技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀,具体地说是一种潜艇及石油平台压载水舱使用的安全排放阀。 
背景技术
申请人于2005年公开了一种舱底阀,申请号为200510045517.3,该阀在实际应用中存在的不足是: 
1、阀杆中段及阀打开状态下阀杆上段暴露于舱室海水中,由于海洋微生物侵蚀,贝类生物吸附积聚繁生,造成严重启闭故障,甚至无法启闭,同时由于底阀口与侧阀口同时关闭密封,阀腔内存留海水,海水中的贝类生物吸附于阀杆及其它阀内部件上造成故障无法启闭。 
2、阀板采用导向槽内上下滑动方式开或闭,由于阀杆、张紧器、阀板、导向板之间全部为销套连接的联动结构,当阀杆上提后其联动结构任意节点卡住或损坏,都会使阀门无法关闭,同样当阀门关闭状态需打开时,亦因其销套联动结构任一节点卡住或损坏,都无法使阀门关闭。 
3、阀门在打开工况下需关闭时,在驱动机构开关指示失灵、阀与驱动连接部发生脱节、断开等故障或人为误操作关闭不到位时,底阀瓣及侧阀板均不能自动止回关闭,海水通过底阀口进入阀腔经侧阀口涌入舱室,危及潜艇或平台安全; 
4、当需要关闭阀门时,侧阀板与侧进水口之间有异物支撑卡阻故障不能关闭时,由于阀杆、胀紧器与侧阀板联动结构,致使阀杆不能下行,底阀瓣亦不能与阀底口关闭,海水倒涌入舱,造成重大海事隐患; 
5、当需要关闭阀门时,如底阀瓣与底出水口之间有异物支撑卡阻故障,阀杆不能下行带动底阀瓣关闭底出水口时,侧阀板由于与胀紧器阀杆联动也不能下行关闭侧进水口,海水通过底阀口进入阀腔经侧阀口涌入舱室,危及潜艇或平台安全; 
6、当底阀瓣与底出水口之间、侧阀板与侧进水口之间同时被异物支撑卡阻不能关闭时,底出水口或侧进水口通道无应急封堵装置阻断海水倒灌入舱,使压载失衡,石油平台倾覆的海事不可避免; 
7、当阀底及底阀瓣遇海事撞击破坏时,连带造成阀杆扭曲变形,由于结构的联动性,亦连带侧阀板与侧进水口的密封失效,无法阻断海水倒灌入舱。 
上述现有技术方案存在的致命性缺陷目前尚无解决的技术方案。 
发明内容
本发明的技术目的任务是克服现有技术存在的致命性缺陷,提供一种具备以下八项安全技术特性与功能,专用于潜艇或海洋石油平台压载舱压载水体排放的舱底阀。八项安全技术特性与功能是:1、驱动机构意外断开失控时,阀门仍能自动止回关闭;2、意外事故使阀底遭破坏时阀门仍能自动止回关闭;3、侧阀口故障不能关闭时,阀底口仍能关闭;4、阀底口故障不能关闭时,侧阀口能自动关闭;5、人为误打开时,能自动止回关闭;6、阀底口及侧阀口同时故障时,能实现紧急封堵;7、无连锁联动故障;8、海洋生物不能侵蚀阀杆而产生故障。 
本发明的目的任务是按以下方式实现的,本发明的一种安全排放阀,其结构是有虹吸式启闭器、阀盖架总成、阀杆、阀体、可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成、侧旋封板、锥形底阀塞、侧进水口应急封塞构成,其中,呼吸式启闭器与阀盖总成中的启闭螺母上段插固密封连接,阀杆的上部与阀盖架总成中心上下滑动连接,并密闭于由虹吸式启闭器中的活塞的底面以下至密封填料以上的密闭阀杆行腔内,阀杆的下部位于阀体之中,阀体的侧面设置有侧进水口,底部设置有锥形底出水口,阀杆的下端连接有锥形底阀塞,锥形底阀塞下锥部与锥形底出水口相吻合,锥形底阀塞的上部通过阀杆上的定导建设置有可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成的上端与设置于阀杆上的固压件接触,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成的两侧顶端与侧旋封板的背光滑背面顶压滑滚动接触,侧旋封板的上部通过铰合件与阀体内壁上的悬挂架转动连接,侧旋封板的正面密封与侧进水口的内端密封面扣合接触,侧旋封板的背光滑触面与阀杆中心轴线成5°夹角,侧进水口应急封塞与阀盖总成上的插拔柱头插拔连接。 
虹吸式启闭器是由下开口容气罩、内主套体、活塞组成,下开口容气罩的上端本体加工有外驱动接头,下开口容气罩的顶内壁与内主套体本体连接,内主套体中的活塞腔中设有活塞,活塞通过密封环与内主套体内壁滑动密封连接,内主套体下段本体设有连接头,连接头内有环形密封面,内主套体顶端开有贯通活塞腔与呼吸腔的贯通孔,贯通孔最低点以下部分的呼吸腔的容积,大于活塞最低位时活塞上平面与贯通通孔最低点之间活塞腔的容积。 
