Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括灯体、安装于灯体一端的端盖及安装于灯体另一端的灯座,所述灯体包括若干独立的发光模块,每一发光模块包括散热器及安装于散热器上的发光二极管,所述发光二极管灯具还包括若干固定件,所述灯体还包括分别位于所述发光模块相对两端的横梁,所述发光模块并排滑动安装于横梁内,每一固定件依次穿过所述灯座、发光模块及所述端盖以将灯座、发光模块及端盖锁紧。上述发光二极管灯具的灯体由多个独立的发光模块排列而成,当需要改变灯体中发光模块的数量时,只要使横梁加长或缩短来改变安装在横梁上的发光模块的数量即可,不需要重新开模,大大节省开模费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管灯具通常包括一灯架及安装在灯架上的灯体,该灯架通过模具一体成型制造。这种灯具一经制成,就只能满足一定照明强度的需要。当需要满足各种不同照明强度时,就必须通过增或减灯体上发光二极管模组的数量并重新设计灯具的尺寸,而一体成型的灯架的尺寸再难以改变,原有的模具也不适用而需要重新开模,如此,耗费大量的模具开发费用,也浪费工时。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可针对不同照明强度要求灵活配置的模块化发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括灯体、安装于灯体一端的端盖及安装于灯体另一端的灯座,所述灯体包括若干独立的发光模块,每一发光模块包括散热器及安装于散热器上的发光二极管,所述发光二极管灯具还包括若干固定件,所述灯体还包括分别位于所述发光模块相对两端的横梁,所述发光模块并排滑动安装于横梁内,每一固定件依次穿过所述灯座、发光模块及所述端盖以将灯座、发光模块及端盖锁紧。
上述发光二极管灯具的灯体由多个独立的发光模块排列而成,当需要改变灯体中发光模块的数量时,只要使横梁加长或缩短来改变安装在横梁上的发光模块的数量即可,不需要重新开模,大大节省开模费用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
图1、图2和图3示出了本发明第一实施例中的发光二极管灯具100。该发光二极管灯具100作为路灯使用。该发光二极管灯具100包括一灯体10、分别安装于灯体10相对两端的端盖20和灯座30、安装于灯体10底部中间的驱动电路盒40及盖设于驱动电路盒40上的盖体50。
所述灯体10包括二横梁12及若干独立的发光模块11。该横梁12位于发光模块11的相对两端。这些发光模块11并排滑动安装于横梁12内。
请同时参阅图4,每一发光模块11包括一散热器13及安装于散热器13上的发光二极管模组14。该散热器13由导热性能良好的材料挤制成型的。散热器13呈长条状。散热器13包括一板体130及由该板体130向下延伸的若干鳍片131。这些鳍片131相互平行,且沿该散热器13的宽度方向延伸。位于散热器13中部的鳍片131矮于其他位置的鳍片131而形成一容置部132。容置部132的相对两侧形成沿散热器13的宽度方向延伸的一穿置部133,以供固定件60穿过。散热器13的板体130的相对两端分别向外延伸形成一安装块134。该安装块134沿散热器13的宽度方向开设有穿置孔135,以供固定件60穿过。该安装块134沿散热器13的高度方向开设有二螺纹孔136。这些发光模块11并排在一起,使得穿置部133对接在一起且穿置孔135在一条直线上,以便于固定件60依次穿过这些发光模块11。这些发光模块11的容置部132共同形成一容置空间(未标示),以收容所述驱动电路盒40。所述发光二极管模组14包括贴设有若干发光二极管140的纵长的电路板141、透光罩143及密封图142。电路板141贴设于散热器13的上表面。透光罩143罩设于电路板141上并安装于散热器13的上表面上。透光罩143与散热器13的上表面之间夹设所述密封图142,以密封电路板141。
值得提出的是,由于散热器13制造时是先挤压出较长的一段,然后通过工具切成所需要的长度。因此,散热器13的宽度是可以根据实际需要改变,并且改变宽度无需重新设计模具,从而能够大幅降低制造成本。
每一横梁12为长条状,其横截面呈U型设置。该横梁12可通过挤制成型。该横梁12朝向发光模块11开设有一滑槽120。该横梁12于滑槽120的一侧开设有若干锁固孔121。所述发光模块11的安装块134滑入横梁12的滑槽120内,并使安装块134上的螺纹孔136与横梁12上的锁固孔121相对应。若干螺丝(图未示)穿过锁固孔121后锁入与螺纹孔136内,从而将各发光模块11相互固定在一起。
所述端盖20为一壳体结构,其贴设于位于所述灯体10一端的发光模块11上。该端盖20开设有四孔洞21。其中两个孔洞21与发光模块11的穿置孔135对应,另外两个孔洞21与发光模块11的穿置部133相对应。所述横梁12的一端贴设于端盖20上。横梁12的另一端超出位于所述灯体10另一端的发光模块11,以便所述灯座30与横梁12的该另一端连接。
所述灯座30包括一基板31及由该基板31垂直向下延伸的若干散热片32。该基板31由靠近灯体10的一端向远离灯体10的另一端逐渐缩小,从而大致形成一梯形状结构。所述散热片32相互平行,且平行于所述发光模块11的鳍片131。基板31未设置散热片32的位置设置用以与灯体(图未示)相连接的灯杆座33。在本实施例中,该灯杆座33为可套于灯杆上的套筒。该基板31的相对两侧分别设置一突出部34。该突出部34开设有一贯通孔35和一安装孔36。该贯通孔35与所述发光模块11的穿置孔135成一条直线。灯杆座33的相对两侧分别设置有供所述固定件60穿过的插入部37。灯座30的突出部34滑入横梁12的滑槽120内,并使安装孔36与横梁12的锁固孔121相对应。螺丝(图未示)穿过安装孔36锁入锁固孔121内,以将横梁12与灯座30固定。
