本发明提供一种毛绒筛选器,应用于绒布生产领域,包括一个截面为圆形的壳体,该壳体内设有可绕壳体自由旋转的轴体,该轴体上周向均布平行于轴体的叶片,各叶片两侧固结相互平行的侧板,所述侧板与所述壳体之间形成生电摩擦面,且所述壳体内侧不与所述侧板相接触的部位均设有绝缘层,所述壳体接地;所述壳体下方设有进绒管,上方设有出绒管,且进绒管内输入的气流可推动所述叶片转向所述出绒管。该毛绒筛选器可安装于静电植绒系统的进绒管中,筛选出均匀一致的毛绒,并使其带上静电荷,从而提高植绒质量。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种绒布面料生产领域,特别地,是涉及一种用于筛选粗细毛绒的筛选装置。
 
背景技术
绒布面料由于其表面柔软舒适,因此受到人们的广泛喜爱,大量应用于一些高档用品的构成面料。对于普通的绒布面料,通常是通过静电植绒技术在基布上通过胶黏剂粘合毛绒,得以制成。
为了提高绒布面料的表面质量,使其尽可能的均匀柔和,需要对毛绒提出较高的质量要求,如,毛绒的粗细度、均匀度、带电量等,而在目前普遍采用的下降式静电植绒系统中,未有采用专用的合理装置对毛绒的均匀度进行调整,因此,植绒效果受到限制;另一方面,在静电植绒过程中,毛绒仅在料斗下方的金属网板上获得静电荷,其带电量较为有限,不利于提高毛绒与基布的垂直度。
 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种毛绒筛选器,该毛绒筛选器可安装于静电植绒系统的进绒管中,筛选出均匀一致的毛绒,并使其带上静电荷,从而提高植绒质量。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该毛绒筛选器包括一个截面为圆形的壳体,该壳体内设有可绕壳体自由旋转的轴体,该轴体上周向均布平行于轴体的叶片,各叶片两侧固结相互平行的侧板,所述侧板与所述壳体之间形成生电摩擦面,且所述壳体内侧不与所述侧板相接触的部位均设有绝缘层,所述壳体接地;所述壳体下方设有进绒管,上方设有出绒管,且进绒管内输入的气流可推动所述叶片转向所述出绒管。
作为优选,所述侧板外侧由橡胶层构成,所述壳体内侧与所述侧板外侧接触的部位由毛皮层构成,从而使所述侧板带上负电荷。
作为优选,所述侧板的内侧由金属构成,不仅加强结构强度,并且可将侧板外侧橡胶层上产生的负电荷高效地转移至侧板内侧,并被毛绒带走。
作为优选,所述进绒管与出绒管呈90°。
本发明的有益效果在于:该毛绒筛选器在工作时,在外部气源的作用下,气流向所述进绒管内鼓入毛绒,并推动所述叶片旋转,使之转向所述出绒管,由于出绒管朝上,因此,对于均匀度适中的毛绒,将吹送出出绒管,而对于重量较大的不均匀毛绒块,则将停留于叶片之间,继续旋转,直至在旋转过程中被松散,最后成为均匀适中的柔软毛绒,送出出绒管;在此过程中,由于叶片两侧的侧板与壳体内壁发生摩擦生电效应,壳体内将连续产生大量静电荷,被毛绒带走,以促进静电植绒之效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,该毛绒筛选器包括一个截面为圆形的壳体1,该壳体1所包围的内腔10设有可绕壳体1自由旋转的轴体23,该轴体23上周向均布平行于轴体的叶片22,各叶片22两侧固结相互平行的侧板21,所述侧板21与所述壳体1之间形成生电摩擦面,且所述壳体1内侧不与所述侧板21相接触的部位均设有绝缘层,所述壳体1接地;所述壳体1下方设有进绒管11,上方设有出绒管12,且进绒管11内输入的气流可推动所述叶片22转向所述出绒管12。
所述侧板21与所述壳体1之间形成的生电摩擦面具体结构如下:所述侧板21外侧由橡胶层构成,所述壳体1内侧与所述侧板21外侧接触的部位由毛皮层构成,从而使所述侧板21带上负电荷。
上述毛绒筛选器,所述侧板21的内侧由金属构成,不仅加强结构强度,并且可将侧板21外侧橡胶层上产生的负电荷高效地转移至侧板21内侧,并被毛绒带走。
上述毛绒筛选器,所述进绒管11与出绒管呈90°,即所述进绒管11沿所述壳体1底部水平通入该壳体1,所述出绒管12竖直向上伸出该壳体1。
上述毛绒筛选器在工作时,如图3所示,在外部气源的作用下,气流向所述进绒管11内鼓入毛绒,该种毛绒包括图3所示的毛绒块33,以及均匀软毛绒32,含毛绒的气流并推动所述叶片22旋转,使之转向所述出绒管12,由于出绒管12朝上,因此,对于均匀软毛绒32,将吹送出出绒管12,而对于重量较大的不均匀毛绒块33,则将停留于叶片22之间,继续旋转,直至在旋转过程中被松散,最后成为均匀适中的软毛绒32,送出出绒管12;在此过程中,由于叶片22两侧的侧板21与壳体1内壁发生摩擦生电效应,壳体1内将连续产生大量静电荷,被毛绒带走,以促进静电植绒之效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种毛绒筛选器,其特征在于:包括一个截面为圆形的壳体(1),该壳体(1)所包围的内腔(10)设有可绕壳体(1)自由旋转的轴体(23),该轴体(23)上周向均布平行于轴体的叶片(22),各叶片(22)两侧固结相互平行的侧板(21),所述侧板(21)与所述壳体(1)之间形成生电摩擦面,且所述壳体(1)内侧不与所述侧板(21)相接触的部位均设有绝缘层,所述壳体(1)接地;所述壳体(1)下方设有进绒管(11),上方设有出绒管(12),且进绒管(11)内输入的气流可推动所述叶片(22)转向所述出绒管(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛绒筛选器,其特征在于:所述侧板(21)与所述壳体(1)之间形成的生电摩擦面具体结构如下:所述侧板(21)外侧由橡胶层构成,所述壳体(1)内侧与所述侧板(21)外侧接触的部位由毛皮层构成。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的毛绒筛选器,其特征在于:所述侧板(21)的内侧由金属构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛绒筛选器,其特征在于:所述进绒管(11)与出绒管呈90°。