可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成是由本体件、可弹性伸缩件、连件、滚轮或光滑触头组成,本体件上的纵孔的内壁上设有纵定导键槽,本体件两端与连件之间设有弹性伸缩件,连件两顶端置有滚轮或光滑触头。 
侧旋封板上设有圆弧形挂头、悬挂孔,光滑触面,正面密封面。 
侧进水口应急封塞,是有张紧盘、定固盘、橡胶封圈、旋柄螺母组成,张紧盘的外圆呈锥形,内端本体设有螺柱,螺柱滑动穿过定固盘的中孔与旋柄螺母连接,定固盘与橡胶封圈上的定位台孔面吻合接触,橡胶封圈的内孔为锥形,其内锥面与张紧盘的外锥面相吻合接触,橡胶封圈的外壁为圆柱面,其直径为可滑动接触置入侧进水口,张紧盘的外底部设有承插孔,承插孔内置有环形紧圈,张紧盘与定固盘之间有间隙腔。 
虹吸式启闭器中的活塞通过密封环与内主套体内壁滑动密封,阀盖总成中的启闭螺母上部与虹吸式启闭器插固并通过密封圈密封,启闭螺母、压盖、支架、旋压套、填料压盖相互之间依次设有密封件,填料压盖与阀盖环形料函之间挤压密封填料并使其与阀杆密封,设置于导向定位栓外段上的固定螺母与支架、封头螺母间设有密封垫,从而使虹吸式启闭器中的活塞底面以下至密封填料以上整体构成密闭阀杆行腔。 
阀体底部外圆设置有法兰。 
固压件是阀杆本体凸出柱台或柱台弹簧组合。 
本发明的优异效果是,一是杜绝了外因故障卡阻的隐患。阀腔外部的阀杆置于呼吸式启闭器与阀盖总成构成的密闭阀杆行腔内,与舱体内的压载海水隔绝,根除了海洋生物吸附繁生造成故障;由于在阀门关闭过程中,底出水口尚未关闭时,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两端的滚轮,已先下行接触继而顶压侧旋封板,并克服来自阀外压载舱水体对侧旋封板的压力首先关闭侧进水口,之后阀杆继续下行关闭底出水口的时间差内,阀腔内的水体已从底排水口完全排出,从而使阀腔内失去了海洋贝类生物在阀杆及其它部件寄居繁生的条件,根除了故障隐患。 
二是根除了传统的内部结构单处节点故障而连锁整体故障的隐患。将阀板受联动结构控制提升常开,为阀板不受联动控制单独悬挂,始终在自身重力下自然闭合,当海水从底阀口倒灌进入阀腔时,由于阀板的单向性,水压会将阀板更加压紧密封。 
三是全面实现了故障态下仍具备可靠的安全性:1、驱动机构控制失效、人为误操作、意外海事破坏阀底时仍具备可靠的安全性。(1)阀门在打开工况下需要关闭时,如发生驱动机构失灵、阀与驱动连接部发生脱节断开无法关闭时,侧旋封板在自身垂重力下关闭并在从底口进入阀腔的水体压力下加强密封;(2)阀门不应打开而人为误打开时,侧旋封板在自身垂重力和从底口进入阀腔的水体压力下自动止回关闭侧进水口;(3)当阀门在关闭状态下,遇海事意外对阀底及阀底口撞击造成破坏并使阀杆扭曲变形时,由于可伸缩侧封顶压总成是在弹性件的作 用下伸缩顶压侧旋封板,不会连锁拉动侧旋封板使其失去密封,同时侧旋封板不受联动控制而独立悬挂自垂密封,并在反灌进入阀腔水体压力下加强密封,从而阻断海水反灌涌入舱内,避免潜艇或平台压载失衡进而倾覆的严重后果;2、侧进水阀口异物支撑卡阻不能关闭时,底阀口仍能关闭。当关闭阀门遇侧旋封板与侧进水口之间有异物支撑卡阻,侧进水口不能关闭时,可伸缩侧封顶压总称在反顶压力的作用下收回,阀杆仍可继续下行带动锥型底阀塞关闭底出水口,阻断海水倒灌入舱;3、底出水口有异物支撑卡阻不能关闭时,侧进水口仍能关闭。当锥型底阀塞与底出水口之间有异物支撑卡阻时,侧旋封板仍能自然下垂使底出水口关闭,同时可伸缩侧封顶压总成的顶端,已先下行与侧旋封板接触压紧关闭侧进水口,阻断海水倒灌入舱;4、当锥型底阀塞与底出水口之间、侧旋封板与侧进水口之间同时意外被异物支撑卡住不能关闭时,通过侧进水口应急封塞实现了侧阀口的紧急封堵,彻底阻断海水倒灌入舱,避免潜艇或平台失衡进而倾覆的严重后果。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图对本发明的一种安全排放阀作以下详细说明。 
