Abstract
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,由下列组份组成:30~40质量份ABS;60~70质量份ASA;5~10质量份增韧剂;0.2~0.5质量份抗氧剂。0.2~0.5质量份润滑剂。制备方法:原料配齐后送双螺杆挤出机,挤出机设八个温度设定区,一区加工温度为220℃,二区加工温度为230℃,三区加工温度为235℃,四区加工温度为240℃,五区加工温度为240℃,六区加工温度为230℃,七区加工温度为230℃,八区加工温度为230℃,主机转速200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。由ABS和ASA及其它添加剂制成的ABS/ASA合金的耐候性有了很大提高,且冲击强度高、流动性好。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金以及该合金的制备方法。
(二)背景技术
由于ABS中含有不饱和的双键,因而制成的材料容易受日光中的紫外线照射而迅速变黄,不利于室外或光照环境下等耐候性要求更高的环境下长期使用。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有ABS的上述不足,本发明提供一种耐候性更好、冲击强度高、流动性好的ABS与ASA共聚物合金,并提供其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
30~40质量份的ABS;
60~70质量份的ASA;
5~10质量份的增韧剂;
0.2~0.5质量份的抗氧剂;
0.2~0.5质量份的润滑剂。
所述的增韧剂可以为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物或乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物或3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇;
所述的抗氧剂可以为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂168;
所述的润滑剂可以为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺或廿四酸蜡酯或褐煤酸酯 蜡。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
本发明的有益效果在于:ASA为丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯三元共聚物,其中不含不饱和双键的丙烯酸橡胶替代了ABS中含有不饱和双键的丁二烯橡胶,因此,不但可抵抗紫外线引起的降解、老化、褪色,还可抵抗大气中的氧化、加工过程中的高温引起的分解或变色,由ABS和ASA及其它添加剂制成的ABS/ASA合金的耐候性有了很大的提高,且冲击强度高、流动性好。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
30质量份的ABS;
62质量份的ASA;
8.5质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS);
0.2质量份的抗氧剂1010;
0.41质量份的褐煤酸酯蜡。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
实施例二
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
40质量份的ABS;
69质量份的ASA;
10质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物(EMH);
0.5质量份的抗氧剂168;
0.33质量份的乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
实施例三
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
31质量份的ABS;
70质量份的ASA;
5质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物;
0.3质量份的抗氧剂168;
0.2质量份的廿四酸蜡酯。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
实施例四
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
35质量份的ABS;
60质量份的ASA;
9质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇(MMB);
0.4质量份的抗氧剂1010;
0.5质量份的褐煤酸酯蜡。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
实施例五
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
38质量份的ABS;
68质量份的ASA;
6质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS);
0.43质量份的抗氧剂1010;
0.48质量份的褐煤酸酯蜡。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
实施例六
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
37质量份的ABS;
65质量份的ASA;
7质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物;
0.35质量份的抗氧剂1010;
0.45质量份的乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
实施例七
一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其由下列组份组成:
35质量份的ABS;
57质量份的ASA;
5质量份的增韧剂,本实施例中,增韧剂为沈阳科通塑胶公司生产的KT-15;
0.1质量份的抗氧剂1010;
0.2质量份的抗氧剂168;
0.5质量份的褐煤酸酯蜡。
上述ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法:按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
测试例
本发明的主要测试主要按ISO标准测试,熔体流动速率按ISO1133要求测试260度/2.16Kg,拉伸性能按ISO527要求进行测试50mm/min,弯曲性能ISO178要求进行测试2mm/min,冲击性能按照ISO179要求进行测试。紫外线老化试验是使用深圳翔瑞检测仪器公司XR-QUV紫外线老化试验机,试验一天相当于室外日晒一个月。试验结果见下系列表:

Claims (2)
1.一种ABS与ASA共聚物合金,其特征在于由下列组份组成:
30~40质量份的ABS;
60~70质量份的ASA;
5~10质量份的增韧剂;
0.2~0.5质量份的抗氧剂;
0.2~0.5质量份的润滑剂;
所述的增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物或乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物或3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇;
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂168;
所述的润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺或廿四酸蜡酯或褐煤酸酯蜡。
2.一种制备如权利要求1的ABS与ASA共聚物合金的方法,其特征在于:
按照配比将原料配齐,将原料搅拌均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中设有八个温度设定区,一区的加工温度为220℃,二区的加工温度为230℃,三区的加工温度为235℃,四区的加工温度为240℃,五区的加工温度为240℃,六区的加工温度为230℃,七区的加工温度为230℃,八区的加工温度为230℃,主机转速为200~300转/分钟;原料经挤出后冷却、干燥、切粒即得共聚物合金。
