Description

Umbrella device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an umbrella device, and more particularly, to an umbrella device that can be opened and closed in reverse directions.
Background
In the prior art, an umbrella generally has a plurality of long ribs for supporting an umbrella cover, a movable part is provided in the middle of each long rib, one ends of a plurality of supporting ribs are respectively connected to the movable part, and the other ends of the supporting ribs are connected to a slider capable of freely sliding along an umbrella rod. However, no matter the umbrella is straight or folded, when the umbrella is closed, the sliding block moves towards the umbrella handle, the supporting ribs are pulled to drive the long ribs to move, the free ends of the long ribs are folded towards the umbrella handle, and the umbrella is closed. Otherwise, the slide block is moved upwards to open the umbrella.
However, when closing the umbrella of the above structure, some inconvenience is brought to the user because the moving direction of the free end of the long rib is directed to the user. For example, when a person holding an umbrella enters a small space such as a car in rainy days or enters a room through a small door, the user usually enters the car door under the shielding of the umbrella first, and then extends the arm to fold the umbrella outside the car door and bring the umbrella into the car. That is, the umbrella holder cannot fold the umbrella after completely entering the vehicle, and a part of the body of the umbrella holder has to be exposed out of the vehicle door to fold the umbrella, so that when the umbrella is folded, a user inevitably contacts with rainwater, which brings inconvenience to the user.
In addition, when the umbrella with the structure is closed, the outer surface of the umbrella cloth faces outwards, and if the umbrella is rainy, rainwater and the like on the umbrella cloth can rub against the body of a user and other people in crowded public places (such as crowded corridors, subways, buses and the like), so that inconvenience is brought to the user and other people.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an umbrella device that can be opened and closed in reverse directions.

When the umbrella device 1 is folded, the plurality of folded long ribs 4 are respectively accommodated in the accommodating grooves 81, so that the movement of the folded long ribs 4 along the circumferential direction of the umbrella rod 3 can be limited, the long ribs 4 are prevented from being twisted and the like, the service life is prolonged, and meanwhile, the folded umbrella device 1 is compact in structure and convenient to carry.
As shown in fig. 1, the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are approximately cylindrical in shape, have a hollow structure, and are fitted around the outside of the shaft 3 and can freely slide along the shaft 3. The bottom of the 1 st slide block 11 is provided with a positioning block 35 for engaging with a bottom positioning hole 37 of the umbrella rod 3.
The 2 nd slide block 12 is arranged above the 1 st slide block 11 and between the umbrella cap 2 and the 1 st slide block 11. The detailed structure of the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 will be described later.
One end of each of a plurality of long ribs 4 (for example, 8 long ribs) is rotatably connected and fixed to the upper end surface of the 2 nd slider 12 by a pin, and the other end is connected to the peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth 7 and is movable up and down. The long ribs 4 serve as a frame for supporting the umbrella cloth 7 when the umbrella device 1 is unfolded, and one end of the long ribs connected with the umbrella cloth 7 can be bent downwards to relieve the tension between the long ribs 4 and the umbrella cloth 7 when the umbrella device 1 is unfolded.
The spacer 5 is the same in number as the long bone 4, and has one end fixed to the outer surface of the 1 st block 11 by a pin so as to be rotatable, and the other end connected to and supported by the long bone 4 (for example, connected to a substantially middle portion of the long bone 4) by a pin.
The umbrella cloth 7 is disposed under the long frame 4 and the supporting frame 5, and the outer peripheral edge thereof is fixed to the freely movable end of the long frame 4, and the inner peripheral edge thereof is preferably fixed to the middle of the 1 st slider 11. Thus, when the umbrella device 1 is closed reversely, the umbrella cloth 7 wraps the long ribs 4 and the stay ribs 5 in the closed state. When the umbrella device 1 is unfolded, the umbrella cloth 7 forms an umbrella surface of the umbrella device 1 for shielding rainwater, sunlight, or the like.
In the present embodiment, the umbrella cloth 7 is provided below the long bones 4 and the stay bones 5, and when the long bones 4 pull the umbrella cloth 7 to move in the reverse direction, the force applied to the long bones 4 is reduced. Therefore, the umbrella cloth does not obstruct the reverse movement of the umbrella ribs.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, in the state where the umbrella device 1 is spread, the 2 nd slider 12 is fixed to the top of the umbrella shaft 3 and below the umbrella cap 2, and the 1 st slider 11 is fixed to the middle of the umbrella shaft 3 in the vertical direction by engaging a positioning block 35 with a middle positioning hole 36 (see fig. 6) formed in the umbrella shaft 3. At this time, the plurality of support ribs 5 (only 2 are shown in the drawing) having one end connected to the 1 st slider 11 support the plurality of long ribs 4 (only 2 are shown in the drawing), and the long ribs 4 support the umbrella cloth 7 to form the umbrella cover.
[ CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF UMBRELLA CLOTH AND LONG FRAME ]
An example of the connection structure of the umbrella cloth 7 and the long rib 4 will be described below with reference to fig. 3 to 5. Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the connection between the long rib 4 and the umbrella cloth 7 of the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line C-C of fig. 3. Fig. 5 is a bottom view of the long rib 4 of the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, an umbrella cloth connecting groove 82 is formed at an end of the long rib 4, and an elastic member 83 (e.g., a spring) connected to an outer peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth 7 is attached to the umbrella cloth connecting groove 82. An end 85 of a portion of one end of the elastic member 83 protruding out of the canopy connecting groove 82 is formed in a bulb shape for connecting with the outer peripheral edge of the canopy 7 and preventing the canopy 7 from being detached.
As shown in fig. 4, the canopy connecting groove 82 has a substantially rectangular shape inside the long bone 4, and one end of the elastic member 83 is fixed to the outer short side of the canopy connecting groove 82, that is, the short side on the side close to the tip end of the long bone 4. The elastic member 83 is extendable and retractable back and forth along a slide groove 84 (see fig. 5) formed on the outer surface of the long rib 4 in the umbrella cloth connection groove 82 to alleviate the force applied between the long rib 4 and the umbrella cloth 7.
As shown in fig. 5, a spacer 87 (see fig. 3) may be provided between the end 85 (ball head portion) of the non-fixed end of the elastic member 83 and the chute 84, and a connecting portion between the outer edge of the umbrella cloth 7 and the elastic member 83 is located between the spacer 87 and the end 85, so that the umbrella cloth 7 is prevented from being separated from the elastic member 83, and the outer peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth 7 is prevented from being caught in the chute 84, that is, the umbrella cloth connecting groove 82.
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the umbrella device 1 is opened and closed in the reverse direction, the force acting between the long rib 4 and the umbrella cloth 7 is reduced by the free expansion and contraction of the elastic member 83 in the umbrella cloth connecting groove 82 while the long rib 4 moves the umbrella cloth 7, thereby preventing the long rib 4 or the umbrella cloth 7 from being bent or broken.
In this embodiment, when the long ribs 4 are folded, one side of the umbrella cloth 7 can be pulled upwards by one end of the long ribs 4 with the elastic component 83, and the other side can also move upwards under the driving of the 1 st sliding block 11. Therefore, the stress of the umbrella cloth 7 and the long ribs 4 is greatly reduced in the folding process of the umbrella device 1, so that the influence of the umbrella cloth 7 on the movement of the long ribs 4 can be eliminated, the service lives of the umbrella ribs and the umbrella cloth are prolonged, and the requirements on manufacturing materials of the umbrella ribs and the umbrella cloth are reduced.
Motion process of umbrella device
Hereinafter, the reverse closing and opening processes of the umbrella device 1 will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 8.
Fig. 6 to 8 are schematic views of an umbrella device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention from an opened state to a closed state. In fig. 6 to 8, for convenience of explanation of the movement state of the umbrella device 1, the members such as the umbrella cloth 7 are not shown.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the umbrella shaft 3 is formed with a middle positioning hole 36 for engaging with a positioning block 35 provided at the bottom of the 1 st slider 11 to fix the 1 st slider 11.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when the umbrella device 1 is closed in the reverse direction, first, the engagement and fixation between the middle positioning hole 36 of the umbrella shaft 3 and the positioning block 35 at the bottom of the 1 st slider 11 are released, and the 1 st slider 11 is allowed to slide upward along the umbrella shaft 3. Since both ends of the stay 5 are connected to the 1 st slider 11 and the vicinity of the middle of the long rib 4, respectively, when the 1 st slider 11 slides upward along the umbrella shaft 3, the stay 5 pushes the long rib 4 (one end of the long rib 4 is fixed by being connected to the 2 nd slider 12), so that the other end of the long rib 4 moves upward of the umbrella device 1, that is, in a reverse direction opposite to the moving direction of the conventional umbrella device. At the moment, the umbrella cloth 7 is also turned upwards under the drive of the long ribs 4.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 7, the 1 st slider 11 reaches the position of the 2 nd slider 12, and is connected to the 2 nd slider 12. At this time, the supporting ribs 5 push the long ribs 4 to be reversely folded above the umbrella cap 2. The umbrella cloth 7 is also folded upwards. The 1 st slide block 11 and the 2 nd slide block 12 are connected, and the 2 nd slide block 12 and the umbrella rod 3 are released from being fixed. At this time, the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 slide integrally along the umbrella shaft 3 downward, i.e., in the direction of the umbrella handle 6. The stay 5, the long frame 4, and the umbrella cloth 7, which are reversely folded above the umbrella device 1, also move downward along with the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12.