如图1、2所示,本发明的一种安全排放阀,其结构由虹吸式启闭器1、阀盖架总成2、阀杆3、阀体4、可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成5、侧旋封板6、锥形底阀塞7、侧进水口应急封塞10构成,其中,呼吸式启闭器1与阀盖总成2中的启闭螺母8上段插固密封连接,阀杆3的上部与阀盖架总成2中心上下滑动连接,并密闭于由虹吸式启闭器1中的活塞24的底面以下至密封填料55以上的密闭阀杆行腔62内,阀杆3的下部位于阀体4之中,阀体4的侧面设置有侧进水口14,底部设置有锥形底出水口16,阀杆3的下端连接有锥形底阀塞7,锥形底阀塞7下锥部与锥形底出水口16相吻合,锥形底阀塞7的上部通过阀杆3上的定导键15设置有可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成5,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成5的上端与设置于阀杆3上的固压件11接触,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成5的两侧顶端与侧旋封板6的背光滑背面顶压滑滚动接触,侧旋封板6的上部通过铰合件13与阀体14内壁上的悬挂架12转动连接,侧旋封板6的正面密封与侧进水口14的内端密封面扣合接触,侧旋封板6的背光滑触面与阀杆3中心轴线成5度夹角,侧进水口应急封塞10与阀盖总成2上的插拔柱头9插拔连接。 
如附图3所示,虹吸式启闭器由下开口容气罩18、内主套体19、活塞20组成,下开口容气罩18的上端本体加工有外驱动接头17,下开口容气罩18的顶内壁与内主套体19本体连接,内主套体19中的活塞腔25中设有活塞20,活塞20通过密封环26与内主套体19内壁滑动密封连接,内主套体19下段本体设有连接头22,连接头22内有环形密封面21,内主套体19顶端开有贯通活塞腔25与呼吸腔24的贯通孔23,贯通孔23最低点以下部分的呼吸腔24的容积,大于活塞20最低位时活塞20上平面与贯通通孔23最低点之间活塞腔25的容积。 
如附图4所示,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成是由本体件27、弹性伸缩件28、连件29、滚轮或光滑触头30组成,本体件27上的纵孔31的内壁上设有纵定导键槽32,本体件27两端与连件29之间设有弹性伸缩件28,连件29两顶端置有滚轮或光滑触头30。 
如图5所示,侧旋封板,其上设有弧形过渡触头33悬挂孔34,光滑触面35,正面密封面36。 
如图6所示,侧进水口应急封塞,是有张紧盘37、定固盘38、橡胶封圈39、旋柄螺母40组成,张紧盘37的外圆呈锥形,内端本体设有螺柱41,螺柱41滑动穿过定固盘38的中孔与旋柄螺母40连接,定固盘38与橡胶封圈39上的定位台 孔面吻合接触,橡胶封圈39的内孔为锥形,其内孔锥面与张紧盘37的外圆锥面相吻合接触,橡胶封圈39外壁为圆柱面,其直径为可滑动接触置入侧进水口14,张紧盘37的外底部设有承插孔42,承插孔42内置有环形紧圈43,张紧盘37与定固盘38之间有间隙腔44。 
如图7所示,密闭阀杆行腔的构成在于虹吸式启闭器1中的活塞20通过密封环26与内主套体19内壁滑动密封,阀盖总成中的启闭螺母8上部与虹吸式启闭器1插固并通过密封圈50密封,启闭螺母8、压盖45、支架46、旋压套47、填料压盖48相互之间依次设有密封件51、52、53、54,填料压盖48与阀盖环形料函49之间挤压密封填料55并使其与阀杆3密封,设置于导向定位栓60外段上的固定螺母57与支架46、封头螺母59间设有密封垫56、58,从而使虹吸式启闭器1中的活塞24底面以下至密封填料55以上整体构成密闭阀杆行腔62。 
可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成、安全排放阀的工作原理如下: 
启闭是通过与阀门连接的驱动装置首先旋动虹吸式启闭器进而旋动启闭螺母带动密闭阀杆腔内的阀杆上下滑动实现。 
开启阀门时,阀杆上行,使活塞底部腔内气压增大从而推动活塞上行,活塞顶部活塞腔内的空气从贯通孔进入呼吸腔,关闭阀门时,阀杆下行,活塞底部活塞腔内产生负压,活塞下行,由于呼吸腔容积大于活塞顶部活塞腔的容积,在呼吸腔内空气憋压的作用下,潜艇或石油平台压载舱内的水体,不能完全进入呼吸腔,在阀门启闭过程中,呼吸腔内水位线始终在低于连通孔最低点以下往复,海水不能进入活塞腔,有呼吸腔经贯通孔进入活塞腔内的空气所产生的凝结水,亦被活塞阻断不能侵蚀阀杆,并在阀门开启的同时活塞上行至贯通孔低点时,将腔内的凝结水通过贯通孔排出。同时,阀门在关闭过程中,底出水口尚未关闭时,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两端的滚轮,已先下行接触侧旋封板的背光滑触面,继而顶压侧旋封板,并克服来自阀外压载舱水体对侧旋封板的压力首先关闭侧进水口,之后阀杆继续下行关闭底出水口的时间差内,阀腔内的水体已从底排水口完全排出,从而使阀腔内失去了海洋贝类等生物在阀杆及其它部件寄居繁生的条件。 
