本发明涉及医疗装置固定锚,具体涉及一种这样的锚:它能改善将所述锚收缩至限制件的方法和释放所述限制件的方法。

多种医疗装置需要某些形式的固定或锚定至目标位点。常规的锚定工具包括用来将装置连接至周围解剖学结构的倒钩、吊钩、缝线或其它特征。需要工具来锚定的装置的一些例子包括腔静脉滤器、支架、支架移植物、胆管/尿道支架、肠/胃支架和衬里、咬合器、电生理学导线、多种监控器或诊断装置、中心静脉导管和本领域公知的其它装置。这些装置中多数是预收缩的并限制为小的外形,以使能微创递送至解剖学位点。一旦位于所需位点,移除所述限制件,使得所述装置自身扩张并与周围解剖体配合(engage)。
现有的锚通常会干扰所述装置的收缩过程。例如,随着所述装置受力进入小直径限制工具,倒钩的尖头会勾住或刺破所述限制工具。现有的锚也可能影响限制工具的移除。例如,在移除所述限制工具,尖锚倒钩可能刺入限制件,导致递送失败或其它并发症。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施方式包括医疗固定装置,其包括:
具有装置附连部,压缩支承部和倒钩部的挠性锚;
所述装置附连部与医疗装置相连;
所述压缩支承部位于所述装置附连部和所述倒钩部之间;
所述挠性锚具有扩张状态和收缩状态;
所述收缩状态由可移除的限制件维持;
在所述收缩状态下,所述压缩支承部接触所述可移除的限制件;以及
在所述收缩状态下,所述倒钩部与所述可移除的限制件分离。

优选实施方式详述

图1A和1B显示医疗装置输送顺序的一般实施例。如局部侧视图所示,图1A是收缩的医疗装置100。所示的具体医疗装置是自扩张支架移植物,具有可移除的鞘限制件102。所述医疗装置显示位于容器104中。所示受限制的医疗装置被收缩到输送导管106上。
如局部侧视图所示,图1B是扩张状态的医疗装置100。示出自扩张支架移植物108,输送导管106和两个挠性锚110。所示两个挠性锚110至少部分地穿透容器104。
图2A和2B显示典型医疗装置锚的局部侧视图。图2A中显示受限制或收缩状态的挠性锚200。锚200具有用来将锚连接至所述医疗装置的装置附连部202和倒钩部204。所示挠性锚由限制件102进行限制。如图2A所示,锚倒钩部204受力与限制件102接触,得到抵触点206。尖倒钩和限制装置之间点206上的抵触可以使得倒钩穿透限制件,或产生过量摩擦力妨碍限制件102的移除。

