本发明提供了步进的进给结构,其结构简单、制造成本低,适用于简单的多个工位逐步推进的机构。其包括气缸、两侧的步进齿条,其特征在于:两侧的所述步进齿条的齿面相向,所述步进齿条的齿形朝向步进方向收口,两侧的所述步进齿条的齿面间分别装有拖动块、行进块,所述拖动块、行进块的两侧安装块分别贴合所述步进齿条的齿形,两侧的所述安装块之间通过弹簧连接,所述行进块相对于所述拖动块位于步进方向的前部,所述行进块、拖动块之间安装有拉簧,气缸紧固安装于所述行进块,所述气缸的气缸臂紧固于所述拖动块。

技术领域
    本发明涉及物料输送结构的技术领域,具体为步进的进给结构。
背景技术
现有的物料输送机构的步进进给结构,其均通过步进电机来控制,对于简单的多个工位逐步推进的机构,其制造成本偏高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了步进的进给结构,其结构简单、制造成本低,适用于简单的多个工位逐步推进的机构。
步进的进给结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括气缸、两侧的步进齿条,其特征在于:两侧的所述步进齿条的齿面相向,所述步进齿条的齿形朝向步进方向收口,两侧的所述步进齿条的齿面间分别装有拖动块、行进块,所述拖动块、行进块的两侧安装块分别贴合所述步进齿条的齿形,两侧的所述安装块之间通过弹簧连接,所述行进块相对于所述拖动块位于步进方向的前部,所述行进块、拖动块之间安装有拉簧,气缸紧固安装于所述行进块,所述气缸的气缸臂紧固于所述拖动块。
采用本发明的结构后,对于简单的多个工位逐步推进的机构,气缸的气缸臂伸长时,由于步进齿条的齿形朝向步进方向收口,拖动块、行进块的两侧安装块分别贴合步进齿条的齿形,行进块相对于拖动块位于步进方向的前部,拖动块无法向克服齿形对其的限制向逆向步进方向运动,故气缸臂对拉簧的反作用力使得行进块的两侧安装块压缩并顺利向步进方向运动一格,气缸的气缸臂收缩时,行进块无法向克服齿形对其的限制向逆向步进方向运动,故气缸臂对拉簧的反作用力使得拖动块的两侧安装块压缩并顺利向步进方向运动一格,从而顺利完成步进,其结构简单、制造成本低,适用于简单的多个工位逐步推进的机构。

见图1,其包括气缸1、两侧的步进齿条2,两侧的步进齿条2的齿面相向,步进齿条2的齿形朝向步进方向收口,两侧的步进齿条2的齿面间分别装有拖动块3、行进块4,拖动块3、行进块4的两侧安装块5分别贴合步进齿条2的齿形,两侧的安装块5之间通过弹簧6连接,行进块4相对于拖动块3位于步进方向的前部,行进块4、拖动块3之间安装有拉簧7,气缸1紧固安装于行进块4,气缸1的气缸臂紧固于拖动块3。

1.步进的进给结构,其包括气缸、两侧的步进齿条,其特征在于:两侧的所述步进齿条的齿面相向,所述步进齿条的齿形朝向步进方向收口,两侧的所述步进齿条的齿面间分别装有拖动块、行进块,所述拖动块、行进块的两侧安装块分别贴合所述步进齿条的齿形,两侧的所述安装块之间通过弹簧连接,所述行进块相对于所述拖动块位于步进方向的前部,所述行进块、拖动块之间安装有拉簧,气缸紧固安装于所述行进块,所述气缸的气缸臂紧固于所述拖动块。