As shown in FIG. 8, the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 slide downward along the umbrella shaft 3, i.e. toward the umbrella handle 6, to the bottom of the umbrella shaft 3. The supporting ribs 5, the long ribs 4 and the umbrella cloth 7 also move downward to the bottom of the umbrella rod 3. At this time, the positioning block 35 provided at the bottom of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged with the bottom positioning block 37 formed at the bottom of the umbrella shaft 3, thereby fixing the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 integrally connected to the bottom of the umbrella shaft 3. Thus, the long ribs 4, the supporting ribs 5 and the umbrella cloth 7 can be folded around the outside of the umbrella shaft 3 in a reversible manner, and the umbrella device 1 is completely folded. The closed umbrella device 1 can also enable the umbrella cloth 7 to wrap the long ribs 4 and the outer sides of the supporting ribs 5 when the length is shortened, so that the long ribs 4 and the supporting ribs 5 can be protected, the outer surface (the surface shielding rainwater, sunlight and the like) of the umbrella cloth can be turned into the umbrella device, and rainwater and the like on the umbrella cloth can be prevented from rubbing a user or other people after the umbrella device 1 is folded.
The reverse unfolding process of the umbrella device 1 is the reverse of the closing process described above. When the umbrella device 1 is in the closed state, the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 slide integrally along the umbrella shaft 3 toward the top of the umbrella device 1 after the engagement between the positioning block 35 and the bottom positioning hole 37 is released. At the same time, the supporting rib 5 and the long rib 4 connected to the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 move toward the top of the umbrella shaft 3.
When the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 reach the top of the umbrella stick 3 and separate from each other, and the 1 st slider 11 moves downward, a positioning pin 31 and a jumper spring 34 (see fig. 9) of the umbrella stick 3, which will be described later, are ejected to the outside of the umbrella stick 3, and the 2 nd slider 12 is locked and fixed to the top of the umbrella stick 3. When the 1 st sliding block 11 slides downwards along the umbrella rod 3, the long bone 4 with one end fixed on the 2 nd sliding block 12 is driven by the support bone 5 connected with the 1 st sliding block 11 to change from a folded state to an unfolded state, namely, the freely movable end of the long bone 4 moves downwards from a vertical upward pointing state, and the umbrella cloth 7 is opened under the drive of the long bone 4.
When the 1 st sliding block 11 moves to the middle part of the umbrella rod 3, the positioning block 35 at the bottom of the 1 st sliding block 11 is clamped with the middle positioning hole 36 of the umbrella rod 3, so that the 1 st sliding block 11 is fixed at the middle part of the umbrella rod 3, and at the moment, the freely movable end of the long bone 4 driven by the support bone 5 obliquely points to the lower part of the umbrella device 1, namely, the long bone 4 is in a spread state. Under the drive of the long ribs 4, the umbrella cloth 7 is also completely opened under the long ribs 4 and the supporting ribs 5, and the umbrella surface of the umbrella device 1 is formed.
[ concrete Structure of umbrella device ]
The specific structure of umbrella device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 9 to 14.
Fig. 9 is a partially enlarged front view of the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention in an expanded state. Fig. 10A is a partial left side sectional view of an umbrella device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in the vicinity of the 2 nd slider 12. Fig. 10B is an enlarged perspective view of the 2 nd slider 12 of the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 11 is an enlarged left view of the vicinity of the 1 st slider 11 of the umbrella device according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 12 is a schematic view showing a state where the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 of the umbrella device according to the embodiment of the present invention are connected. Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 12. Fig. 14 is a schematic view showing the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 of the umbrella device according to the embodiment of the present invention moving downward integrally. In fig. 9 to 14, for convenience of explanation, some components such as the umbrella cloth 7 and the long rib 4 are not shown.
Structure of umbrella pole
As shown in fig. 9, the position of the No. 2 slide block 12 on the umbrella rod 3 is provided with a positioning pin 31 and a jump spring 34, and the position of the No. 1 slide block 11 on the umbrella rod 3 is provided with a middle positioning hole 36.
The positioning pin 31 is arranged on the top of the umbrella rod 3 and can protrude out of the umbrella rod 3 along the radius direction of the umbrella rod 3. As shown in fig. 10, a pin hole 33 is formed in the top portion of the umbrella shaft 3 (below the umbrella cap 2), an elastic member 32 (e.g., a spring) is provided therein, and the positioning pin 31 is connected by the elastic member 32 and can be fitted into the pin hole 33.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10A, in the present embodiment, a pair of jumper springs 34 are fitted into the umbrella shaft 3 at positions below the positioning pins 31. The jumper spring 34 can protrude to the outside of the umbrella pole 3 along the radius direction of the umbrella pole 3, and when the 2 nd slider 12 is fixed on the top of the umbrella pole 3 by the positioning pin 31, the jumper spring 34 can support the lower end surface of the 2 nd slider 12 to strengthen the fixation of the 2 nd slider 12. The bottom edges of the two jumper springs 34 are inclined upward at a certain angle, that is, in the figure, the cross section is a right-angled trapezoid with the oblique side located below. Thus, when the 1 st slider 11 moves above the umbrella shaft 3 and the 2 nd slider is connected, the jumper spring 34 can be smoothly pushed into the umbrella shaft 3.
