背景技术
传统的电子邮件处理，需要由人手工处理，在现在物流业规模越来越大的环境下，凸显出这种处理方式速度慢、错误率高和工作量大等缺点。
在日新月异的互联网时代，这种手工处理的模式已经远远满足不了市场发展带来的需求。市场对这种业务模式提出了更高的要求，因此目前继续要一种可以迅速、准确、简单完成电子邮件处理的系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种智能邮件信息处理方法及装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种智能邮件信息处理方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)WEB服务器根据数据库服务器中的需发送电子装箱单中的客户信息生成电子邮件，自动将电子装箱单数据以附件形式加入电子邮件并发送；
2)WEB服务器判断电子邮件是否发送成功，若为否，执行步骤3)；
3)WEB服务器将发送失败邮件移入发送失败列表数据库中；
4)WEB服务器判断是否有接收异常，若为否，结束，若为是，执行步骤5)；
5)WEB服务器将异常信息返回给PC端，供用户查询。
一种智能邮件信息处理装置，其特征在于，包括PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器，所述的PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器依次连接。
所述的PC设有多个。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有能快速生成所需的电子邮件并发送，能按照用户的需求列出相应的清单，具有高效、方便、准确、方便修改和安全的优点。

1)WEB服务器6根据数据库服务器7中的需发送电子装箱单中的客户信息生成电子邮件，自动将电子装箱单数据以附件形式加入电子邮件并发送；
2)WEB服务器6判断电子邮件是否发送成功，若为否，执行步骤3)；
3)WEB服务器6将发送失败邮件移入发送失败列表数据库中；
4)WEB服务器6判断是否有接收异常，若为否，结束，若为是，执行步骤5)；
5)WEB服务器6将异常信息返回给PC 1端，供用户查询。
一种智能邮件信息处理装置包括PC 1、代理服务器2、第一防火墙3、Internet4、第二防火墙5、WEB服务器6、数据库服务器7，所述的PC 1、代理服务器2、第一防火墙3、Interne 4、第二防火墙5、WEB服务器6、数据库服务器7依次连接。

1.一种智能邮件信息处理方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)WEB服务器根据数据库服务器中的需发送电子装箱单中的客户信息生成电子邮件，自动将电子装箱单数据以附件形式加入电子邮件并发送；
2)WEB服务器判断电子邮件是否发送成功，若为否，执行步骤3)；
3)WEB服务器将发送失败邮件移入发送失败列表数据库中；
4)WEB服务器判断是否有接收异常，若为否，结束，若为是，执行步骤5)；
5)WEB服务器将异常信息返回给PC端，供用户查询。
2.一种智能邮件信息处理装置，其特征在于，包括PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器，所述的PC、代理服务器、第一防火墙、Internet、第二防火墙、WEB服务器、数据库服务器依次连接。
