Description

一种同轴导向限制器
技术领域:
本发明涉及电缆装配技术领域,尤其涉及一种矿物绝缘电缆装配过程中铜导体与金属护套同轴度限制导向装置。
背景技术:
矿物绝缘电缆简称MI电缆,国内习惯称为氧化镁电缆或防火电缆,它是由矿物材料氧化镁粉作为绝缘的铜芯铜护套电缆,矿物绝缘电缆由铜导体、氧化镁、制护套两种无机材料组成。矿物绝缘电缆生产工艺主要有预制氧化镁瓷柱法、氧化镁粉自动灌装法和氩弧焊连续焊接法三种。另外大型超导磁体系统CIC导体缩径成型技术也可以作为矿物绝缘电缆成型技术之一。
预制氧化镁瓷柱法是矿物绝缘电缆制造的常用方法,也是生产设备投资较小的一种生产工艺。该工艺首先将磁选好的氧化镁粉烘干后,经过压制、烧结后送到装配台进行装配,装配完毕后进行反复拉拔和退火工序直至成品。
氧化镁粉自动灌装法首先将经过处理的管坯和线芯材料送到装配台,进行坯料装配(也是将所需线芯坯料放入管坯中),并用装置将管坯的一端固定,将氧化镁粉灌入管内,并压紧。为了检测氧化镁粉的密实度,灌粉前对装配好铜管和铜棒进行称重,灌粉后再进行称重,从而得到每根管坯内所装的氧化粉的重量是否在工艺控制范围内。
氩弧焊连续焊接法氩弧焊连续焊接生产线由垂直和水平两个部分组成,垂直部分包括成型辊轮、氧化镁粉料斗、焊接机头、压轮、轧机和感应退火箱。水平部分包括冷却槽、轧机、感应退火箱和收线装置。
目前在国际热核聚变实验反应堆(ITER)实验装置中使用的高等级矿物绝缘电缆结构的内部线圈导体的研制过程中,发展了导体成型技术制造矿物绝缘电缆的技术。
由于热核聚变实验装置对线圈及线圈导体最终尺寸及导体性能的严格要求,高等级矿物绝缘电缆的生产过程控制严格,在采用预制氧化镁瓷柱法及导体成型技术的过程中,需要采用严格配合尺寸的导体结构装配。为了降低导体装配过程的难度,需要研制一种导向及同轴限制装置,用于管状铜导体、氧化镁瓷柱及金属护套的装配。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构设计合理、配合精度高、运动可靠的同轴导向限制器。该同轴导向限制器能同轴固定铜导体及金属护套,并能保证金属护套顺利平滑地装配到铜导体外部。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种同轴导向限制器,其特征在于:包括导向部分和固定部分,导向部分和固定部分主体为圆柱形,所述导向部分外圆周面上设置有导向轮,所述固定部分外圆周面上设置有同轴撑块,所述固定部分与导向部分通过端面连接,导向部分另一端设置有锁紧撑杆,锁紧撑杆上设置有锁紧螺帽。
所述导向轮共设置四个,在导向部分的外圆周面上均匀对称分布。
所述导向轮为球面导向轮。
所述同轴撑块为长条状,共设置四个,在固定部分的外圆周面上均匀对称分布。
该同轴导向限制器采用锁紧撑杆及同轴撑块结构固定待装配的铜导体及外部管状的金属护套,首先将该同轴导向限制器的固定部分插入铜导体一端,将锁紧螺帽锁紧,同轴撑块突起,撑住铜导体内壁,将其固定。
将同轴导向限制器的导向部分放入金属护套内,导向部分安装的四个导向轮的球面外轮廓与金属护套内壁贴合,装配时,导向轮旋转,引导金属护套装配到铜导体外侧。
本发明结构设计合理、装配精度高、运动可靠,该同轴导向限制器能同轴固定铜导体及金属护套,并能保证金属护套顺利平滑地装配到铜导体外部,在国际热核聚变实验反应堆(ITER)实验装置内部线圈制造过程中得到了很好使用。

具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种同轴导向限制器,包括导向部分2和固定部分1,导向部分2和固定部分1主体为圆柱形,导向部分2外圆周面上设置有导向轮21,固定部分1外圆周面上设置有同轴撑块11,固定部分1与导向部分2通过端面连接,导向部分2另一端设置有锁紧撑杆3,锁紧撑杆3上设置有锁紧螺帽4,导向轮21共设置四个,导向轮21在导向部分2的外圆周面上均匀对称分布,同轴撑块11为长条状,共设置四个,同轴撑块11在固定部分1的外圆周面上均匀对称分布。
如图1、图2所示,该同轴导向限制器采用锁紧撑杆3及同轴撑块11结构固定待装配的铜导体5及外部管状的金属护套6,首先将该同轴导向限制器的固定部分1插入铜导体5一端,将锁紧螺帽4锁紧,同轴撑块11突起,撑住铜导体5内壁,将其固定。
将同轴导向限制器的导向部分2放入金属护套6内,导向部分2安装的四个导向轮21的球面外轮廓与金属护套6内壁贴合,装配时,导向轮21旋转,引导金属护套6装配到铜导体5外侧。

2.根据权利要求1所述的同轴导向限制器,其特征在于:所述导向轮共设置四个,在导向部分的外圆周面上均匀对称分布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的同轴导向限制器,其特征在于:所述导向轮为球面导向轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的同轴导向限制器,其特征在于:所述同轴撑块为长条状,共设置四个,在固定部分的外圆周面上均匀对称分布。
