Abstract

本发明公开了一种防垢剂,按质量百分比计,由下列组分和含量的物料混合而成:丁二酰亚胺30-50%;硫磷烷基酸锌盐1.5-3.0%;中碱值石油磺酸钙1.0-2.0%;苯三唑衍生物2.0-5.0%;轻质燃料油40-65.5%。本发明通过在废机油生产加工过程中在原料中加入防垢剂,能有效防止积碳和结焦的发生,提高设备的传热效果,延长设备的运行周期,达到了节能降耗的目的。

一种防垢剂及其在废机油加工中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防垢剂,以及这种在废机油加工中的应用,属于废旧油加工技术领域。
背景技术
上海宝钢废旧油处理有限公司仅靠加工宝钢股份公司回收来的废旧油,出现“吃不饱”的状况,为了改变这种状况,我们决定尝试加工社会上回收的废机油进行加工。社会上回收的废机油最大的问题就是良莠不齐,废机油在使用过程中有油泥和漆膜的沉积,再生产过程中很容易造成设备的堵塞和积碳。会影响生产的顺利进行和加大生产加工成本,也会增大操作工人的劳动强度;因此,他们不得不经常清洗滤网和清除设备的积碳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种防垢剂,以及这种在废机油加工中的应用,以解决现有技术的上述问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种防垢剂,按质量百分比计,由下列组分和含量的物料混合而成:

所述的轻质燃料油为市售柴油。
所述的防垢剂加入到废机油中的用量范围为200-400mg/l。
实验表明:在预处理好的废机油中加入防垢剂,防垢剂具有抗氧化、清净分散、金属钝化和阻聚的作用,可有效防止设备的积碳和结焦。按照这种方案对废机油再生进行了现场中试,达到了理想的中试效果。
本发明通过在废机油生产加工过程中在原料中加入防垢剂,能有效防止积碳和结焦的发生,提高设备的传热效果,延长设备的运行周期,达到了节能降耗的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的技术特点。
本发明实施例所用的组分为以下试剂:
丁二酰亚胺为锦州石化公司炼油厂的T155;
硫磷烷基酸锌盐为兰州炼化化工总厂的201;
中碱值石油磺酸钙为上海高桥石化公司炼油厂的T102;
苯三唑衍生物为兰州炼油化工总厂的T551;

如表2所示:上述防垢剂在上海废旧油处理有限公司2#生产装置进行运用,生产10吨废机油油品,第一次不加防垢剂,第二次加工300ppm的防垢剂,加入防垢剂后不影响2#线的正常生产,对设备和产品的质量无不良影响。每次生产结束后对分子蒸馏再沸器进行检查,因为结焦和积碳在该部位反应的最为明显,从实验前后的对比可以看出,在废机油生产加工过程中在原料中加入防垢剂能有效防止积碳和结焦的发生,提高设备的传热效果,延长设备的运行周期,达到了节能降耗的目的。

从表2可以看出2#生产装置进行了防垢剂现场中试,在不同防垢剂加入量情况下做现场试验,装置在设置同样流速480l/h下运行1个月后,再沸器进行拆卸清理时发现积碳状况和实际流速如下表,所以我们选择加入量范围为200-400mg/l。

3.根据权利要求1所述的防垢剂,其特征在于:加入到废机油中的用量范围为200-400mg/l。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防垢剂,其特征在于:可应用于防止废机油加工设备中的积碳和结焦。
