Abstract

微氧沼气脱硫装置,包括微氧蠕动泵(1),计算机(2),沼气池(3),出料口(4),搅拌桨叶(5),排气管(6)和搅拌电机(7)。微氧蠕动泵(1)与计算机(2)连接,并以导管接入至沼气池(3)的上部。沼气池(3)下部为出料口(4),其内部装有搅拌桨叶(5),搅拌桨叶(5)的上端连接搅拌电机(7)。本装置可以在很大程度上减少脱硫净化设备,降低沼气生产成本,可以产生更大效益。

Description

微氧沼气脱硫装置
技术领域:本发明涉及一种脱硫装置,特别是一种微氧沼气脱硫装置。
背景技术:生物废物厌氧消化和污水的厌氧处理所产生的沼气中均含有H2S,由于H2S是一种腐蚀性很强的化合物,影响沼气的回收利用,所以沼气脱硫是沼气利用的关键环节。沼气脱硫方法有化学法、物理法以及生物法等,目前,生物法脱硫的研究成为新方向,它是利用环境中的各种微生物在有氧条件下将H2S氧化为单质S和H2SO4等,反应式如下:
2H2S+O2→2S+2H2O
2S+3O2+2H2O→2H2SO4
当前主要采用外加生物脱硫塔进行脱硫,不仅需要供氧设备,也需要外加脱硫塔以及塔内的生物填料,这些需要的设备和原料大大增加了脱硫成本。
发明内容:针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种较为廉价、简单且无需外加脱硫塔的微氧沼气脱硫装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:微氧沼气脱硫装置,包括微氧蠕动泵(1),计算机(2),沼气池(3),出料口(4),搅拌桨叶(5),排气管(6)和搅拌电机(7)。微氧蠕动泵(1)与计算机(2)连接,并以导管接入至沼气池(3)的上部。沼气池(3)下部为出料口(4),其内部装有搅拌桨叶(5),搅拌桨叶(5)的上端连接搅拌电机(7)。
本发明具有如下特点:
1、微氧沼气脱硫装置可以使用自然状态下未经任何处理的空气为脱硫剂,目标材料为占空气体积21%左右的氧气;也可以使用纯氧作为脱硫反应物。因此脱硫剂易得。
2、微氧沼气脱硫装置的主要设备为微氧蠕动泵,它可调节沼气脱硫所需空气或者氧气的流量,可根据沼气中甲烷含量、硫化氢含量等参数在计算机上设定流量,之后自动控制。
3、微氧沼气脱硫装置脱硫方式为生物脱硫,微生物来源于沼气池内部,包括沼气池壁上及液体中微生物。
4、微氧沼气脱硫装置简单易行,适合小型沼气池和实验室使用,经过改装可扩大装置适应更大规模沼气工艺。
有益效果
目前,我国沼气工程越来越得到社会及市场的认可。沼气脱硫也是成了一项比不可少的工作。传统的化学法和物理法的缺点日益显现,采用生物技术脱硫成为沼气工程未来发展的趋势。而当前生物脱硫技术基本采用生物脱硫塔进行沼气脱硫,加大了沼气净化成本,而本装置可以在很大程度上减少脱硫净化设备,降低沼气生产成本,可以产生更大效益。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示:微氧沼气脱硫装置,包括微氧蠕动泵1,计算机2,沼气池3,出料口4,搅拌桨叶5,排气管6和搅拌电机7。微氧蠕动泵1与计算机2连接,微氧蠕动泵1由计算机2控制流量并以导管接入至沼气池3的上部。沼气池3下部为出料口4,其内部装有搅拌桨叶5,搅拌桨叶5的上端连接搅拌电机7。沼气池3上部设有排气管6和进料口8。
各部件功能:
1、微氧蠕动泵:保障空气或氧气的供应,提供脱硫的反应原料。
2、计算机:控制微氧蠕动泵,可设置微氧蠕动泵的供气速率。
3、沼气池:沼气生产场所,也是沼气脱硫场所。
4、出料口:沼渣、沼液排泄口
5、搅拌桨叶:可进行原料混合,使发酵料液均匀。
6、排气管:经脱硫处理的沼气由此排出反应器。
7、搅拌电机:带动搅拌桨叶转动。
8、进料口:水和发酵原料由此加入。
工作流程:
1、由进料口向沼气池中加入原料进行厌氧消化。
2、打开搅拌电机带动搅拌桨叶将发酵原料均匀混合。
3、打开微氧蠕动泵和计算机。在计算机上设置微氧蠕动泵进气流量,使微氧蠕动泵向沼气池顶部输入微量空气或氧气。
4、沼气在沼气池内经过微生物脱硫后由排气管排出。
实验结束后,由出料口放出发酵液,关闭搅拌电机,关闭蠕动泵,关闭计算机。

1.微氧沼气脱硫装置,其特征在于:包括微氧蠕动泵(1),计算机(2),沼气池(3),出料口(4),搅拌桨叶(5),排气管(6)和搅拌电机(7);微氧蠕动泵(1)与计算机(2)连接,并以导管接入至沼气池(3)的上部;沼气池(3)下部为出料口(4),其内部装有搅拌桨叶(5),搅拌桨叶(5)的上端连接搅拌电机(7)。
2.微氧沼气脱硫装置,其特征在于:沼气池(3)上部设有排气管(6)和进料口(8)。
