Abstract
一种互补色式光源装置,其包含一发光单元,一光罩与一互补色薄膜层。该光罩系具有中空部,且该中空部容置该发光单元;以及,该互补色薄膜层系均匀地附着于该光罩之一侧,且该发光单元所产生之第一波长光透过该互补色薄膜层产生第二波长光,藉由该第二波长光,与该发光组件所产生之第一波长光混合来产生白光。本发明系提供该发光单元所产生之第一波长光用以转换成具有互补色之该第二波长光,两者混光以达到提供低成本、高出光效率、高使用寿命与高演色性指数(ColorRenderingIndex)光源装置的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明系关于一种互补色式光源装置,特别是利用具有互补色薄膜层之光罩以产生第二波长光,并藉由该第二波长光,与该发光组件所产生之第一波长光混合来产生白光。
背景技术
随着节能减碳与环保的世界趋势兴起,节能的照明装置也随之被广泛利用,尤其是利用发光二极管作为发光光源,正蔚为风潮。
习知的白光发光二极管系利用二或三种波长的光源的混光原理而得到一白光发光二极管,例如将蓝光二极管搭配互补之黄色荧光粉或将蓝光二极管同时搭配互补之红光荧光粉及绿光荧光粉,并且该个或该等荧光粉与该蓝光发光二极管在封装制程中直接与该蓝光发光二极管一同紧密封装而得到白光发光二极管。习知的白光发光二极管制作技术已揭露于中华民国第I329368号专利以及美国第5,959,316号专利(US5,959,316)等中。
由于上述该个或该等荧光粉与该蓝光发光二极管系一同被紧密封装在一起,故当该蓝光发光二极管进行电子电洞对结合时,会产生高热能,并直接影响该荧光粉的寿命,从而影响到整体白光发光二极管之寿命。
故有需要提出一种可用以解决上述缺失之装置,以达成高生命周期白光发光二极管之目的。
发明内容
本发明之一目的系提供一种互补色式光源装置,其藉由提供该发光单元所产生之第一波长光,其一部份转换成一第二波长光,其另一部份第一波长光与该第二波长光即可混合来产生白光,以达成具有低成本、高出光效率、高使用寿命与高演色性指数之光源装置的目的。
为达到上述之目的,系提供一种互补色式光源装置,系用于发光单元,其包含一发光单元、一光罩与一互补色薄膜层。该发光单元系用以产生一第一波长光;该光罩系具有中空部,且该中空部容置该发光单元;以及,该互补色薄膜层系均匀地附着于该光罩之一侧,且该发光单元所产生之第一波长光透过该互补色薄膜层产生第二波长光。
与习知技术相较,本发明之互补色式光源装置系提供具有互补色薄膜层之光罩予该发光单元,不须要于该发光单元之封装制程中将荧光粉一同进行封装,本发明系可直接地应用于已封装或磊晶(die)型态之该发光单元,其属于发光二极管封装后附加的二次光学组件。此外,更毋须在封装制程中将荧光粉与封胶一同紧密地包覆该发光单元,即能得到第二波长光。由于本发明将互补色薄膜层远离发光二极管的封装层,因此荧光粉不会因为发光二极管释出的高热能而加速老化,而且又可让混光后的白光出光效率增加,故本发明与习知技术相较,具有低成本、高出光效率、高使用寿命与高演色性指数等之优势。

具体实施方式
为充分了解本发明的目的、特征及功效,兹藉由下述具体实施例,并配合所附图式,对本发明做一详细说明,说明如后:
请参考图1,系本发明实施例之互补色式光源装置之示意图。于图1中,该互补色式光源装置2,其包含一发光单元1、一光罩4与一互补色薄膜层6,其中该发光单元1系可为一个或多个发光二极管,且该个或该等发光二极管系为已封装或磊晶(die)型态,且该发光单元1系可以提供点光源或面光源。该光罩4系具有中空部42,且该中空部42系用以容置该发光单元1。此外,于另一实施例中,该光罩4系可具有透镜,且藉由该透镜用以增强其指向性。该互补色薄膜层6系均匀地附着于该光罩4之内缘,其中该互补色薄膜层6系可藉由复数荧光粒子62涂布或蒸镀或喷雾形成,亦或者该互补色薄膜层6系为包含复数荧光粒子62分布之透明胶体,且该发光单元1所产生之第一波长光λa,其中一部分透过该互补色薄膜层6产生第二波长光λb(图中未示)。该第一波长光λa其另一部份与该第二波长光λb即可产生混光(或称混色)来产生白光λw。例如:该发光单元1之该第一波长光λa系为蓝光而该等荧光粒子62系具黄光互补色,该互补色式光源装置2即可产生混光后之白光λw。
再者,该互补色薄膜层6系可附着或贴附于该光罩4之内缘或外缘,其分别对应图1与图2所示,亦即该互补色薄膜层6不论设置于该光罩4之任一侧,皆系可达到本发明将该发光单元1所产生之该第一波长光λa的一部分转换为第二波长光λb,并进一步达成利用该第一波长光λa的另一部分与该第二波长光λb混光来产生白光λw之目的。
请参考图3,系本发明另一实施例之互补色式光源装置之示意图。于图3中,该互补色式光源装置2’系同样包含一发光单元1、一光罩4与一互补色薄膜层6,而其中该互补色薄膜层6系可由复数薄膜层8、10(图中未示)所组成,例如该等薄膜层8、10系分别为红色薄膜层8与绿色薄膜层10所形成之具有黄色之该互补色薄膜层6;或者,该互补色薄膜层6系可分别包含复数荧光粒子82、102分布之复数透明胶体8’、10’,藉以堆栈或分别地附着于该光罩4之内缘。值得注意的是,该等荧光粒子82、102系非具相同特性之粒子,且该等荧光粒子82、102组合系提供该发光单元1产生该第二波长光λb(图中未示)。
此外,于上述各该实施例中,该发光单元1系可直接地(如图1至图3所示)或间接地(如图4所示)容置于该中空部42,亦即该发光单元1所产生之该第一波长光λa系可直接地入射至该光罩4与该互补色薄膜层6;或者,该发光单元1所产生之该第一波长光λa系间接地透过反射、折射或绕射之至少其一入射至该光罩4与该互补色薄膜层6。
