Abstract

本发明涉及管材切割设备，尤其是一种切管机。
背景技术
现有的钢管切割机工作方式大多都是钢管不动，通过手动切割刀片来进行钢管的切割，由于切割刀片高速旋转，因此这种切割刀片上下运动方式，不仅安全性能差，且工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种工作效率高、使用安全的切管机。 
本发明的切管机，包括机架、刀片、支撑座、传动带、电机，刀片安装在支撑座上，电机通过传动带与刀片相连，其特点是机架上设有平行排列的定支撑轮和动支撑轮，定支撑轮固定在机架上，动支撑轮设在刀片正下方，动支撑轮与液压加力器连接，液压加力器固定在机架上，液压加力器的液压推杆通过连杆与脚踏板相连，连杆的一端与脚踏板固接，另一端与液压推杆活动连接，脚踏板放置在支点轮上，脚踏板上方设置调节螺杆，以调节动支撑轮的上升高度。
本发明的切管机具有工作效率高、使用安全的特点，工作时，开动电机，电机带动刀片高速旋转，将待切管放置在定支撑轮和动支撑轮上，操作者通过脚踏板、连杆、液压推杆，经液压加力器使动支撑轮上升，并将待切管送至刀片下进行切割，切完之后，再通过脚踏板使动支撑轮下降，如此循环进行管体切割。

具体实施方式
一种切管机，包括机架1、刀片3、支撑座4、传动带5、电机6，刀片3安装在支撑座4上，电机6通过传动带5与刀片3相连，其特点是机架1上设有平行排列的定支撑轮2和动支撑轮13，定支撑轮2固定在机架1上，动支撑轮13设在刀片3正下方，动支撑轮13与液压加力器12连接，液压加力器12固定在机架1上，液压加力器12的液压推杆7通过连杆8与脚踏板10相连，连杆8的一端与脚踏板10固接，另一端与液压推杆7活动连接，脚踏板10放置在支点轮9上，脚踏板10上方设置调节螺杆11。

1.一种切管机，包括机架（1）、刀片（3）、支撑座（4）、传动带（5）、电机（6），刀片（3）安装在支撑座（4）上，电机（6）通过传动带（5）与刀片（3）相连，其特征在于：机架（1）上设有平行排列的定支撑轮（2）和动支撑轮（13），定支撑轮（2）固定在机架（1）上，动支撑轮（13）设在刀片（3）正下方，动支撑轮（13）与液压加力器（12）连接，液压加力器（12）固定在机架（1）上，液压加力器（12）的液压推杆（7）通过连杆（8）与脚踏板（10）相连，连杆（8）的一端与脚踏板（10）固接，另一端与液压推杆（7）活动连接，脚踏板（10）放置在支点轮（9）上，脚踏板（10）上方设置调节螺杆（11）。
