述的方法来解决,用于在工件上生成激光标记的方法,其中,在工件上借助于激光辐射生成退火标记,并且同时在工件内通过改变激光辐射而生成在工件的表面上不能以裸眼辨认出的安全标识,安全标识与激光标记是全等叠合的,安全标识包括不同深度的热压痕区,其中激光标记由热压痕区的表面来形成。
下面,与方法相关地说明的构造方案和优点以合理的方式同样适用于工件,并且反过来工件也同样适用于所述构造方案和优点。
本发明将可见的标记(即激光标记)与不可见的安全标识加以统一。在此,“激光标记”也被理解为凭借不同于激光的辐射源生成的标记。在各种情况中,安全标识在唯一的工作程序中与激光标记一起被生成。结果产生了安全标识的表面,该表面表现为激光标记,并且在无辅助工具的情况下在视觉上看起来是完全同样的。与能以裸眼辨认出的激光标记相对照地,安全标识仅能以机器读出。以机器读出被理解为在借助技术仪器的情况下所执行的每个读取或分析过程。在此情况下,读取或分析过程可以是有损过程,也可以是对工件的无损检查。例如,安全标识借助于热成像、蚀刻或借助涡流的结构检测而变得可见。
随着安全标识和激光标记在唯一的工作程序中的生成,形成全等叠合的标识或安全结构。
安全标识包括可彼此区别的区域,这些区域在无普遍性限制的情况下被称作热压痕区。不同深度的热压痕区能以简单的方式这样生成,方式为:激光辐射作用到工件的相应的区域上的时长和/或强度被改变。
安全结构的不同区域进入工件内部中的不同延伸并未明显地影响到其机械的特性。激光标记可以例如构造为成明文标记、条形码和/或二维条码。

具体实施方式
在实施例中平面的、仅以很小的截段示出的钢制的工件1被设有激光标记2,激光标记2就在图中可见的而言,例如可以是字母“i”或二维条码的一部分。整个激光标记2在工件1的表面3处具有完全同样的着色和结构,从而使得以裸眼不可区分出其与常规的退火激光标记(Anlass-Laserbeschriftung)的区别。
然而,区别于常规的退火激光标记地,存在于表面3之下,正如在图2中粗略地示意性地图解的那样。通过以其生成激光标记2的激光辐射,在工件1内形成不同的热压痕区4、5,热压痕区4、5鉴于其由表面3起测得的深度而有针对性地彼此区别。在该示出的实施例中仅存在热压痕区4、5的两个不同的深度,这对于依照二进制码的方式的编码而言是足够的。不同于此地,同样可设置有较大数量的不同的压痕深度。同样地可实现如下,即,在工件1内制造具备连续变化的深度的热压痕区4、5。在所有情况中,激光标记2具有完全同样的外观,从而使得观察者不获得关于附加安全标识6的提示,提示诸如附加安全标识6以具有分级的深度的热压痕区4、5的形式存在。
在特别简单的构造方案中,在工件1的表面3上,可以辨认出多个单独的记号,例如字母、标号、线或点,来作为激光标记2的部分,其中,每个记号表现为其中具备恒定深度的唯一的热压痕区4、5的表面。由此,在由20个记号构成的激光标记2中,对于两个不同深度的热压痕区4、5而言,可制造大约106个不同的安全标识6。在激光标记2的唯一的记号内的不同深度的热压痕区4、5中,如在图2中示出的那样,即使对于极大批量制造的工件1来讲,每个单独的工件1均可设有特殊的安全标识6。
为了读出安全标识6,工件1可例如通过以限定的蚀刻时长的蚀刻来处理,其中,激光标记2由此被损坏。备选地,在无损检测方法中例如在涡流检测的情况下,检测频率可被改变,或在热成像的情况下以限定的锁相频率(Lockln-Frequenzen)来处理。
在以激光标记2来标记工件1,并且同时生成安全标识6时,不是必需的是:大致相应于对激光标记2的读出地,立即检验安全标识6的特征。而是足够的是,由所选择的过程参数、尤其是由表面3内有针对性地改变的激光辐射的强度或时长来推断热压痕区4、5的特性。在工件1的标识和制造的范畴中,过程参数和/或热压痕区4、5的与过程参数明确的相关的特性被自动地存储,从而使得在之后的任意时刻可以确定,工件1的激光标记2是否相应于其安全标识6,进而确定是否存在原始部分。

Claims (8)

1.工件,具有作为安全特征的激光标记(2),所述激光标记(2)能以裸眼辨认出来,并且在所述激光标记(2)下面设置有仅能以机器读出的安全标识(6),所述安全标识(6)与所述激光标记(2)是全等叠合的,其特征在于,所述安全标识(6)包括不同深度的热压痕区(4、5),其中,所述激光标记(2)由所述热压痕区(4、5)的表面来形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工件,其特征在于,所述工件由金属制成,并且所述激光标记(2)构造成退火标记。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的工件,其特征在于,所述激光标记(2)具有完全同样的着色。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的工件,其特征在于,所述激光标记(2)构造成明文标记。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的工件,其特征在于,所述激光标记(2)构造成二维条码。
6.用于在工件(1)上生成激光标记(2)的方法,其中,在所述工件(1)上借助于激光辐射生成退火标记,并且同时在所述工件(1)内通过改变所述激光辐射而生成在所述工件(1)的表面(3)上不能以裸眼辨认出的安全标识(6),所述安全标识(6)与所述激光标记(2)是全等叠合的,所述安全标识(6)包括不同深度的热压痕区(4、5),其中,所述激光标记(2)由所述热压痕区(4、5)的表面来形成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述安全标识(6)内通过改变所述激光辐射的时长而生成不同深度的热压痕区(4、5)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述安全标识(6)内通过改变所述激光辐射的强度而生成不同深度的热压痕区(4、5)。
