Abstract
The invention discloses a hoisting tool for profiled steel sheets, and belongs to the field of steel structure construction. This lifting device includes: the device comprises a base, a cover plate and a connecting rope; the lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the cover plate, and the upper lugs are arranged on the bottom surface of the cover plate; the top surface of the base is provided with a lower ear plate; and a connecting rope is connected between the upper ear plate of the cover plate and the lower ear plate of the base. The hoisting tool is simple and compact in structure, convenient to operate and use, capable of effectively avoiding deformation or damage of the compression-type steel plate in the hoisting process, capable of reducing material loss, firm, durable, safe, reliable and remarkable in economic benefit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of steel structure construction, in particular to a lifting tool for profiled steel sheets.
Background
At present, steel beam and profiled steel sheet or steel bar truss template combined floor slabs are generally adopted in steel structure engineering, after the profiled steel sheets are transported to the site, the profiled steel sheets need to be hoisted to floors in a whole bundle by using a crane, and because the profiled steel sheets are thin, when the profiled steel sheets are hoisted by using steel wire ropes, the contact positions of the profiled steel sheets and the steel wire ropes are easy to deform or damage, the loss of materials is increased, and the construction progress of the engineering is influenced; when the lifting belt is used for lifting, the edge of the profiled steel sheet is sharp, so that the lifting belt is easily cut off, objects fall from the high altitude, and safety risk exists.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a hoisting tool for profiled steel sheets, which can be used for hoisting the profiled steel sheets in steel structure construction, improves the hoisting efficiency, ensures the hoisting safety, can reduce the material loss, and can be repeatedly recycled, as shown in figure 1, the hoisting tool comprises: the device comprises a base 1, a cover plate 2 and a connecting rope 3;
the two ends of the cover plate 2 are provided with lifting lug plates 213, 214, 223 and 224, and lifting holes are formed in the lifting lug plates and can be connected with a steel wire rope for lifting or used as lifting ropes after connecting ropes penetrate out;
the bottom surface of the cover plate 2 is provided with upper ear plates 211, 212, 221 and 222, the upper ear plates are provided with through holes, the top surface of the base 2 is provided with lower ear plates 211, 212, 221 and 222, and the lower ear plates are provided with through holes;
be connected with between the upper ear plate of apron 2 and the lower ear plate of base 1 and be connected rope 3, be connected apron 2 and base 1 through connecting rope 3, the space between apron 2 and the base 1 can regard as the space of laying the profiled steel sheet 5 of handling. The cover plate in the upper lifting tool can adopt various structural forms, one structure is shown in figure 2: the cover plate can adopt at least two 21, 22, each cover plate adopts steel section beams, the upper ear plate on each cover plate 21 is at least two 211, 212, the two upper ear plates 211, 212 are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of each cover plate 2, and the distance between the upper ear plates 111 and 112 (or 121 and 122) respectively arranged on each cover plate is larger than the width of the lifted profiled steel plate. The structure of the other cover plate 22 in fig. 2 is the same as that of the cover plate 21, and at least two upper lug plates 221 and 222 and two lifting lug plates 223 and 224 are provided. In fact, apron 2 also can adopt three or many shaped steel girder steel, all sets up two at least upper ear boards on every apron. The lifting ear plates arranged on each cover plate 21 are respectively arranged on the end surfaces of two sides of the cover plate.
Another configuration is shown in fig. 3: the cover plate 2 is a flat steel plate, the number of the upper ear plates on the cover plate 2 is at least four 211, 212, 221 and 222, the four upper ear plates 211, 212, 221 and 222 are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of two ends of the cover plate 2 in a mode that one side is provided with two, and the distance between the respectively arranged upper ear plates 211 and 212 (or 221 and 222) is larger than the width of the lifted profiled steel plate. The lifting ear plates arranged on the cover plate 21 are also respectively arranged on the end surfaces of the two sides of the cover plate 2.
Yet another configuration is shown in FIG. 4: the cover plate 2 is of a flat plate frame structure and can be formed by connecting two steel section beams through connecting beams, the number of the upper lug plates on the cover plate is at least four, the four upper lug plates are respectively arranged on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the steel section beams 21 and 22 in a mode of arranging two steel section beams 21 and 22 on each side, the distance between the upper lug plates 211 and 212 (or 221 and 222) respectively arranged on each steel section beam is larger than the width of the lifted profiled steel sheet, and the lifting lug plates 213, 214, 223 and 224 are also respectively arranged on the end surfaces of the two sides of each steel section beam.
The base 1 in the hoisting tool can also adopt various structural forms, one structure is shown in fig. 5, the number of the base 1 is at least two, each base adopts a steel section beam, the number of the lower ear plates on each base 11 is at least two 111, 112, the two lower ear plates 111, 112 are respectively arranged on the top surfaces of two ends of each base, and the distance between the lower ear plates 111 and 112 (or 121 and 122) respectively arranged on each base is larger than the width of the lifted profiled steel sheet. The other base 12 in fig. 2 has the same structure as the base 11 and is provided with at least two upper ear plates 221, 222.
