本发明涉及一种清洁粉。
背景技术
家用洗衣粉的成份及作用1、表面活性剂:洗涤配方的核心成份,没有表面活性剂就不会发泡、不能去油、不能称之为洗涤剂。表面活性剂有阴、阳、非、两性离子等四大类,但用于洗涤则以阴离子和非离子为主。最普通、最传统的阴离子表面活性剂就是人类使用了几百年的肥皂(高级脂肪酸钠)。合成洗涤工业问世之后使用最普遍的是对十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS),非离子表面活性剂应用最广泛的是聚氧乙烯醚类。2、软水剂:又称金属络合剂,可防止水中的钙、镁离子造成阴离子表面活性剂失活,提高表面活性剂利用率。三聚磷酸钠(STPP)是最为常用的一种络合助剂洗剂,它不仅有优异的软化水质、分散污垢、缓冲碱剂及抗结块性能等特点,而且价廉易得,综合性能是目前任何无磷助洗成份所无法比拟的。磷因富营养化而会造成环境污染,许多国家和我国许多地方已禁止使用有磷洗衣粉。3、碱剂:在适当的碱度下,纤维和污垢可被最大限度地离子化,更易于污垢的水解和分散。一般洗衣粉配方中都含有纯碱和硅酸钠,其中硅酸钠还有悬浮污垢颗粒、防止再沉积的特性。4、漂白剂:某些洗衣粉中含有过硼酸钠一类的漂白剂,可以延缓衣物的泛黄程度,但对衣物有一定损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清洁粉,该种清洁粉不含磷,通过硼酸钠及纯碱的加入不伤衣,洗衣不生涩,洁净效果好。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种清洁粉,其重量百分比组成为:烷基芳基碘酸钠12-15%,硅酸钠3-5%,硼酸钠3-5%,羧基甲基纤维素0.5-1%,荧光剂0.02%,香精0.05%,纯碱15-20%,聚氧乙烯醚链的硫酸酯盐20-22%,8-10%皂角粉,余量硫酸钠。
本发明清洁粉的制备为:将上述个原料称量后混合,搅拌均匀。
本发明清洁粉与传统的洗衣粉比,具有不含磷,不伤衣,洗衣不生涩,洁净效果好的特点。

一种清洁粉,其重量百分比组成为:烷基芳基碘酸钠15%,硅酸钠5%,硼酸钠5%,羧基甲基纤维素1%,荧光剂0.02%,香精0.05%,纯碱20%,聚氧乙烯醚链的硫酸酯盐20%,10%皂角粉,余量硫酸钠。