开启阀门时,阀杆上行,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两顶端的滚轮沿倾斜的侧旋封板光滑背面上移,其施加在侧旋封板上的压力随着逐渐释放,当滚轮上行到脱离侧旋封板时,侧旋封板在阀体外水体的压力下打开,此时下部的锥型底阀塞亦在阀杆的带动下上行打开底出水口,平台或潜艇压载舱内压载水体实现排放。 
关闭阀门时,阀杆下行,在阀杆带动下,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两端的滚轮已先下行接触并顶压侧旋封板的背光滑触面,克服来自阀外压载舱水体对侧旋 封板的压力关闭侧进水口,并随着可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两端的滚轮的下行强化密封,阀杆带动可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两端的滚轮下行强化侧进水口密封的同时亦实现了带动锥型底阀塞下行关闭底出水口。 
关闭阀门过程中,如遇侧旋封板与侧进水口之间有异物支撑卡阻时,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成在侧旋封板反向顶力的作用下收缩,滚轮仍可继续沿背光滑触面下行,因此,阀杆照常继续下行使锥型底阀塞关闭底出水口;彻底阻断海水倒灌入舱,避免潜艇或平台失衡进而倾覆的严重后果。 
关闭阀门过程中如遇锥型底阀塞锥形密封面与底出水口密封面之间有异物支撑卡组时,由于可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成两端的滚轮,已先下行接触侧旋封板背光滑触面,并克服来自阀外压载舱水体对侧旋封板的压力而关闭侧进水口。彻底阻断海水倒灌入舱,避免潜艇或平台失衡进而倾覆的严重后果。 
关闭阀门过程如遇锥型底阀塞的锥形密封面与底出水口锥形密封面间、侧旋封板密封面与侧进水口密封面之间同时意外被异物支撑卡住不能关闭时,可迅速将侧进水口应急封塞从插拔触头上拔下,从外部置入侧进水口并旋转旋柄螺母,使张紧盘轴向挤进间隙腔,形成相对锥面挤压,迫使橡胶封圈向外扩胀,胀固于侧进水口内,实现了侧进水口的紧急封堵,彻底阻断海水倒灌入舱。 
实施例2,其工作原理与实施例1相同,区别在于实施例1侧旋封板正面密封面与背光滑触面平行,其背光滑触面与阀杆中心轴线的5°夹角,是通过侧进水口密封面倾斜与阀杆中心轴线成5°夹角实现的,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成上端的固压件是阀杆本体凸出柱台,实施例2的侧进水口密封面与阀杆中心轴线平行,侧旋封板背光滑触面与阀杆中心轴线的5°夹角是通过侧旋封板的背光滑触面与正面密封面成5°夹角实现的,其可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成上端的固压件是柱台弹簧组合。 
除说明书所述的技术特征外均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。 
本发明的一种安全排放阀与现有技术相比从根本上克服了现有技术的致命缺陷,根除了其自身结构及外在侵蚀故障隐患,突破性的实现了故障态下仍具备可靠的封闭功能,即故障安全性,在潜艇及海洋石油平台领域具有广泛而重要的技术意义和巨大经济效益。 

Claims (7)

1.一种安全排放阀,其特征在于包括虹吸式启闭器(1)、阀盖架总成(2)、阀杆(3)、阀体(4)、可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成(5)、侧旋封板(6)、锥形底阀塞(7)、侧进水口应急封塞(10)构成,其中,呼吸式启闭器(1)与阀盖总成(2)中的启闭螺母(8)上段插固密封连接,阀杆(3)的上部与阀盖架总成(2)中心上下滑动连接,并密闭于由虹吸式启闭器(1)中的活塞(20)的底面以下至密封填料(55)以上的密闭阀杆行腔(62)内,阀杆(3)的下部位于阀体(4)之中,阀体(4)两侧部设置有侧进水口(14),底部设置有锥形底出水口(16),阀杆(3)的下端连接有锥形底阀塞(7),锥形底阀塞(7)下锥部