(structure of the 2 nd slider)
The specific structure of the 2 nd slider 12 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 9, 10A, and 10B.
As shown in fig. 9, 10A, and 10B, the 2 nd slider 12 has a coupling groove 43 and an inner locking groove 46 formed therein.
A connecting groove 43 having a long and narrow groove shape along the up-down direction of the 2 nd slider 12 is formed in the 2 nd slider 12 at a position corresponding to the positioning pin 31, and has openings on the upper and lower end surfaces of the 2 nd slider 12. Between the outer surface 122 and the inner surface 121 of the 2 nd slider 12 is a 2 nd slider cavity portion 123 (see fig. 10A). The coupling groove 43 is cut inward from the 2 nd slider outer surface 122 into the 2 nd slider inner surface 121, and is formed as a groove having openings on the upper and lower end surfaces of the 2 nd slider 12. In fig. 10A, the 2 nd slider 12 is an inner space of the coupling groove 43 at the right portion of the umbrella shaft 3. When the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are coupled, the coupling groove 43 receives a portion of the coupling rod 51, which will be described later, that protrudes beyond the upper end surface of the 1 st slider 11.
As shown in fig. 10A and 10B, a positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a and a locking boss 42 are formed in the connecting groove 43 in this order in the vertical direction. A positioning pin locking groove 40 is formed between the positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a and the locking boss 42, and can fix the 2 nd slider 12 when engaged with the positioning pin 31, and can be engaged with a coupling hook 52 (fig. 11) of the 1 st slider 11 described later to couple the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12.
The space between the positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a and the umbrella shaft 3 is a positioning pin press-fitting groove 41B (see fig. 10B). When the 2 nd slider 12 slides upward, the positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a presses the positioning pin 31 protruding outside the umbrella shaft 3 into the umbrella shaft 3 (see fig. 16).
The locking boss 42 formed on the 2 nd slider inner surface 121 has an inclined surface, and the height of the locking boss 42 from the positioning pin locking groove 40 side to the lower end surface side of the 2 nd slider 12 is gradually reduced. As shown in fig. 10A, the locking boss 42 and the positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a are used to lock the positioning pin 31 to the positioning pin locking groove 40.
As described below, when the 1 st slider 11 slides upward and is connected to the 2 nd slider 12, the locking boss 42 lifts the connecting rod 51. When the coupling hook 52 is thus dropped into the positioning pin locking groove 40 (see fig. 12 and 13), the coupling hook 52 pushes the positioning pin 31, which protrudes outside the umbrella shaft 3 and engages with the positioning pin locking groove 40, into the umbrella shaft 3 (see fig. 12 and 13).
As shown in fig. 9 and 10A, the inner locking groove 46 is formed in the lower end surface of the 2 nd slider 12, and is recessed into the 2 nd slider 12 to form a groove capable of engaging with an inner connecting piece 54 of the 1 st slider 11 described later.
(Structure of the 1 st slider)
The specific structure of the 1 st slider 11 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 9, 11 to 13.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, the inside of the 1 st slider 11 is provided with a connecting rod 51, an inner connecting block 54, an elastic body 55, a plurality of bar-shaped supporting portions 57, a plurality of bar-shaped connecting portions 59, and a push button 58.
As shown in fig. 11, a connecting rod 51 made of, for example, an elastic material is attached to the surface of the 1 st slider 11 in the direction of the umbrella shaft 3, the bottom portion is fitted into the 1 st slider 11 at a position opposite to the connecting groove 43 of the 2 nd slider 12 (see fig. 9), and the top portion protrudes upward beyond the upper end surface of the 1 st slider 11. A coupling hook 52 (see fig. 11) is attached to a top portion of a surface of the coupling rod 51 facing the umbrella shaft 3, and engages with the positioning pin locking groove 40 of the 2 nd slider 12. The lower portion of the connecting link 51 facing the umbrella shaft 3 and at the position where the connecting hook 52 is attached is also in contact with a semicircular portion 60 described later. When the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are coupled, the portion of the link lever 51 extending out of the 1 st slider 11 is accommodated in the link groove 43, and the link hook 52 engages with the positioning pin locking groove 40.
As shown in fig. 9, the inner connecting block 54 of the 1 st slider 11 is provided on the upper end surface of the 1 st slider 11 at a position on both sides of the connecting rod 51. The inner joint block 54 is connected to an elastic body 55 described later. The inner connecting block 54 engages with the inner locking groove 46 of the 2 nd slider 12 to connect the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 together.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the elastic body 55 having, for example, a cylindrical shape is provided between the inner surface 111 and the outer surface 112 of the 1 st slider 11. The elastic body 55 can be greatly deformed due to the force, and at this time, the internal connection body 54 on the upper end surface of the elastic body 55 is contracted due to the deformation of the elastic body 55.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, buttons 58 are provided on both sides of the outer surface of the elastic body 55, for example, at positions directly below the internal connection bodies 54.
