本发明涉及一种治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的中药配方。
背景技术
慢性肾盂肾炎患者多数是以往将急性肾盂肾炎治疗病程超过半年或1年以上，此病表现复杂，容易反复发作，其原因为：多种诱发因素的存在；肾盂肾盏粘膜、肾乳头部因瘢痕变形，有利于致病菌潜伏；长期使用抗生素后，细菌产生了耐药性，或进入细胞内，使抗生素失去杀菌能力；在体液免疫或抗生素作用下，细菌胞膜不能形成，以原浆质形式存在，在髓质渗环境下仍有生命力，故一旦环境有利，重新生长胸膜并繁殖再毒辣，此即原浆型菌株(L型)。所以，慢性肾盂肾炎被认为是较难根治而逐渐进展的疾病。现在介绍一种高效的中药配方。
发明内容
本发明目的在于针对上述谈到的缺陷提供一种活血化瘀、利水补气的治疗方法。
本发明的目的是通过下述方案实现的：
金钱草15g-30g、丹皮8g-12g、泽兰8g-12g、丹参8g-12g、赤芍8g-12g、大黄8g-12g、红花10g-20g、干姜8g-12g、甘草8g-12g、枳壳8g-12g、厚朴8g-12g，上述药物先用适量水浸泡30分钟，再煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，分2次服，每日1剂，10日为一疗程。
药理作用：
金钱草：利水通淋，清热解毒，散瘀消肿
丹皮：清热凉血，活血化瘀，清退虚热
泽兰：活血，行水
丹参：祛瘀止痛，活血通经，清心除烦
赤芍：清热凉血，散瘀止痛
大黄：泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血
红花：活血而通畅经脉，散瘀而消徵止痛，治瘀血
干姜：温中散寒，温肺化饮，回阳通脉
甘草：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药
枳壳：破气，行痰，消积
厚朴：温中，下气，燥湿，消痰
具体实施方式
药方组成：金钱草30g、丹皮10g、泽兰10g、丹参12g、赤芍10g、大黄10g、红花15g、干姜9g、甘草9g、枳壳10g、厚朴10g，上述药物水煎30分钟，头2煎混匀，每日1剂，分2次服，10日为一疗程。
典型病例
陆某，慢性肾盂肾炎，一年内反复发作，服用多种药物，疗效差。前来就诊，服用上述方剂10剂，呕吐等现象明显减轻，继续服用上述方剂1月后，慢性肾盂肾炎治愈。
