Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘固定架组合。
背景技术
在现有电脑系统中,通常将抽取式硬盘固定于带有两侧板的硬盘固定架。然而,不安装硬盘时,这些硬盘固定架的侧板容易变形。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种防止侧板变形的硬盘固定架组合。
一种硬盘固定架组合,包括一硬盘固定架和一装设于该硬盘固定架的硬盘替代件,该硬盘固定架包括一面板组件、两分别垂直连接于该面板组件的两端的侧臂,每一侧臂上间隔开设有若干固定孔,该硬盘替代件的两端分别设有若干突起,这些突起对应锁入该两侧臂的相应固定孔。
相较现有技术,上述硬盘固定架组合通过在硬盘固定架的两侧臂之间装设一硬盘替代件,可有效防止该两侧臂变形。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明硬盘固定架组合包括一硬盘固定架和一硬盘替代件3。
该硬盘固定架包括一面板组件1及两分别垂直连接于该面板组件1的两端的侧臂2。每一侧臂2上间隔开设有若干固定孔20。
该硬盘替代件3包括一底板30、两分别自该底板30的两相对侧边同向延伸的第一侧板32和两分别自该底板30的两相对端同向延伸的第二侧板34。该底板30的两相对端于中部相向内凹,该两第二侧板34也于中部相向内凹。该两第一侧板32分别向远离该底板30的方向倾斜一第一角度。该两第二侧板34的内凹处分别向远离该底板30的方向倾斜一第二角度。本实施方式中,第一角度大致为1度,第二角度大致为7度。
该底板30于邻近一第二侧板34处开设一第一开槽300,并于邻近另一第二侧板34处开设一第二开槽304。该底板30邻近一第一侧板32设有一长槽308,邻近另一第一侧板32设有一面积和该长槽308相同的螺丝区310。该底板30于第一开槽300邻近该第二开槽304的一侧和该第二开槽304远离该第一开槽300的一侧分别向上延伸出一相向的卡扣306。该底板30可多开设一些开槽以节省材料。该螺丝区310上间隔设有若干螺柱312,若干螺丝314对应锁入这些螺柱312中(如图2)。一挡止部340向上延伸自每一第二侧板34内凹处的顶面。两突起342分别凸设于每一第二侧板34的外侧邻近两端处。
请参照图2,组装时,向外扳动该硬盘固定架的两侧臂2,将该硬盘替代件3放入该两侧臂2之间,释放该两侧臂2,使该硬盘替代件3的突起342对应锁入该两侧臂2的相应固定孔20,从而可有效防止该两侧臂2向内变形。
需要安装硬盘(图未示)时,只需拆下该硬盘替代件3,在硬盘固定架中放入一硬盘,再从该硬盘替代件3的螺丝区310取下螺丝314,用这些螺丝314将该硬盘固定于该两侧臂2之间。
拆下的硬盘替代件3可进行堆叠以方便存储及运输。请参照图3,一硬盘替代件3相对另一硬盘替代件3前后翻转并置于该另一硬盘替代件3的下方,使该硬盘替代件3的螺丝区310正对该另一硬盘替代件3的长槽308,该硬盘替代件3的卡扣306分别穿过该另一硬盘替代件3的第一开槽300和第二开槽304并卡止于该另一硬盘替代件3的底板30,该硬盘替代件3的挡止部340挡止于该另一硬盘替代件3的相应挡止部340的外侧。

Claims (5)

1.一种硬盘固定架组合,包括一硬盘固定架和一装设于该硬盘固定架的硬盘替代件,该硬盘固定架包括一面板组件、两分别垂直连接于该面板组件的两端的侧臂,每一侧臂上间隔开设有若干固定孔,该硬盘替代件的两端分别设有若干突起,这些突起对应锁入该两侧臂的相应固定孔,该硬盘替代件包括一底板,该底板的两相对侧边分别向上延伸出一第一侧板,该底板的两相对端分别于中部相向内凹且分别向上延伸出一中部对应内凹的第二侧板,第一侧板和第二侧板的内凹处分别向远离该底板的方向倾斜。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定架组合,其特征在于:所述若干突起的数量为二,该两突起分别凸设于每一第二侧板的外侧邻近两端处。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定架组合,其特征在于:一挡止部垂直延伸自每一第二侧板内凹处的顶面。
4.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定架组合,其特征在于:该底板于邻近一第二侧板处开设一第一开槽,并于邻近另一第二侧板处开设一第二开槽,该底板于第一开槽邻近该第二开槽的一侧和该第二开槽远离该第一开槽的一侧分别向上延伸出一相向的卡扣。
5.如权利要求4所述的硬盘固定架组合,其特征在于:该底板邻近一第一侧板处开设一长槽,并于邻近另一第一侧板处开设一螺丝区,该螺丝区上间隔设有若干螺柱,若干螺丝锁入对应的螺柱。
