Abstract
一种生物塑化用硬化间，其主要是：该硬化间顶棚及侧壁均为金属板，其外表面均设有保温层，保温层外面为砖混结构，设在侧壁上的推拉门为内设保温层的双层金属板门，在该推拉门内设有塑料门帘，硬化间顶棚下面设有与其平行的横杆，顶棚上还固定有风扇和换气扇，硬化间侧壁上设有红外线加热灯，这些加热灯的开关与自动控制器相连，该自动控制器又与设在硬化间内的温度传感器相连，另在硬化间侧壁上设有气泵，在气泵旁边的侧壁上设有载物台或网，气泵的压缩空气出口置于盛硬化剂的容器内。本发明温度自动控制，十分精确，同时保温效果好，硬化间内温度稳定，有效地保证了标本的塑化质量；硬化剂的利用率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑化生物标本的专用房间。
背景技术
目前，塑化生物标本是采用一个有门的铁箱，铁箱顶设有用于悬挂标本的挂件，侧壁设有加热灯和气泵，推拉门内设有塑料门帘。它的不足之处是：1、铁箱内的温度控制靠人们经验，十分不准确。2、保温效果不好，箱内温度受外界影响很大。3、用于盛标本塑化药品的容器只能置于地上，不仅药液利用率低，而且容易翻倒，造成浪费。4、裸露的加热灯常被操作者或样品碰坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温性能好、温度控制准确、药品放置安全的生物塑化用硬化间。
该硬化间顶棚及侧壁均为金属板，其外表面均设有保温层，保温层外面为砖混结构；地面可采用任何材质，如金属板、水泥或瓷砖等。设在侧壁上的推拉门为内设保温层的双层金属板门，门的四周设有密封胶条，以避免硬化剂逸出硬化间。最好门上设有观察窗，可随时观察硬化间内的情况。在该推拉门内设有塑料门帘。上述塑化间顶棚下面设有与其平行用于悬挂标本的若干横杆，最好纵横交错排列。顶棚上还固定有风扇和换气扇，风扇用于加强内部冷热空气的对流，换气扇用于把硬化间的气体排出，以便于操作人员进入操作。在上述硬化间侧壁上设有若干红外线加热灯，最好这些加热灯由下至上分层设置。最好加热灯外面设有防止损坏的保护网罩。这些加热灯的开关与自动控制器相连，该自动控制器又与设在硬化间内的温度传感器相连，当设定好温度后，则由温度控制器控制加热灯的开关，从而达到温控的目的。另在硬化间侧壁上，最好在侧壁上部设有气泵，在气泵旁边的侧壁上设有载物台或网，盛硬化剂的容器可置于该载物台或网上。气泵的压缩空气出口管置于盛硬化剂的容器内，压缩空气可将硬化剂雾化，使之逐渐均匀地附着在标本上并与其作用。
本发明使用时，先将标本悬挂在横杆上，可再进行必要的固定；然后将内盛硬化剂的容器置于上述载物台或网内，放好塑料门帘，关闭硬化间门。启动控制电源，温度自动控制器则会按实际需要开启加热灯，再开启气泵及风扇，该硬化间则进行正常工作。当工作结束后，先开启换气扇将硬化间内硬化剂及标本散发的气体排出后，操作人员再进入硬化间操作。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、温度自动控制，十分精确，同时保温效果好，硬化间内温度稳定，有效地保证了标本的塑化质量。
2、硬化剂的利用率高。
3、加热灯外面的网罩，可有效避免损坏。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的生物塑化用硬化间主视剖面示意简图中，该硬化间1顶棚及侧壁均为钢板，其外表面均设有岩棉保温层，保温层外面为砖混结构；地面采用瓷砖。设在侧壁上的推拉门为内设保温层的双层钢板门，门的四周设有密封胶条，门上设有观察窗。在该推拉门内设有塑料门帘。上述塑化间顶棚下面设有与其平行纵横交错排列的横杆2。顶棚上还固定有风扇3和换气扇4。在上述硬化间侧壁上由下至上分层设有若干红外线加热灯5，并且加热灯外面设有保护网罩。这些加热灯的开关与自动控制器相连，该自动控制器又与设在硬化间内的温度传感器相连。另在硬化间侧壁上部设有气泵6，在气泵旁边的侧壁上设有载物网，盛硬化剂的烧杯7可置于该载物网上。气泵的压缩空气出口管8置于盛硬化剂的烧杯内。

1.一种生物塑化用硬化间，其特征在于：该硬化间顶棚及侧壁均为金属板，其外表面均设有保温层，保温层外面为砖混结构，设在侧壁上的推拉门为内设保温层的双层金属板门，在该推拉门内设有塑料门帘，硬化间顶棚下面设有与其平行的横杆，顶棚上还固定有风扇和换气扇，硬化间侧壁上设有红外线加热灯，这些加热灯的开关与自动控制器相连，该自动控制器又与设在硬化间内的温度传感器相连，另在硬化间侧壁上设有气泵，在气泵旁边的侧壁上设有载物台或网，气泵的压缩空气出口置于盛硬化剂的容器内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物塑化用硬化间，其特征在于：门的四周设有密封胶条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物塑化用硬化间，其特征在于：加热灯由下至上分层设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物塑化用硬化间，其特征在于：加热灯外面设有防护网罩。
