本发明公开了一种船底防污涂料的制备方法,该方法的制备步骤如下:将175-180份二甲苯,52-56份甲苯,50份热解二氧化硅,14-16份甲基异丁基酮,36份氧化铁红,24份氯化橡胶,50-54份磷酸三甲酚酯和15-17份苯乙烯混合,边搅拌边升温至50℃,恒温加热3h,过滤后得到产物。本发明方法制备出的涂料经工业试验证明,该涂料具有良好的透水性,保证漆膜内的毒料稳定逐步向海水渗出,从而防止海洋生物的附着;与防锈漆有良好的附着力;良好的耐海水冲击性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船底防污涂料的制备方法,属于化工涂料技术领域。
技术背景
    防污涂料是涂装于船底的一种涂料,一般涂装在船底防锈漆之上,处于最外层。主要作用是通过漆膜中毒料的渗出、扩散或水解等方式逐步释放毒料,达到防止海洋生物附着于船底的目的。船底附着海生物后,增加阻力,降低航速,燃料耗用量增加,机械磨损增大。海生物附着还会破坏漆膜,加速钢板的腐蚀。增加了船舶维修保养次数和时间,而迄今为止,涂饰船舶防污涂料时防止海生物附着的最经济有效的措施。
发明内容
     本发明目的是提供一种能有效防止船底被海生物附着的涂料的制备方法。
     为了达到上述目的,本发明采用一个技术方案是:一种船底防污涂料的制备方法,该方法的制备步骤如下:将175-180份二甲苯,52-56份甲苯,50份热解二氧化硅,14-16份甲基异丁基酮,36份氧化铁红,24份氯化橡胶,50-54份磷酸三甲酚酯和15-17份苯乙烯混合,边搅拌边升温至50℃,恒温加热3h,过滤后得到产物。
     本发明方法制备出的涂料经工业试验证明,该涂料具有良好的透水性,保证漆膜内的毒料稳定逐步向海水渗出,从而防止海洋生物的附着;与防锈漆有良好的附着力;良好的耐海水冲击性。

    一种船底防污涂料的制备方法,它主要是由下列原料按照重量配比搅拌制成:将175-180份二甲苯,52-56份甲苯,50份热解二氧化硅,14-16份甲基异丁基酮,36份氧化铁红,24份氯化橡胶,50-54份磷酸三甲酚酯和15-17份苯乙烯混合,边搅拌边升温至50℃,恒温加热3h,过滤后得到产物。
