Abstract

本发明属于风力发电装置领域,特别是兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机的旋转悬臂。本发明所述的悬臂结构是:塔筒上的回转盘分别连接着水平直臂和倒拱形柔索的一端,垂直布置的叶片又连接着直臂和倒拱形柔索的另一端,直臂位于倒拱形柔索上方,在直臂和倒拱形柔索之间连接有一系列垂下的拉杆或拉索。本发明巧妙利用了倒张钢索结构,将悬臂顶部承受的负载传递到悬臂根部,有效地克服现有悬臂刚性失稳的缺点,具有结构简单、阻风面积小、制造成本低、单机容量易于增大等性能特点。

倒张索式垂直轴风力发电机悬臂
技术领域
本发明属于风力发电装置领域,特别是兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机的旋转悬臂。
技术背景
风力发电是目前比较经济和容易实现大规模商业化的可再生能源,又属绿色清洁能源,是21世纪国际上科技开发的重点之一。风力发电机分为水平轴风力发电机和垂直轴风力发电机。目前的兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机的悬臂长度约为30~50米,一头悬空挂着叶片,另一头连接塔筒转盘,呈超长单悬臂结构。大型垂直轴风力发电机的悬臂因太长而刚度不足,这是兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机悬臂的最大难题。为减少风阻,悬臂在垂直方向的尺寸应尽可能薄;为增加刚度,悬臂在垂直方向的尺寸又应尽可能厚。这对矛盾,无论是采用桁架结构,或是采用其它梁结构来制作悬臂,均不可能得到妥善解决。由于悬臂刚性不够,现有技术只能在悬臂转盘上部增加塔筒的高度,通过上部加钢索来改善刚性,但这样会增加塔筒的制造成本。
对于风力发电机的很多专利技术的文献,大多数集中在提高效率,降低风阻方面,如200510045895.1(一种垂直轴大功率风力发电机)、200720010733.9(垂直轴风力机)、200810026323.2(一臂多叶垂直轴风力机)。关于悬臂方面的技术报道较少,仅有一篇200710111746.X(垂直轴风力发电机叶片支撑臂)。从上述这些文件来看,都未发现解决悬臂刚性问题的描述,而且从文字和图案来看,悬臂结构仍然集中在桁架结构或壳体结构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种倒张索式垂直轴风力发电机悬臂,它可解决大型垂直轴风力发电机悬臂的刚性问题,克服现有悬臂受力集中,容易出现刚性失稳的缺点,同时又不增加塔筒的建造成本。
解决本发明的技术问题所采用的方案是:
塔筒上的回转盘分别连接着水平直臂和倒拱形柔索的一端,垂直布置的叶片又连接着直臂和倒拱形柔索的另一端,直臂位于倒拱形柔索上方,在直臂和倒拱形柔索之间连接有一系列垂下的拉杆或拉索。
本发明所述的水平直臂下方的回转轴套和叶片之间还连接有一根斜臂,其倾斜角为0°~60°。
本发明所述的倒拱形柔索的两端分别与斜臂的两端汇集。
对于发电机使用的叶片较长时,支撑叶片的上述结构的倒张索式悬臂采用1~3套。
本发明巧妙地将桥梁的倒张索结构应用到大型垂直轴风力发电机悬臂,将叶片施于悬臂顶部的载荷转移分散到悬臂的其它部分,尤其是转移到悬臂的根部。这样可以大大减轻悬臂承受的下弯力矩,相对提升悬臂的刚度。因此,悬臂就可以制造得很薄,以符合空气动力学的要求。在保证获得满意刚度的同时又减少迎风面积,获得小的风阻,提高整机的风电转换效率。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)在相同装机容量下(采用相同叶片),倒张索式悬臂的重量不到传统桁架结构悬臂重量的70%,且制造工艺简单,制造成本降低40%;(2)倒张索式悬臂比桁架悬臂或其它梁结构的悬臂在垂直高度方向更薄,使悬臂的阻风面积更小,风电转换率更高,适应性更强;(3)倒张索式悬臂与上拉钢索的悬臂相比,可降低塔筒总高度、节省塔筒造价。(4)倒张索及斜支撑臂的位置相对较低,作用在其上的风速也相对较小,既方便了安装,又可进一步减少风阻。(5)垂直轴风力发电机悬臂重量的减轻,可使风力机组支撑塔筒等一系列部件承受的载荷及自重大大减轻,使整个风力发电系统的制造成本大幅降低。

具体实施方式
参见图1~2,本发电机悬臂的结构为,塔筒上1端的回转盘4分别连接着水平直臂5和倒拱形柔索7的一端,下垂的叶片3又连接着直臂5和倒拱形柔索7的另一端,直臂5位于倒拱形柔索7上方,在直臂5和倒拱形柔索7之间连接有一系列垂下的拉索2(也可采用刚性拉杆或拉杆与拉索组合使用)。为了获得更好的刚性,还可在水平直臂5下方的回转盘4与叶片3之间再连接一根斜臂6,其倾斜角为0°~60°,该斜臂6的两端与倒拱形柔索7的两端分别汇集在一起。当使用的叶片3较长时,支撑叶片3的上述结构的倒张索式悬臂采用1~3套,和获得更好的力学性能。

1.一种倒张索式垂直轴风力发电机悬臂,其特征是:塔筒上的回转盘分别连接着水平直臂和倒拱形柔索的一端,垂直布置的叶片又连接着直臂和倒拱形柔索的另一端,直臂位于倒拱形柔索上方,在直臂和倒拱形柔索之间连接有一系列垂下的拉杆或拉索。
2.按权利要求1所述的倒张索式垂直轴风力发电机悬臂,其特征是:在水平直臂下方的回转盘和叶片之间还连接有一根斜臂,其倾斜角为0°~60°。
3.按权利要求1所述的倒张索式垂直轴风力发电机悬臂,其特征是:倒拱形柔索的两端分别与斜臂的两端汇集。
4.按权利要求1、2或3所述的倒张索式垂直轴风力发电机悬臂,其特征是:支撑叶片的倒张索式悬臂采用1~3套。
