Abstract

本发明公开的电动助力转向系统，包括扭矩传感器、控制电机、电子助力系统控制单元，电子助力系统控制单元与扭矩传感器信号连接，被输入方向操纵系统中的转向管柱的输入轴扭矩信号，该电力助力系统控制单元输出一控制信号至控制电机，控制电机正向和反向运转转速提供助力；其扭矩传感器设置在所述方向盘内。本发明将扭矩传感器安装在方向盘内，扭矩传感器输出的方向盘输入轴扭矩信号通过两根线束连接至螺旋电缆接插件上，通过螺旋电缆经过线束传送给电子助力系统控制单元，不需要改变螺旋电缆的结构，只要在线束中加若干条导线即可，可以是与安全气囊等其它装置共用的。本发明在保证系统可靠性的同时，简化了电子助力系统的统构，降低了成本。
