本发明涉及一种新型充气型均压环。包括上均压环、下均压环和支撑架,所述的支撑架设置在上均压环和下均压环之间,其特征在于:上均压环和下均压环为橡胶环,橡胶环上设有充气口,橡胶环及充气口表面涂有导电材料。本发明使用橡胶材料制成的橡胶环代替传统的金属材料,这大大减轻了产品的重量,减少了生产成本,同时更便于工作人员携带安装,使用时只需向橡胶环内充入气体,并在橡胶环及充气口表面外面涂上一层导电材料,操作方便其均压效果可完全取代现有金属均压环,节约了金属资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压电器配件,尤其涉及一种新型充气型均压环。
背景技术
均压环是用于各种高压设备的配件,可将高压均匀分布在物体四周,保证在环形各部位没有电压差,起到均压作用,以避免放电。目前生产的均压环大多采用铝制或钢制,并需要用先进技术对其表面进行抛光工艺处理,使其表面亮泽,但这样的工艺制品存在体积笨重,操作安装不方便,制造成本高、生产工艺复杂、运输不方便等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种体积轻巧,操作简便、便于安装携带、生产成本低的新型充气型均压环。
本发明的技术方案是:包括上均压环、下均压环和支撑架,所述的支撑架设置在上均压环和下均压环之间,上均压环和下均压环为橡胶环,橡胶环上设有充气口,橡胶环及充气口表面涂有导电材料。
本发明使用橡胶材料制成的橡胶环代替传统的金属材料,这大大减轻了产品的重量,减少了生产成本,同时更便于工作人员携带安装,使用时只需向橡胶环内充入气体,并在橡胶环及充气口表面外面涂上一层导电材料,操作方便其均压效果可完全取代现有金属均压环,节约了金属资源。
