Abstract

本发明提供了一个结构简单、成本低的带导风板的双层风筒式风力发电机,由于本发明可利用水平方向360度风力发电,无需再对角度;每层设备由导风板引导汇聚的风都可分成内外两层带动发电机发电,提高了风能利用率;既结合了垂直轴水平方向风力可全方位发电的优点,又解决了垂直轴风力发电机风能利用率低的问题。

Description

导风板式双层风筒风力发电机
本发明涉及一种发电机,特别是涉及一种风力发电机。
目前现有的风力发电机技术,大致分为两类。一类是水平轴风力发电机,其优点是工艺成熟、结构简单、风能利用率高;但其存在工作中需要追寻风向、需要对缠绕的电缆进行解缆、大型机叶片材料要求高、加工难度高和抗强风难度大等缺点。另一类是垂直轴风力发电机,包括S型、H型和Φ型机等,其优点是无需对风向,水平方向风力可全方位发电;但其存在风能利用率低的缺点。
本发明的任务是提供一个结构简单、成本低的带导风板的双层风筒式风力发电机,既要解决发电机需要对风向、需要解缆的问题,又要解决水平方向风力可全方位发电的问题,还要解决垂直轴风力发电机风能利用率低的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明实现方法如附图1或附图2所示,下导风筒1通过导风挡版2与上导风盘3相连接并固定,导风挡板2以设备中心线为轴心,在水平面上呈360°环形阵列,上导风盘3为中空的圆盘形,内缘向上翘起,下导风筒1为下大上小的喇叭形筒,其直径较小的上口的内部形成内出风口10,下导风筒1的上口与上导风盘3内缘有一定空间,形成外出风口11;发电机7通过支架6与下导风筒1固定;外圈风叶4通过固定环8和内圈风叶5固定在轴套9上,并在固定于发电机轴头后,可带动发电机主轴自由旋转,外圈风叶4和内圈风叶5中的每个叶片,以其伸展方向为轴心,相对于风叶旋转平面,有一个偏转角。
多台机(两台以上)经由下至上累加并且固定(最下层的设备,内圈风叶5由固定板代替)构成本发明设备,如示意图附图1所示。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1是本发明累加后拼接成整体设备的示意图;
图2是本发明单体机设备的三视图;
图3是本发明单体机设备的主视图放大图。
参照图2,水平向风力无论从哪个角度吹向本机,都会先遇到下导风筒1和导风挡板2,受下导风筒1、导风挡板2和上导风盘3的引导向上从外出风口11处吹出,同时推动外圈风叶4旋转,带动发电机发电;由外出风口11吹出的风力经由其上一层设备的下导风筒1汇聚,从该层设备内出风口10处吹出,推动该层内圈风叶5旋转,带动该层发电机发电。
参照图1,每层设备都可由导风板引导汇聚的风推动该层外圈风叶4旋转,带动发电机发电;除最下面第一层设备无有内圈风叶5外,其余各层内圈风叶5都可受其下层上升风力作用带动发电机发电。
由于本发明中导风挡板2在水平面上呈360度环形阵列,故可利用水平方向360度风力发电,无需再对角度;发电机轴虽是垂直放置,但其风叶却是在以水平轴方式工作,既解决了发电机需要对风向、需要解缆的问题,又解决了水平方向风力可全方位发电的问题,还解决了垂直轴风力发电机风能利用率低的问题。

Claims (5)

1.一种导风板式双层风筒风力发电机,其特征在于:下导风筒(1)通过导风挡板(2)与上导风盘(3)相连接并固定,上导风盘(3)为中空的圆盘形,内缘向上翘起,下导风筒(1)为下大上小的喇叭形筒,其直径较小的上口的内部形成内出风口(10),上口的外部与上导风盘(3)内缘相隔有一定空间,形成外出风口(11);发电机(7)通过支架(6)与下导风筒(1)固定;外圈风叶(4)通过固定环(8)和内圈风叶(5)固定在轴套(9)上;两台以上双层风筒风力发电机,经由下至上累加并且固定,最下层的双层风筒风力发电机,内圈风叶(5)由固定板代替。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机,其特征在于:导风挡板(2)以双层风筒风力发电机垂直中心线为轴心,在水平面上呈360°环形阵列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机,其特征在于:发电机风叶带动的工作主轴垂直于水平面,风叶旋转面与水平面平行。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的风力发电机,其特征在于:外圈风叶(4)通过固定环(8)和内圈风叶(5)固定在轴套(9)上,并在固定于发电机轴头后,可带动发电机主轴自由旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机,其特征在于:两台以上双层风筒风力发电机,经由下至上累加并且固定,最下层的双层风筒风力发电机,内圈风叶(5)由固定板代替后,每层双层风筒风力发电机都可由导风板引导汇聚的风推动该层外圈风叶(4)旋转,带动发电机发电;除最下面第一层双层风筒风力发电机无有内圈风叶(5)外,其余各层双层风筒风力发电机内圈风叶(5)都可受其下层上升风力作用带动发电机发电。
