本发明公开了一种仿不锈钢复合膜，包括金属铝箔层、PET膜层、PVC膜层、印刷着色层和保护层，所述PET膜层和PVC膜层分别通过相应的粘结层粘结在金属铝箔层的两个表面，所述印刷着色层设置于PET膜层与相应的粘结层粘结的表面上，所述保护层设置在PET膜层的另一表面。该仿不锈钢复合膜具有非常强的不锈钢光泽，且金属光泽持久，应用在家电、厨房设备上使其更加美观，提高产品档次。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿不锈钢复合膜，特别是指一种仿不锈钢复合膜。
背景技术
目前金属板特别是钢板、铝材的使用越来越广泛，汽车、冰箱、洗衣机、厨房设备、工业和民用建筑都需要用到，然而，在使用过程中，金属板容易氧化、易腐蚀，因此 ，需要先进行防腐防锈处理，比如喷涂油漆，但是防锈防腐能力不强，金属板的寿命降低，而且还严重影响了金属板的外观，近年来在家电行业中逐渐兴起了在金属板的表面设有复合膜，起到防护作用，然而遗憾的是在获得更多色彩和图案的同时也遮盖了金属光泽，失去了金属原有的质感。而目前不锈钢的应用更是非常的广泛，消费者也越来越认可不锈钢的质量，如果能使家电、厨房设备上产生不锈钢光泽，消费者对于这种产品会更加的青睐。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种仿不锈钢复合膜，该仿不锈钢复合膜具有非常强的不锈钢光泽，且金属光泽持久，应用在家电、厨房设备上使其更加美观，提高产品档次。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种仿不锈钢复合膜，包括金属铝箔层、PET膜层、PVC膜层、印刷着色层和保护层，所述PET膜层和PVC膜层分别通过相应的粘结层粘结在金属铝箔层的两个表面，所述印刷着色层设置于PET膜层与相应的粘结层粘结的表面上，所述保护层设置在PET膜层的另一表面。
作为一种优选的方案，所述保护层为UV保护膜层。
采用了上述技术方案后，本发明的效果是：由于仿不锈钢复合膜，包括金属铝箔层、PET膜层、PVC膜层、印刷着色层和保护层，所述PET膜层和PVC膜层分别通过相应的粘结层粘结在金属铝箔层的两个表面，所述印刷着色层设置于PET膜层与相应的粘结层粘结的表面上，所述保护层设置在PET膜层的另一表面，因此，金属铝箔层的两个表面均粘结有膜层，金属铝箔层对复合膜带来了一定的金属色，并通过印刷着色层着色不锈钢的效果，在复合膜总厚度相同的情况下，相比目前采用复合膜直接粘结在金属铝板上的做法而言，本发明的金属铝箔层一个表面的膜层相对较薄，使金属光泽更加显著，也可以有效的防止金属铝箔层两表面的氧化，使不锈钢光泽保持持久，应用在家电、厨房设备上使其更加美观，提高产品档次。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示，一种仿不锈钢复合膜，包括金属铝箔层1、PET膜层3、PVC膜层5、印刷着色层6和保护层7，所述PET膜层3和PVC膜层5分别通过相应的粘结层粘结在金属铝箔层1的两个表面，具体的，PET膜层3通过粘结层一2粘结在金属铝箔层1的一个表面，PVC膜层5通过粘结层二4粘结在金属铝箔层1的另一个表面。所述印刷着色层6设置于PET膜层3与粘结层一2粘结的表面上，所述保护层7设置在PET膜层3的另一表面。
金属铝箔层1的两个表面分别设有PVC膜层5和PET膜层3，印刷着色层6除了着色不锈钢颜色外还可以根据客户需要变化图案和花纹，美观且环保无毒，贴合在非金属材质上也可使其具有不锈钢光泽，起到仿不锈钢的效果。
需要强调的是，上述实施例虽然对本发明做了比较详细的说明，但是这些说明只是对本发明说明性的，而不是对本发明的限制，任何不超过本本发明的实质性的发明创造，均落在本发明的的保护范围。

1.仿不锈钢复合膜，其特征在于：包括金属铝箔层、PET膜层、PVC膜层、印刷着色层和UV保护膜层，所述PET膜层和PVC膜层分别通过相应的粘结层粘结在金属铝箔层的两个表面，所述印刷着色层设置于PET膜层与相应的粘结层粘结的表面上，所述印刷着色层着色不锈钢的效果，所述UV保护膜层设置在PET膜层的另一表面。