图3A和3B是改进的挠性锚的局部侧视图。锚300具有装置附连部302,压缩支承部304和倒钩部306。所述倒钩部可以是能有效刺穿腔壁或附连锚装置的其他所需位置的任意所需长度。如图3A所示,挠性锚300被限制件102限制为收缩形状。限制件102在接触点308抵靠压缩支承部304。如收缩状态所示,倒钩部306与限制工具102分隔开。由倒钩部和限制件之间的分隔由压缩支承部304的形状造成。压缩支承部304可以多种方式构造,可以包括弯曲的、突出的、平坦的或者在收缩状态下能使得倒钩和限制件之间分隔的任何其它外形。
如图3B所示,所述锚300的装置附连部302和压缩支承部304和倒钩部306在移除限制件之后自扩张至与容器壁104配合。还显示所述倒钩和容器之间的抵触点或穿透点310。
图1-3所示的医疗装置是自扩张的支架移植物,其通过限制鞘102保持在受限制状态。限制鞘可以使用终止于“拉索”缝合(“rip-cord”stitch)的拉线(pull cord)。拉紧时,拉线“未缝合”以释放限制鞘。可以根据例如Martin等的美国专利第6,042,605号,Martin等的美国专利第6,361,637号和Martin等的美国专利第6,520,986号中总体公开的方法和材料制造支架移植物和限制鞘。
用于自扩张医疗装置的可移除限制件可以包括随后移除或留在植入装置附近的鞘。单个或多个装置中可以使用多个鞘。可移除限制件的其他形式包括“后拉”或“推出”管,易碎限制件,可移除的限制缝合或钉或本领域已知的任何其它合适工具。
取决于预期用途,挠性锚可以包括公知的材料(或材料的组合)例如无定形商用热塑性塑料(Amorphous Commodity Thermoplastics),包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA或丙烯酸类(Acrylic))、聚苯乙烯(PS)、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇(PETG)、乙酸-丁酸纤维素(CAB);半晶体商用塑料(Semi-Crystalline Commodity Plastics),包括聚乙烯(PE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE或LLDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、金属、镍钛诺(nitinol)、聚甲基戊烯(PMP);无定形工程热塑性塑料(Amorphous EngineeringThermoplastics),包括聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚亚苯基氧化物(PPO)、改性的亚苯基氧化物(Mod PPO)、聚苯醚(Polyphenelyne Ether)(PPE)、改性的聚苯醚(Mod PPE)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU);半晶体工程热塑性塑料(Semi-Crystalline EngineeringThermoplastics),包括聚酰胺(PA或尼龙)、聚甲醛(POM或缩醛)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET,热塑性聚酯)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT,热塑性聚酯)、超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE);高性能热塑性塑料,包括聚酰亚胺(PI,酰亚胺化塑料)、聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI,酰亚胺化塑料)、聚苯并咪唑(PBI,酰亚胺化塑料);无定形高性能热塑性塑料,包括聚砜(PSU)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚芳基砜(PAS);半晶体高性能热塑性塑料,包括聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK);和半晶体高性能热塑性塑料,氟聚合物包括氟化乙烯-丙烯(FEP)、乙烯-氯三氟乙烯(ECTFE)、乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯(ETFE)、聚氯三氟乙烯(PCTFE)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)、全氟烷氧基聚合物(PFA).其它公知的医疗级材料包括弹性有机硅聚合物、聚醚嵌段酰胺或热塑性共聚醚(PEBAX)、生物可吸收材料和金属如不锈钢、镍/钛合金等。
医疗装置锚组装所用的常规方法包括用来附接两个或多个组件的公知技术。永久性附接的例子包括使用胶、粘合剂、焊接、插入模塑、重压配合件(heavypress-fit)、单向卡配(one-way snap)或锁定部件(lock feature)、压销、热熔(heat staking)和铆钉。半永久性附接或需要使用工具来分离组件的连接的例子包括螺杆、螺纹紧固件、卡环(snap-ring)和卡配(snap-fit)。可松脱的连接或者可以手动分离而不需使用额外工具的那些连接的例子包括卡配、扭转锁定部件、推拉松脱部件、挤压松脱部件、滑动杠杆、弹簧锁和轻压配合(light press-fit)。
锚可以具有各种横截面形状如圆形、椭圆形、矩形或其它多边形形状。锚也可以包括外部润滑层、润滑涂层或润滑包裹件以使摩擦最小。锚也可以包括用于具体生物结果的治疗剂。锚也可以包括辐射不透性标记物或辐射不透性强化剂。
虽然本文阐述和说明了本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明并不限于这些阐述和说明。显而易见的是,在所附权利要求书的范围内,改变和改进可包括在本发明中,作为本发明的一部分实施。

Claims (7)

1.一种锚,其包括装置附连部、倒钩部和压缩支承部。

3.一种可锚定的医疗装置,包括:
a.医疗装置;
b.倒钩;和

4.如权利要求1所述的医疗固定装置,其特征在于,所述倒钩部是金属。
5.如权利要求1所述的医疗固定装置,其特征在于,所述压缩支承部是线性的。
6.如权利要求1所述的医疗固定装置,其特征在于,所述压缩支承部是非线性的。
7.一种医疗固定装置,其包括:
具有装置附连部、压缩支承部和倒钩部的挠性锚;
所述装置附连部与医疗装置联接;
所述压缩支承部位于所述装置附连部和所述倒钩部之间;
所述挠性锚具有扩张状态和收缩状态;
通过可移除的限制件维持所述收缩状态;
在收缩状态下,所述压缩支承部与所述可移除的限制件接触;以及
在所述收缩状态下,所述倒钩部与所述可移除的限制物分离。