As shown in fig. 13, the number of the push buttons 58 and the internal connection bodies 54 is two as an example. The buttons 58 protrude outward to the outer surface of the 1 st slider, and the elastic body 55 is deformed by pressing the two buttons 58 to reduce the distance between the two internal connection bodies 54. A semicircular portion 60 that contacts a surface of the coupling rod 51 facing the umbrella shaft 3 is provided on the outer surface of the top of the elastic body 55. When the button 58 is pushed to deform the elastic body 55, the semicircular portion 60 is displaced and outwardly protrudes to jack up the connection rod 51 (see fig. 18).
The 1 st slider inner surface 111 and the 1 st slider outer surface 112 are fixedly supported by a plurality of (for example, 4 per layer, 12 per layer) strip-shaped supporting portions 57, so as to prevent the hollow 1 st slider 11 from deforming due to stress.
Both ends of the plurality (for example, 2) of the bar-shaped connecting portions 59 are connected to the inner side of the 1 st slider outer surface 112 and the elastic body 55, respectively, and the elastic body 55 is fixed inside the 1 st slider 11.
[ 1 st slider connected with 2 nd slider ]
The process of connecting the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 when the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is reversely closed will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 12 to 14.
As shown in fig. 12, when the umbrella device 1 is closed in the reverse direction, the 1 st slider 11 moves to the top of the umbrella shaft 3 and contacts the 2 nd slider 12, and the jumper spring 34 (see fig. 9) located below the 2 nd slider 12 and fixedly supporting the lower end surface of the 2 nd slider 12 is pushed into the umbrella shaft 3 by the 1 st slider 11. The inner connecting block 54 located on the upper end surface of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged with the inner locking groove 46 (see fig. 9) located on the lower end surface of the 2 nd slider 12. Meanwhile, the connecting rod 51 of the 1 st slider 11 is inserted into and received in the connecting groove 43 of the 2 nd slider 12 (see fig. 9, 10A, and 10B). The coupling hook 52 is lifted together with the coupling rod 51 when passing through the locking boss 42, and then when the coupling hook 52 reaches the position of the positioning pin locking groove 40, the coupling rod 51 with the top lifted returns to its original shape due to its own elasticity. Thus, the coupling hook 52 pushes the positioning pin 31 engaged with the positioning pin locking groove 40 into the umbrella shaft 3 when it falls into the positioning pin locking groove 40 due to the elastic force of the coupling lever 51 (see fig. 13). Therefore, the 1 st slider 11 is connected to the 2 nd slider 12, and the umbrella shaft 3 is released from the 2 nd slider 12, so that the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 can slide freely along the umbrella shaft 3.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 14, the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are slid downward integrally, and then the positioning pin 31 and the jumper spring 34 provided on the top of the umbrella shaft 3 are ejected to the outside of the umbrella shaft 3. The 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 integrally move downward until the positioning block 35 at the bottom end of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged and fixed with the bottom positioning hole 37 (not shown) at the bottom of the umbrella rod 3, so that the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are integrally fixed at the bottom of the umbrella rod 3.
(separation of No. 1 slider from No. 2 slider)
The process of separating the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 when the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is reversely unfolded will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 15 to 19.
Fig. 15 to 17 are schematic views showing the upward movement of the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 of the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 18 is a sectional view taken along line B-B of fig. 17.
Fig. 19 is a schematic view showing the state where the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 of the umbrella device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention are separated.
In fig. 15 to 19, for convenience of explanation, only the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 and their related parts are shown, and the remaining parts such as the long bone 4 are not shown.
As shown in fig. 15, when opening the umbrella device 1, the positioning block 35 of the 1 st slider 11 is first disengaged from the bottom positioning hole 36 (not shown) of the umbrella shaft 3, and then the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are slid integrally toward the top of the umbrella shaft 3.
As shown in fig. 16, when the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 slide integrally to the top of the umbrella shaft 3, the 2 nd slider 12 pushes the jumper spring 34 protruding to the outside of the umbrella shaft 3 into the umbrella shaft 3. Then, the positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a press-fits the positioning pin 31 into the umbrella shaft 3.
As shown in fig. 17, when the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 slide together to the top of the umbrella stick 3, specifically, when the positioning pin locking groove 40 reaches the position of the positioning pin 31, the push button 58 is pushed to deform the elastic body 55, so that the inner connecting block 54 of the 1 st slider 11 is disengaged from the inner locking groove 46 (not shown) of the 2 nd slider 12, and the connecting hook 52 of the 1 st slider 11 is disengaged from the positioning pin locking groove 40 of the 2 nd slider 12, thereby releasing the connection between the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12. Meanwhile, the positioning pin 31 of the umbrella rod 3 is popped out of the umbrella rod 3 and is engaged with the positioning pin locking groove 40 of the 2 nd slide block 12, so that the 2 nd slide block 12 is fixed on the top of the umbrella rod 3.