与锥形底出水口(16)相吻合,锥形底阀塞(7)的上部通过阀杆(3)上的定导键(15)设置有可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成(5),可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成(5)的上端与设置于阀杆(3)上的固压件(11)接触,可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成(5)的两侧顶端与侧旋封板(6)的背光滑背面顶压滑滚动接触,侧旋封板(6)的上部通过铰合件(13)与阀体(4)内壁上的悬挂架(12)转动连接,侧旋封板(6)的正面密封与侧进水口(14)的内端密封面扣合接触,侧旋封板(6)的背光滑触面与阀杆(3)中心轴线成5度夹角,侧进水口应急封塞(10)与阀盖总成(2)上的插拔柱头(9)插拔连接;
虹吸式启闭器(1)中的活塞(20)通过密封环(26)与内主套体(19)内壁滑动密封,阀盖总成中的启闭螺母(8)上部与虹吸式启闭器(1)插固并通过密封圈(50)密封,启闭螺母(8)、压盖(45)、支架(46)、旋压套(47)、填料压盖(48)相互之间依次设有密封件(51)、(52)、(53)、(54),设置于导向定位栓(60)外段上的固定螺母(57)与支架(46)、封头螺母(59)间设有密封垫(56)、(58),从而使虹吸式启闭器(1)中的活塞(24)底面以下至密封填料(55)以上整体构成密闭阀杆行腔(62)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全排放阀,其特征在于,虹吸式启闭器是由下开口容气罩(18)、内主套体(19)、活塞(20)组成,下开口容气罩(18)的上端本体加工有外驱动接头(17),下开口容气罩(18)顶内壁与内主套体(19)本体连接,内主套体(19)中的活塞腔(25)中设有活塞(20),活塞(20)通过密封环(26)与内主套体(19)内壁滑动密封连接,内主套体(19)下段本体设有连接头(22),连接头(22)内有环形密封面(21),内主套体(19)顶端开有贯通活塞腔(25)与呼吸腔(24)的贯通孔(23),贯通孔(23)最低点以下部分的呼吸腔(24)的容积,大于活塞(20)最低位时活塞(20)上平面与贯通通孔(23)最低点之间活塞腔(25)的容积。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全排放阀,其特征在于可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成是由本体件(27)、弹性伸缩件(28)、连件(29)、滚轮或光滑触头(30)组成,本体件(27)上的纵孔(31)的内壁上设有纵定导键槽(32),本体件(27)两端与连件(29)之间设有弹性伸缩件(28),连件(29)两顶端置有滚轮或光滑触头(30),可弹性伸缩侧封顶压总成中的弹性伸缩件(28)是弹簧或弹簧板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全排放阀,其特征在于侧旋封板上设有圆弧形挂头(33)悬挂孔(34),光滑触面(35),正面密封面(36)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全排放阀,其特征在于侧进水口应急封塞,是由张紧盘(37)、定固盘(38)、橡胶封圈(39)、旋柄螺母(40)组成,张紧盘(37)的外圆呈锥形,内端本体设有螺柱(41),螺柱(41)滑动穿过定固盘(38)的中孔与旋柄螺母(40)连接,定固盘(38)与橡胶封圈(39)上的定位台孔面吻合接触,橡胶封圈(39)的内孔为锥形,其内锥面与张紧盘(37)的外锥面相吻合接触,橡胶封圈(39)的外壁为圆柱面,其直径为可滑动接触置入侧进水口(14),张紧盘(37)的外底部设有承插孔(42),承插孔(42)内置有环形紧圈(43),张紧盘(37)与定固盘(38)之间有间隙腔(44)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全排放阀,其特征在于,阀体(4)底部外圆设置有法兰(61)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全排放阀,其特征在于固压件(11)是阀杆本体凸出柱台或柱台弹簧组合。
