Abstract

本发明公开了一种挖掘式装载机运输槽护链装置，用于由槽体、链条、刮板组成的运输槽上，其特征在于：其由护链板和支撑斜板构成，两者顶端相交，尾端分别固定于链条上方的槽体内壁上。其结构简单、稳定，对物料支撑效果好，并且由于与物料的接触面倾斜，减小了对物料的摩阻性，提高了物料的运输效率，进一步降低了物料对链条的磨损。

本发明涉及装载机械技术领域，具体为一种挖掘式装载机运输槽护链装置。
背景技术
挖掘式装载机通常采用由链条、刮板构成传送槽，为减少物料对链条的磨损，通常是在链条上方设有护链板，来阻止物料和链条的接触。目前的护链板通常截面呈长方形，使用过程中护链板对物料的摩阻作用较大，导致传送效率较低，同时也加剧了物料对链条的磨损。
发明内容
为克服上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种结构合理，减小链条磨损同时提高物料传输效率的挖掘式装载机运输槽护链装置。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种挖掘式装载机运输槽护链装置，用于由槽体、链条、刮板组成的运输槽上，其特征在于：其由护链板和支撑斜板构成，两者顶端相交，尾端分别固定于链条上方的槽体内壁上，整体截面呈三角状。
本发明具有以下有益效果：本装置截面呈三角形，结构简单、稳定，对物料支撑效果好，并且由于与物料的接触面倾斜，减小了对物料的摩阻性，提高了物料的运输效率，进一步降低了物料对链条的磨损。