As shown in fig. 18, the elastic body 55 having a circular cross section is formed into an elliptical shape by pressing two buttons 58. That is, the diameter at the inner connecting piece 54 becomes smaller and the diameter at the semicircular portion 60 becomes larger. In this way, the diameter between the inner joint blocks 54 on both sides is reduced to separate the inner joint blocks 54 from the inner locking grooves 46 (see fig. 9) in the bottom portion of the 2 nd slider 12, and the engagement between the inner joint blocks 54 of the 1 st slider 11 and the inner locking grooves 46 of the 2 nd slider 12 is released. At the same time, the diameter distance in the direction of the semicircular portion 60 is increased, so that the semicircular portion 60 moves in the direction of the outer surface 112 of the 1 st slider 11 to push up the link lever 51, and the link hook 52 at the top of the link lever 51 is disengaged from the positioning pin locking groove 40 (see fig. 17) of the 2 nd slider 12, thereby releasing the engagement with the locking boss 42. The positioning pin 31 pressed into the umbrella shaft 3 is protruded to the outside of the umbrella shaft 3 by the elastic member 32, and is engaged with a positioning pin locking groove 40 (see fig. 17) formed between a positioning pin press-fitting surface 41a and a locking boss 42, thereby fixing the 2 nd slider 12 to the top of the umbrella shaft 3.
When the elastic body 55 is deformed, the bar-shaped connecting portion 59 for connecting the elastic body 55 and the 1 st slider 11 is also deformed accordingly.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 19, after the 1 st slider 11 is separated from the 2 nd slider 12, the 2 nd slider 12 is fixed to the top of the umbrella shaft 3 by the positioning pin 31. At this time, the 1 st slider 11 is slid downward, and the jumper spring 34 pressed into the umbrella shaft 3 is protruded to the outside of the umbrella shaft 3, and the lower end surface of the 2 nd slider 12 is locked, thereby reinforcing the fixing strength of the umbrella shaft 3 to the 2 nd slider 12. Thereafter, when the 1 st slider 11 reaches the middle of the umbrella shaft 3, the positioning block 35 is engaged with the middle positioning hole 36 of the umbrella shaft 3, and the 1 st slider 11 is fixed to the middle of the umbrella shaft 3 (as shown in fig. 14).
Detailed description of the closing and opening procedure of umbrella devices
As described above, when the umbrella device 1 is in the unfolded state, the positioning block 35 at the bottom of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged with the middle positioning hole 36 of the umbrella shaft 3, and the 1 st slider 11 is fixed to the middle of the umbrella shaft 3. The long bone 4 is in an expanded state.
Then, after the positioning block 35 of the 1 st sliding block 11 is released from the middle positioning hole 36 of the umbrella rod 3, the 1 st sliding block 11 slides towards the 2 nd sliding block 12, so that the supporting rib 5 drives the free end of the long rib 4 to move upwards until the free end moves above the umbrella cap 2. The umbrella cloth 7 is turned upwards under the drive of the long ribs 4.
When the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are connected, the jumper spring 34 of the umbrella bar 3 is pressed into the umbrella bar 3 by the 1 st slider 11. The inner connecting block 54 of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged with the inner locking groove 46 of the 2 nd slider 12. The connecting rod 51 of the 1 st slider 11 is inserted into the connecting groove 43 of the 2 nd slider 12, the connecting hook 52 of the connecting rod 51 is engaged with the positioning pin locking groove 40 of the 2 nd slider 12, the positioning pin 31 of the umbrella shaft 3 is pressed into the umbrella shaft 3, and the fixing of the umbrella shaft 3 to the 2 nd slider 12 is released. The 1 st slide block 11 and the 2 nd slide block 12 are connected into a whole and freely slide along the umbrella rod 3. The support frame 5 drives the long frame 4 to be reversely folded above the umbrella cap 2. The umbrella cloth 7 is wrapped on the outer sides of the long bones 4 and the supporting bones 5.
Finally, the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are slid integrally in the direction of the umbrella handle 6 until the positioning block 35 of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged with the bottom positioning hole 37 of the umbrella pole 3, and the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are fixed integrally to the bottom of the umbrella pole 3. The supporting ribs 5 and the long ribs 4 are driven by the 1 st sliding block 11 and the 2 nd sliding block 12 to move downwards and finally are folded at the outer periphery side of the umbrella rod 3. The umbrella cloth 7 is wrapped on the outer sides of the long bones 4 and the supporting bones 5, and the outer surface faces the inner side.
The process of reverse spreading of the umbrella device 1 is the reverse of the above process. That is, first, the positioning block 35 of the 1 st slider 11 is disengaged from the bottom positioning block 37 of the umbrella shaft 3, and the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 slide upward integrally, thereby moving the long ribs 4, the stay ribs 5, and the umbrella cloth 7 in the collapsed state upward.
