Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜太阳能电池的领域。明确地说,本发明揭示一种用于太阳能电池模块的边缘密封方法。
背景技术
当前用于边缘密封太阳能电池模块的方法包含三个主要步骤:边缘涂覆、垫圈安装和成框。在边缘涂覆步骤中,通常将热熔性橡胶用作涂覆材料。将橡胶加热到约190℃且接着通过分配器将其涂覆在太阳能电池模块的边缘上以形成L形涂层。所述L形涂层是用于密封太阳能电池模块的背片与玻璃之间的间隙以避免水汽或水渗透到太阳能电池模块中,水汽或水渗透到太阳能电池模块中可致使太阳能电池模块的功率下降。
在垫圈安装步骤中,将垫圈安装在包括L形涂层的太阳能电池模块上。垫圈为U形的,且是通过注射模制选自乙烯丙烯二烃单体(EPDM)、1,3-丁二烯或聚苯乙烯(PS)中的材料来形成。垫圈充当太阳能电池模块与框架之间的缓冲器或减震器。
在成框步骤中,通过框架来包封太阳能电池模块。框架主要提供用以支撑太阳能电池模块的机械强度。
EP 1418627A2和US 2005/0115603A1提供太阳能电池模块的边缘密封方法,其可确保防水性。在所述两种情况下,在垫圈中添加防水材料。将太阳能电池模块包封在垫圈中,且接着可将其包封在铝框架中。
然而,在典型方法中或在现有技术参考的方法中包括太多步骤。另外,材料的成本较高。因此,必须寻找一种简单、便宜且高度可再生产的用于太阳能电池模块的边缘密封方法。
发明内容
鉴于上文所描述的问题,本发明提供一种用于太阳能电池模块的边缘密封的方法,其包含在太阳能电池模块的边缘上涂覆防水材料以形成类U形边缘密封件,其中类U形边缘密封件具有减震功效。

来自下文所描述的不同实施例的特征是权利要求书中所陈述的元件的实例,且可在不脱离权利要求书的范围的情况下一起组合到一个实施例中。
如图1所示,常规的太阳能电池模块主要包含衬底10、太阳能电池12和包封剂(未图示)(例如乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB))以及背部保护层14。在常规的边缘密封方法中,将L形橡胶16涂覆在太阳能电池模块的边缘上。接着,将垫圈18安装在太阳能电池模块上。
本发明提供一种新颖的用于太阳能电池模块的边缘密封的方法。具体地说,所述方法包括在太阳能电池模块的边缘上涂覆防水材料以形成类U形边缘密封件。可通过使用改良的边缘密封分配器来涂覆所述类U形边缘密封件。因为本发明的类U形边缘密封件可充当垫圈以减震且提供稳定性,所以可消除典型的垫圈安装步骤。因此,在本发明中,需要较少步骤且使用较少材料来进行密封。
本发明中所需要的涂覆温度可在140℃到220℃的范围内。优选地,温度为160℃到200℃。
密封材料可选自由橡胶、硅酮、a/b混合型胶水及其组合组成的群组。优选地,密封材料为合成橡胶。任选地,例如聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、碳黑、有机纤维、无机纤维或其组合等添加剂可添加到密封材料以用于涂覆。
通过应用本发明,可实现一种简单的用于以较低总成本来对太阳能电池模块进行边缘密封的方法。

将描述本发明的实例。所述实例说明本发明的优选实施例,且本发明不限于所述实例。
实例1
太阳能电池模块(例如,覆板(superstrate)型太阳能电池)(其可由图2说明)包含衬底20、太阳能电池22和包封剂(例如乙烯醋酸乙烯酯或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,未图示)以及背部保护层24。在太阳能电池模块的边缘密封的方法中,将包含合成橡胶的防水材料加热到160℃到200℃,且通过使用改良的边缘密封分配器将其涂覆在太阳能电池模块上以形成类U形密封件26。接着,通过框架(例如,铝框架)来包封所述太阳能电池模块。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于太阳能电池模块的边缘密封的方法,其包含在所述太阳能电池模块的边缘上涂覆防水材料以形成类U形边缘密封件,其中所述类U形边缘密封件具有减震功效。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述防水材料选自由橡胶、硅酮、a/b混合型胶水及其组合组成的群组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述防水材料为合成橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述防水材料包含添加剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述添加剂选自由聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、碳黑、有机纤维、无机纤维及其组合组成的群组。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在160℃到200℃范围内的温度下进行所述涂覆步骤。