请参考图4,其系本发明又一实施例之互补色式光源装置之示意图。图中,该发光单元1系以点光源型态为例说明,该发光单元1系产生第一波长光λa,且该发光单元1系设置于所对应之聚光单元12之焦点,故该第一波长光λa可藉由该聚光单元12经反射而改变其光路径为平行光,而入射至该光罩4与该互补色薄膜层6。于图4中,该聚光单元12之数量可为多个。
请再参考图5,其系本发明又再一实施例之互补色式光源装置之示意图。图中,该聚光单元12系包含一反光层7以及一互补色薄膜层6,且该发光单元1系设置于所对应之聚光单元12之焦点。以点光源型态为例说明,当该发光单元1产生第一波长光λa,首先入射该聚光单元12之互补色薄膜层6,其中部份之第一波长光λa激发为第二波长光λb, 该第二波长光λb与另一部份之第一波长光λa再经反光层7而改变其光路径为平行光,而入射至该光罩4并产生白光λw。于图5中,该聚光单元12之数量可为多个。
与习知技术相较,本发明之互补色式光源装置2系提供具有互补色薄膜层6之光罩4予该发光单元1,不须要于该发光单元1的封装制程中将荧光粉一同进行封装,本发明系可直接地应用于已封装或磊晶(die)型态之该发光单元1,其属于封装后附加的二次光学组件。此外,更毋须在封装制程中将荧光粉与封胶一同紧密地包覆该发光单元1,即能将该发光单元1产生之第一波长光λa转换为白光λw。由于本发明将互补色薄膜层6远离该发光单元1的封装层,因此互补色薄膜层6内的荧光粉不会因为该发光单元1释出的高热能而加速老化,而且又可让混光后的白光λw出光效率增加,故本发明相较习知技术,具有低成本、高出光效率、高使用寿命与高演色性指数等之优势。
本发明在上文中已以较佳实施例揭露,然熟习本项技术者应理解的是,该实施例仅用于描绘本发明,而不应解读为限制本发明的范围。举凡与该实施例等效的变化与置换,均应视为涵盖于本发明的范畴内。因此,本发明的保护范围当以下文的申请专利范围所界定者为准。
Claims (14)
1.一种互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色式光源装置包含:
一发光单元,系用以产生一第一波长光,且该发光单元系为已封装或磊晶(die)型态;
一光罩,系具有一中空部,且该中空部容置该发光单元;以及
一互补色薄膜层,系均匀地附着于该光罩之一侧,且该发光单元所产生之一第一波长光之其中一部分透过该互补色薄膜层产生一第二波长光。
2.根据权利要求1所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该光罩系具有一透镜。
3.根据权利要求1所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色薄膜层系以复数荧光粒子涂布或蒸镀或喷雾形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色薄膜层系为包含复数荧光粒子分布之一透明胶体。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该等荧光粒子系提供该第一波长光的一部分形成互补色,用以形成具有白光波长之该第二波长光,且该第一波长光的另一部分与该第二波长光混光即产生白光。
6.根据权利要求5所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该等荧光粒子系具黄光互补色,而该发光单元之第一波长光系为蓝光。
7.根据权利要求5所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色薄膜层系附着或贴附于该光罩之内缘或外缘。
8.根据权利要求1所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该发光单元系为点光源或面光源。
9.根据权利要求1所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色薄膜层系由复数薄膜层所组成。
10.根据权利要求9所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该等薄膜层系分别为红色薄膜层与绿色薄膜层所形成之具有黄色之该互补色薄膜层。
11.根据权利要求9所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该等薄膜层系分别包含复数荧光粒子分布之复数透明胶体,藉以堆栈或分别地附着于该光罩之内缘与/或外缘。
12.根据权利要求11所述之互补色式光源装置,其特征是该等荧光粒子系非具相同特性之粒子,且该等荧光粒子组合系提供该发光单元产生该第二波长光。
13.一种互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色式光源装置包含:
一发光单元,系用以产生一第一波长光,且该发光单元系为已封装或磊晶(die)型态;
一光罩,系具有一中空部,且该中空部容置该发光单元;以及
一聚光单元,且该发光单元系设置于所对应之聚光单元之焦点;
其中,该光罩之一侧系均匀地附着一互补色薄膜层,且该发光单元所产生之一第一波长光之其中一部分透过该互补色薄膜层产生一第二波长光,该第一波长光的另一部分与该第二波长光混光即产生白光。
14.一种互补色式光源装置,其特征是该互补色式光源装置包含:
一发光单元,系用以产生一第一波长光,且该发光单元系为已封装或磊晶(die)型态;
一光罩,系具有一中空部,且该中空部容置该发光单元;以及
一聚光单元,且该发光单元系设置于所对应之聚光单元之焦点;
其中,该聚光单元系包含一反光层以及一互补色薄膜层,且该互补色薄膜层,系均匀地附着于该反光层之一侧;该发光单元所产生之一第一波长光之其中一部分透过该互补色薄膜层产生一第二波长光,该第一波长光的另一部分与该第二波长光混光即产生白光。