When the 2 nd slider 12 reaches the top of the umbrella stick 3, the button 58 is pressed to deform the elastic body 55 in the 1 st slider 11, and the elastic body 55 drives the inner connecting block 54 to be separated from the inner locking groove 46 of the 2 nd slider 12, and drives the semicircular part 60 to lift the connecting rod 51 to be separated from the positioning pin locking groove 40 of the 2 nd slider 12. Thereby, the 1 st slider 11 is separated from the 2 nd slider 12.
Then, the 1 st slider 11 is moved downward to eject the positioning pin 31 and the jumper spring 34 of the umbrella bar 3 to the outside of the umbrella bar 3, thereby locking and fixing the 2 nd slider 12 to the top of the umbrella bar 3. When the 1 st sliding block 11 continues to slide downwards, the supporting bone 5 connected with the 1 st sliding block 11 drives the long bone 4 to change from a folded state to an expanded state. That is, the other end of the long rib 4, which is opposite to the one end fixed to the 2 nd slider 12 and is freely movable, moves downward from a state in which it is directed vertically upward, and the umbrella cloth 7 is opened by the long rib 4.
Finally, the positioning block 35 of the 1 st slider 11 is engaged with the middle positioning hole 36 of the umbrella rod 3, the 1 st slider 11 is fixed to the middle of the umbrella rod 3, and at this time, the free end of the long rib 4 is obliquely directed to the lower part of the umbrella device 1, that is, the long rib 4 is in an open state. The umbrella cloth 7 is opened below the long ribs 4 and the stay ribs 5 to form an umbrella surface of the umbrella device 1.
[ MODIFICATION OF UMBRELLA HANDLE ]
In the above embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 19, the umbrella handle 6 is a straight rod, but in the present invention, the umbrella handle may have another structure.
Hereinafter, a modified example of the umbrella handle of the umbrella device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 20 to 24.
Fig. 20 is a schematic view of a front view of an umbrella handle 600 of the umbrella device of the present invention.
Fig. 21 is a schematic front view showing a sliding state of an umbrella handle 600 of the umbrella device according to the present invention.
Fig. 22 is a schematic view of a left side view of the umbrella handle 600 of the umbrella device of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 20, the umbrella handle 600 may be a cylindrical straight handle, the opening and closing member 79 is mounted on the outer surface thereof, and the holding mechanism 72 is fitted around the outer periphery of the bottom of the umbrella handle 600 and is slidable downward in the axial direction of the umbrella handle 600 (see fig. 21). At least one raised anti-slip member 93 (e.g., two) is provided on each side of the bottom of the clamping mechanism 72.
As shown in fig. 22, the clamping mechanism 72 includes a connecting pin 77, clamping members 91a, 91b, a fixing member 92, and an anti-slip member 93.
The gripping members 91a, 91b, when closed, form the bottom of the umbrella handle 600, giving the umbrella handle 600 a straight rod shape. When opened, the lower ends thereof are separated at a certain angle, and the umbrella device 1 is hung on a railing or a bracket or the like.
The fixing member 92 is a rod-shaped member, for example, a fixed end thereof forms a coil spring structure, and is rotatably fixed to the inside of the bottom end of the holding member 91a by a pin, so that the free end of the fixing member 92 has an elastic restoring force that extends into the inside of the bottom end of the holding member 91b and presses the holding member 91b. Specifically, when the fixed member 92 is pushed upward, the free end thereof is separated from the holding member 91b, so that the foreign object enters the holding mechanism 72 and is held in the holding mechanism 72.
The umbrella handle 600 has a hollow structure, and the holding members 91a and 91b have semicircular grooves therein. When the clamp mechanism 72 is closed, the fixing member 92 is accommodated in the closed clamp members 91a, 91b. The connecting pin 77 is attached to the upper ends of the holding members 91a, 91b, connects the upper ends of the holding members 91a, 91b together, and is rotatably fixed to the umbrella handle 600.
As shown in FIG. 22, the umbrella handle 600 has a slide groove 78 on the side (only one side is shown). The sliding grooves 78 are formed on both outer surfaces of the umbrella handle 600 and extend in the axial direction of the umbrella handle 600. The connecting pin 77 is engaged with the slide groove 78. Thus, the connecting pin 77 can fix the holding members 91a, 91b to the umbrella handle 600 and drive the holding members 91a, 91b to slide up and down along the sliding groove 78.
The two anti-slip members 93 are respectively disposed on the outer surfaces of the bottom ends of the holding members 91a and 91b, and have a hemispherical shape protruding outward. In this embodiment, the anti-slip member 93 is a pin in a portion inside the holding member 91a to which the fixing member 92 is connected, and is an anti-slip member 93 in a portion outside the holding member 91a. The umbrella handle 600 anti-slip member 93 may be made of a material having a high coefficient of friction. In this way, when the umbrella device 1 is not fixed properly, the umbrella device 1 can be directly placed on a wall or the like in an inclined manner by the raised anti-slip member 93 coming into contact with the wall or the like.
