Description

非导电热固性塑料复合材料PHEV蓄电池罩的封装的EMI/RFI屏蔽
技术领域
本发明总体涉及用于电动车辆的高压蓄电池的罩,更具体地,涉及电动车的高压蓄电池的罩,其中,该罩由非导电的聚酯树脂基体制成并且包括电磁干扰(EMI)和射频干扰(RFI)屏蔽物,诸如法拉第笼或包括镀镍铜薄片的丙烯酸涂料。
背景技术

图1是表示电动车或电动混合动力车辆的车辆10的俯视平面图。车辆10包括安装到车辆10内的适当支撑物的高压蓄电池12。蓄电池12可以是适用于电动车的任何蓄电池,诸如铅酸蓄电池、锂离子蓄电池、金属氢化物蓄电池等。车辆10还可以包括单独的动力源14,诸如内燃机、燃料电池系统等。如上所述,蓄电池12包括蓄电池罩,其对蓄电池12提供保护,对蓄电池12提供电绝缘以及对蓄电池12产生的电磁能量的EMI/RFI屏蔽。
