本发明属矿山技术领域
背景技术
目前国内外无类似的技术报道和实用先例;传统的方法是先剥离两侧围岩,再回采夹层矿石的露天采矿法;但这种常规方法剥离量大,经济效益差,对环境破坏尤其剧烈;本发明的目的是采用新采矿法,既不剥离废石,又可安全采出矿石,实现资源开发和环境保护双赢。
发明内容
对倾角大于70°、厚度小于6m的矿脉,不剥离两侧围岩,依矿体宽度自地表向下逐层开挖开采;设置横撑支柱和护壁结构层对围岩支护;根据围岩性质计算不同深度的侧压,再按计算侧压设计相应的横撑支柱和护壁结构层的材料、规格、构造形式;柱端随机布置地压监测点;侧压小时横撑支柱选用原木,侧压大时现浇钢筋混凝土;支柱长径比要满足压杆稳定性条件;护壁结构层对破碎岩土用竹木背板或喷锚网,对坚硬岩石用金属网;按垂直矿体计算:设混凝土柱许用抗压强度12.5MPa,岩石内摩擦角35°、内聚力50KPa、重度2.7t/m3;某深度h的截面支护比λ(支护面积/相应强度的混凝土支柱截面积)是:h=30m,λ≈75;h=60m,λ≈32;h=80m,λ≈24;h=100m,λ≈18;根据矿石价值和矿体强度,还可以用矿柱或夹岩岩柱支撑,设矿柱许用强度为30MPa,则150m深度时矿柱的截面支护比λ≈29,即采矿损失率为1/29;分析证明这种采矿法是完全可行的。按此方法开采到设计位置,回填沟坑,恢复环境。

不剥离两侧围岩,依矿体宽度自地表向下逐层开挖开采;设置横撑支柱和护壁结构层对围岩支护;根据围岩性质计算不同深度的侧压,再按计算侧压设计相应的横撑支柱和护壁结构层的材料、规格、构造形式;柱端随机布置地压监测点。