The opening and closing member 79 is connected to the holding mechanism 72 through a connecting mechanism (e.g., a hook) inside the umbrella handle 600, so that the holding mechanism 72 can be opened by pressing the opening and closing member 79, and the user can easily perform the operation with one hand.
The operation of the umbrella handle 600 will now be described.
Fig. 23 is a schematic view showing the operation of the gripping mechanism 72 of the umbrella handle 600 of the umbrella device 1 of the present invention.
In this embodiment, when the clamp mechanism 72 is in the closed state, the clamp members 91a, 91b close into a sliding cover that mates with the umbrella handle 600. The fixing member 92 is housed inside the holding members 91a, 91b. The opening and closing member 79 fixes the connecting pin 77 to the tip of the slide groove 78 by an internal connecting mechanism, and the clamp mechanism 72 is fitted around the outer periphery of the bottom of the umbrella handle 600 (see fig. 20).
When the switch member 79 is pushed, the connection between the connecting pin 77 and the connecting mechanism is released, the clamp mechanism 72 slides down along the slide groove 78, the bottom ends of the clamp members 91a and 91b open at a predetermined angle, and the fixing member 92 is laid across the bottom ends of the clamp members 91a and 91b (see fig. 22).
As shown in fig. 23, the movable end of the fixed member 92 separates from the holding member 91b when it receives an upward pushing force. In this way, a railing or bracket or the like can be snapped into the interior of the clamping mechanism 72 between the clamping members 91a, 91b. Since the fixed end of the fixed member 92 of the clamping mechanism 72 is fixed by the clamping member 91a and is formed in an elastic structure, the movable end of the fixed member 92 can be extended and pushed toward the inside of the bottom end of the clamping member 91b due to an elastic restoring force when not subjected to an upward pushing force. Thereby hanging the umbrella device 1 on the railing.
When the clamp mechanism 72 is closed, the opened clamp members 91a and 91b are closed, and the fixing member 92 is accommodated in the closed clamp members 91a and 91b. The clamping mechanism 72 is pushed upward to slide the connection pin 77 to the top end of the slide groove 78, and the connection pin 77 is connected to the internal connection mechanism of the switch member 79 to be fixed. The closed gripper mechanism 72 fits around the bottom periphery of the umbrella handle 600.
Fig. 24 is a schematic view showing another operation of the holding structure 72 of the umbrella handle 600 of the umbrella device 1 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 24, the movable end of the fixed member 92 may also extend outside the clamping mechanism 72 to serve as a hook. Thus, the umbrella device can be fixed to a desktop or the like without a bracket or wall by the fixing member 92 extending out of the umbrella handle 600.
In summary, the umbrella device provided by the invention has the 1 st sliding block and the 2 nd sliding block which can freely slide along the umbrella rod and can be connected and separated with each other, and the long ribs and the supporting ribs of the umbrella device are driven to move by the sliding of the 1 st sliding block and the 2 nd sliding block, so that the long ribs and the supporting ribs move in the opposite direction (reverse direction) to the traditional umbrella device, and the umbrella device can be reversely unfolded and folded, therefore, when a user enters and exits narrow spaces such as automobiles, rooms and the like, the operation of unfolding and closing the umbrella device is very convenient, and because the umbrella device is reversely folded, the use surface (the surface which is unfolded) of the umbrella cloth is upturned to the inner side, namely the surface which is not contacted with rainwater is outside, therefore, when the umbrella device enters a public bus or other crowded public places, the used umbrella device can not rub the rainwater on the body of the user, namely other people, thereby avoiding bringing troubles to the user and others.
The above is only the preferred embodiment of the umbrella device of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above configuration.
For example, in the present embodiment, the umbrella shaft 3 has a hollow structure of a cylindrical shape, and the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 are directly fitted around the outer periphery of the umbrella shaft 3, but in the present invention, the umbrella shaft 3 may have a groove, and the 1 st slider 11 and the 2 nd slider 12 may be attached to the umbrella shaft 3 by engaging a part thereof with the groove. The umbrella cap 2 and the umbrella handle 6 can be connected with the umbrella rod 3 by an embedding mode or a clamping structure.
The number of the jumper springs 34 is not limited to 2, and the number of the positioning pins 31 may be adjusted as needed.
The umbrella handle 600 may be provided without the opening and closing member 79, that is, the user may directly open the holding mechanism 72. The gripper mechanism 72 of the umbrella handle 600 can be opened directly without sliding.
The holding member 91a and one end of the fixing member 92 may be fixedly connected by a screw instead of a pin, and the number of the anti-slip members 93 may be adjusted as necessary.
In addition, a tool such as a flashlight may be mounted in the clamping mechanism 72 for providing more convenience to the user.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. On reading the description, a person skilled in the art may modify the technical solutions described in the embodiments, or may replace some of the technical features; and such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
