Abstract
一种结合液态冷冻气体再气化和生产电能的装置,其中液态气体再气化单元和电能生产单元都安装在浮动码头上,浮动码头上包含有储存液态气体的储罐,所述电能生产单元被设计为通过碳氢化合物的燃烧生产电能,电能生产单元产生的热量用于液态冷冻气体的再气化。
Description
本发明针对一种与生产电能相结合的液化天然气(LNG)和液化石油气(LPG)的再气化的漂浮装置。
电能通过燃烧再气化的液化气体产生。生产电能的过程中产生的热量通常用于液态冷冻气体的加热和气化。再气化液态气体和生产电能的联合使用,使建立一种具有高效率和无需处理即可排放到环境中的冷水或温水的装置或工作台成为可能。
现在很多地区对热废水和冷却水的排放都有严格的要求。例如在某些地区有一条规定:排放温度上升或下降不超过4度的水是被允许的。
目前再气化液态冷冻气体的技术主要是以使用海水流过热交换器为基础,通常部分海水直接作用于冷冻气体,另一部分则通过二次循环中的冷却介质起作用。所有的热量供应主要来自于海水。这就导致了如果从水中只能提取很小的温差,就需要使用大量的海水。
基于碳氢化合物的燃烧而产生电能的过程提供了三个可以利用的主要原理:
1、蒸汽锅炉中的燃烧用于生产蒸汽,所产生的蒸汽用于操纵蒸汽轮机产生电能。蒸汽轮机中的压差通过蒸汽的压缩来确定。存在的问题是有大量的热能要被处理,如果海水是容易获得的,则海水最被经常用到。
2、燃气轮机的燃烧装置上连接有一个排气容器(复合循环)。电能部分是通过所述燃气轮机产生的,另一部分则是通过蒸汽轮机产生的,蒸汽轮机使用的蒸汽产生自排气容器。来自蒸汽压缩的热量也不得不被处理。
3、燃气轮机的燃烧装置上没有任何生产蒸汽的设备(单循环)。最初这种装置不回收余热,但安装一个排气容器后,所述容器中的热量就可以被直接用来加热冷冻气体。
按照本发明的一种用于再气化和生产电能的装置,其生产电能时所产生的热量用于液态冷冻气体的加热和气化。这种液态气体的再气化和生产电能的联合使用,使一种不产生对环境不利的冷水和温水的装置成为可能。
根据本发明的一种生产电能的装置也可以获得比较高的效率。这种装置可通过权利要求中所给出的特征定义。
上面描述的一种生产电能的装置的三个特征全部可以用来与一种再气化液态冷冻气体的装置相结合。如果蒸汽轮机被安装,则因蒸汽压缩而被加热了的冷却水将会和冷的气体进行热交换。装置中具有燃气轮机,来自排气容器的热蒸汽或热水将会直接和冷的气体进行热交换。
图1中原理性的在方块图中显示了一种从船上接收液化天然气(LNG)的装置,图2中原理性的在方块图中显示了一种单循环的再气化装置,图3中原理性的在方块图中显示了一种双循环的再气化装置。这种装置设置在一个用于储存液态冷冻气体的浮动码头上。
根据图1所示,装置1通过输送管路3从液化天然气(LNG)船2上获得液化天然气(LNG),并提供液化天然气(LNG)到储存罐4中,以便液化气体可存放在装置中。气体5从储存罐转输到再气化装置6中,并在再气化装置6中被加热变成气态,接着加压并通过弹性和刚性管10输送到陆地上。一部分气体7则从再气化装置6被输送到燃气发电装置8(单循环式、复合循环式或是一种气体加热蒸汽锅炉)中。热量9又从燃气发电装置输送到再气化装置6,用于加热冷冻气体。燃气发电装置8中产生的电能11则通过电缆输送到陆地上。
图2中也显示了液化气体5从储存罐4输送到再气化装置6,并在再气化装置6中被加热变成气态,进而在一定压力下通过管道10输送到陆地上。气体与热媒12进行热交换,而热媒12则是在热回收装置13中与来自燃气发电装置8的废气9进行热交换。燃气发电装置8从再气化装置产生的气体7中获取热量,从而产生电能11,电能11则通过电缆输送到陆地上。
图3中也显示了液化气体5从储存罐4输送到再气化装置6,并在再气化装置6中被加热变成气态,进而在一定压力下通过管道10输送到陆地上。气体与热媒12进行热交换,而热媒12则是在压缩设备16中与来自蒸汽动力厂14的蒸汽15进行热交换。输送到蒸汽动力厂14的蒸汽15则是在热回收装置13中通过与来自燃气发电装置8的废气进行热交换产生的。蒸汽电站产生电能17,并通过电缆将电能17输送到陆地上。燃气发电装置8通过再气化装置产生的气体7加热,然后输送废气到热回收装置13,并产生电能11,电能11则通过电缆输送到陆地上。
加热后的气体通过管道10从气体码头输送到陆地上的用户处。由于装置设置在浮动码头上,管道的第一部分(从所述码头下至海底的部分)应为挠性立管。管道剩下的部分则可以是常规的型式。
所产生的电能通过高压电缆11从码头输送到陆地上的用户处。如果码头是浮动的,则电缆在码头与海底之间的部分应具有足够的韧性,以便可以吸收平台的任何有可能的移动。
漂浮单元是相对静止的,也就是说在不同的风向和波浪方向下它都不会转动。这就意味着气体可以通过管道传输而不需要使用高压气体转环,更进一步电能也可以不需要使用高压滑环式转环即可传输。
液态气体可以从液化天然气(LNG)/液化石油气(LPG)船上获得。液态气体从船到码头的传输既可以通过将船停泊在码头上的船坞或类似地方以使液化天然气(LNG)通过专用鹤管传输来实现,或者也可通过挠性软管3传输来实现。对于后者来说从船上输送气体可能需要通过动态定位设备(DPE)来保持它们的相对位置,如通过拖船,或从船上输送气体时可能需要将其停泊在系泊设备上,从而保持它们与码头具有一定的距离。
Claims (6)
1.一种结合液态冷冻气体再气化和生产电能的装置,其特征在于,液态气体再气化单元和电能生产单元都安装在浮动码头上,浮动码头上包含有储存液态气体的储罐,电能生产单元通过碳氢化合物的燃烧为生产电能做准备,电能生产单元产生的热量用于液态冷冻气体的再气化。
2.根据上述权利要求中的装置,其特征在于,装置被配置为当需要时能从海水中吸收少量热量或不吸收热量。
3.根据上述权利要求中的装置,其特征在于,装置被配置为从液化天然气/液化石油气船上接收和储存液态冷冻气体。
4.根据上述权利要求中的装置,其特征在于,装置通过利用燃气发电装置中的余热使冷冻气体再气化以获得高效率。
5.根据上述权利要求中的装置,其特征在于,装置被配置为位置临近气体和电能用户。
6.根据上述权利要求中的装置,其特征在于,装置允许通过与所述装置长久连接的电缆传输高压电能。