所述固定件60的数量在本实施例中为四根。每一固定件60的一端设有一挡头61,另一端开设有螺纹62。其中二固定件60依次穿过灯座30的贯通孔35、所述发光模块11的穿置孔135及端盖20的孔洞21后,螺母(图未示)旋入固定件60的有螺纹62的一端,此时,固定件60的挡头61挡止于灯座30的突出部34上。另外两根固定件60依次穿过灯座30的插入部37、发光模块11的穿置部133及端盖20的孔洞21后,螺母旋入固定件60的有螺纹62的一端。由此,固定件60将灯座30、端盖20及发光模块11固定在一起。
上述发光二极管灯具100的灯体10由多个独立的发光模块11排列而成,当需要改变灯体10中发光模块11的数量时,只要使横梁12加长或缩短来改变安装在横梁12上的发光模块11的数量即可,不需要重新开模,大大节省开模费用。
图5和图6示出了本发明第二实施例中的发光二极管灯具200。该发光二极管灯具200可作为投射灯使用。该发光二极管灯具200与第一实施例的发光二极管灯具100基本相同。该发光二极管灯具200与发光二极管灯具100相比有一些区别,主要体现在:该发光二极管灯具200的灯体10a相对两端均安装一端盖20a。每一端盖20a上安装一支架30a。通过支架30a将灯体10a安装于预定的位置。固定件60a采用与发光二极管灯具100同样的方式将端盖20a与灯体10a固定起来。
图7和图8示出了本发明第三实施例的发光二极管灯具300。该发光二极管灯具300可作为路灯使用。该发光二极管灯具300与第一实施例的发光二极管灯具100基本相同。该发光二极管灯具300与发光二极管灯具100相比有一些区别,主要体现在:该发光二极管灯具100的灯座30上的灯杆座33替换为如图7中所示的灯杆座33b。发光二极管灯具300的灯杆座33b包括安装于灯座30b的基板31b上的支撑座330b及安装于支撑座330b上的连接座331b。该支撑座330b包括相互间隔的二侧壁332b。该连接座331b包括一筒体333b及位于筒体333b相对两侧的二安装板334b。该安装板334b插入支撑座330b的二侧壁332b之间,并通过枢轴335b将安装板334b的中部与侧壁332b的中部枢接,以便连接座331b可相对于支撑座330b转动。每一侧壁332b于其相对两端分别开设有二相互间隔的调节孔336b。每一安装板334b于其相对两端分别开设有一插孔337b。当连接座331b枢接于支撑座330b上时,锁固件338b对应穿过侧壁332b的调节孔336b与安装板334b的插孔337b,从而将连接座331b固定于支撑座330b上。通过改变锁固件338b锁入的调节孔336b可以改变连接座331b相对于支撑座330b的倾角。当发光二极管灯具300安装于灯杆上时,发光二极管灯具300相对于路面的仰角可以调整。在本实施例中,发光二极管灯具300最大仰角可达15度。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,例如,固定件60、60a的相对两端可均攻设有螺纹,利用螺母锁紧灯座30、30b、发光模块11及端盖20、20a,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括灯体、安装于灯体一端的端盖及安装于灯体另一端的灯座,所述灯体包括若干独立的发光模块,每一发光模块包括散热器及安装于散热器上的发光二极管,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯具还包括若干固定件,所述灯体还包括分别位于所述发光模块相对两端的横梁,所述发光模块并排滑动安装于横梁内,每一固定件依次穿过所述灯座、发光模块及所述端盖以将灯座、发光模块及端盖锁紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光模块包括散热器及安装于散热器上的发光二极管模组,该散热器的相对两端分别向外延伸形成一安装块,所述横梁朝向发光模块开设有滑槽,所述安装块滑入横梁的滑槽内后被安装于横梁上。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器及横梁均挤制成型。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座的相对两侧分别形成有突出部,该突出部开设有贯通孔,所述安装块沿散热器的宽度方向开设有穿置孔,所述固定件的一部分穿过贯通孔及穿置孔后与所述端盖固接。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器的中部形成有容置部,容置部的相对两侧形成沿散热器的宽度方向延伸的穿置部,所述灯座设置与穿置部成一条直线的插入部,所述固定件的另一部分穿过插入部与穿置部后与所述端盖固接。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座于其中部设置一用以与灯杆相连接的灯杆座,所述插入部位于灯杆座的相对两侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯杆座为用来套置灯杆上的套筒。
8.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管灯具还包括若干锁固件,所述灯杆座包括支撑座及中部枢装于支撑座中部的连接座,该支撑座包括相互间隔的二侧壁,该连接座包括一筒体及位于筒体相对两侧的二安装板,每一侧壁于其相对两端分别开设有二相互间隔的调节孔,每一安装板于其相对两端分别开设有一插孔,锁固件穿过安装板的插孔后选择地锁入与该插孔相对应的调节孔中,以调节发光二极管灯具的仰角。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座为与所述端盖相同的另一端盖。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述端盖与另一端盖均安装于有用以将所述灯体安装于预定位置的支架。
