Abstract

促进畜禽生长的方法属于药品的使用方法,使用药用级半胱胺(SH-CH2-CH2-NH2)按80~150mg/kg.B.W剂量即每公斤畜禽一次用80~150毫克半胱胺,以按常规饲养管理方式每隔4~10天添喂畜禽(包括水生经济动物)一次。畜禽增重量可提高8~20%,无种别特异性,使用方便,成本较低。本技术简单、可靠、易掌握,适用动物范围广,具有良好的经济效益。

Description

本发明促进畜禽生长的方法属于药品的使用方法,专用于畜禽(包括水生经济动物)的饲养,诸如猪、牛、羊、鸭、鸡、鱼、虾等的喂养,促其快速生长。
随着人们生活水平的普遍提高,发展畜牧业成为必然。畜牧业的发展又对畜禽的饲养管理技术提出了更高的要求。人们一直在寻找捷径,以求促进畜禽生长,在较短的时间内,取得较高的经济效益。目前,国内现有技术中,是利用基因工程技术生产的动物生长激素,定期注射后,可以达到促进畜禽生长的效果。但是,利用生长激素处理畜禽尚存在如下缺点:(1)生长激素的使用受种别特异性的限制,一种动物只能接受同种动物的激素,接受外源种别激素无效或效果很差。(2)只能采用注射方法,口服失效。使用方法不便。(3)由于采用基因工程技术,成本较高,通过给畜禽注射生长激素所增加的收益大大低于购买药品所花费的成本,经营畜禽养殖业无利润可得且赔本。除此之外,还没有其他的促进畜禽(包括水生经济动物)生长的方法。
本发明的目的是提供一种简单、可靠的方法能促进畜禽(包括水生经济动物)的生长,提高畜禽生产的效益,在较短的时间内,花费较少的成本获得较大的经济效益,使得畜禽养殖业经营者直接获益。
本发明的特征在于,促进畜禽生长的方法,使用半胱胺按80~150mg/kg.B.W剂量即每公斤畜禽一次用80~150毫克半胱胺,以常规饲养管理方法添喂畜禽,每隔4~10天添喂畜禽一次。
所用半胱胺可以为药用级半胱胺。
半胱胺作为畜禽(包括水生经济动物)特种饲料添加剂,属于新的生物技术。半胱胺原作为人的抗辐射药物。根据研究发现,半胱胺对动物生长抑制素有耗竭作用。动物使用半胱胺后,体内生长抑制素耗竭,生长激素分泌增加,达到促进动物生长的目的。因此不同于外源激素,无种别特异性。试验结果表明,使用药用半胱胺80~150mg/kg.B.W每隔4~10天添喂畜禽一次,按原正规饲养管理方式饲养畜禽,可明显促进畜禽生长,使用方便。
使用本发明所述的促进畜禽生长的方法饲养管理畜禽,可提高日增重、胴体重和饲料转化率,成本较低廉。
实施例1:生长期兔子用半胱胺150mg/kg.B.W每五天添喂一次,试验组比对照组增重增加26%(p<0.01),屠宰率提高7.59%(p<0.05)。
实施例2:红布罗鸡(快速生长型)用半胱胺80mg/kg.B.W每10天添喂一次,试验组比对照组增重增加7.9%,饲料转化率提高5~7%,腹脂率下降20.5%(p<0.05)。
实施例3:仔鹅用半胱胺150mg/kg.B.W每5天添喂一次,试验组比对照组增重增加20%(p<0.01),饲料转化率提高8%,腹脂率下降18.4%。

Claims (2)

1、一种促进畜禽生长的方法,其特征在于,使用半胱胺按80~150mg/kg.B.W剂量即每公斤畜禽一次用80~150毫克半胱胺,以常规饲养管理方法添喂畜禽,每隔4~10天添喂畜禽一次。
2、根据权利要求1所述的促进畜禽生长的方法,其特征在于,所用半胱胺为药用级半胱胺。