Another structure is shown in fig. 6, the base 1 is a flat steel plate, a reinforcing rib can be arranged behind the flat steel plate, the number of the lower ear plates on the base 1 is at least four, 111, 112, 121 and 122, the four lower ear plates 111, 112, 121 and 122 are respectively arranged on the top surfaces of two ends of the base in a manner that one side is provided with two, and the distance between the respectively arranged lower ear plates 111 and 112 (and the lower ear plates 121 and 122) is larger than the width of the lifted profiled steel plate.
In another structure, as shown in fig. 7, the base 1 is a flat frame structure, and can be formed by connecting two steel section beams through connecting beams, the lower ear plates on the base are at least four 111, 112, 121, 122, the four lower ear plates 111, 112, 121, 122 are respectively arranged on the top surfaces of two ends of each steel section beam in a manner that two lower ear plates are arranged on one side steel section beam 11, 12, and the distance between the lower ear plates 111 and 112 (or 121 and 122) respectively arranged on each steel section beam is greater than the width of the lifted steel section beam.
It will be appreciated that the various forms of cover described above may be used in combination with various forms of base to form a variety of structural forms of lifting tools.
The hoisting tool is further described with reference to the schematic use state diagram of fig. 8.
The hoisting tool comprises a base 1, a cover plate 2 and connecting ropes, wherein two blocks of the base 1 and the cover plate 2 are respectively processed and manufactured by using 16a as a material, lower lug plates 111, 112, 121 and 122 are welded on web plates of the bases 11 and 12, upper lug plates 211, 212, 223 and 224 are welded on web plates of the cover plates 21 and 22, and the distance between the upper lug plates of each cover plate or the lower lug plates of each base is slightly larger than the width of a profiled steel plate so as to ensure that the profiled steel plate can be placed between the upper lug plates and the lower lug plates of each base. When in use, the following operations are carried out in the following sequence:
(1) placing the two bases on the ground, wherein one surface with the lower ear plate faces upwards;
(2) hoisting the whole bundle of profiled steel sheets between the lower ear plates on the base;
(3) placing the cover plate over the profiled steel sheet so that the profiled steel sheet is between the spaced upper lugs of the plate and aligned with the planar position of the cover plate and base, the position after placement being as shown in figure 8;
(5) a steel wire rope (namely, a connecting rope 3) is threaded onto the snap ring or the through hole of the upper ear plate of the cover plate from the snap ring or the through hole of the lower ear plate, and finally is hung on the lifting hook 6 after being threaded out of the snap ring or the through hole of the ear plate, and the connected state is shown in fig. 9;
(6) after the hoisting, the base and the cover plate tightly press the profiled steel sheet under the tension of the steel wire rope, so that the safety in the hoisting process is ensured, and the profiled steel sheet is prevented from deforming and damaging.
In conclusion, the hoisting tool disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, capability of effectively avoiding deformation or damage of the compression-type steel plate in the hoisting process, capability of being recycled and reused, capability of reducing material loss, firmness and durability, safety and reliability, and remarkable economic benefit.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A lifting device for profiled steel sheets is characterized in that the lifting device comprises:
the device comprises a base, a cover plate and a connecting rope; wherein,
lifting lugs are arranged at two ends of the cover plate, and an upper lug is arranged on the bottom surface of the cover plate;
the top surface of the base is provided with a lower ear plate;
and a connecting rope is connected between the upper ear plate of the cover plate and the lower ear plate of the base.
2. A lifting tool for profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 wherein the number of said cover plates is at least two, each cover plate is made of steel section beams, the number of said upper ear plates on each cover plate is at least two, and two upper ear plates are respectively provided on the bottom surface of each cover plate at both ends.
3. A lifting tool for profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 wherein the number of bases is at least two, each base being a steel section beam, the number of lower ear plates on each base being at least two, the two lower ear plates being provided on the top surface of each base at each end.
4. A lifting tool of profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the cover plate is a flat steel plate, the number of the upper lugs on the cover plate is at least four, and the four upper lugs are respectively provided on the bottom surfaces of both ends of the cover plate in such a manner that two lugs are provided on one side.
5. A lifting tool of profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein the base is a flat steel sheet, the number of said lower lugs on the base is at least four, and four lower lugs are provided on the top surface of the base at both ends thereof with two lugs on one side.
6. A lifting tool of profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the cover plate is a flat frame structure, the number of the upper ear plates on the cover plate is at least four, and the four upper ear plates are respectively provided on the bottom surfaces of both ends of the cover plate in such a manner that two upper ear plates are provided at one side.
7. A lifting tool for profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein the base is a flat frame structure, the number of the lower lugs on the base is at least four, and the four lower lugs are arranged two on each side of the top surface of the base.
8. A hoist tool of profiled steel sheet according to claim 1, characterized in that the hoist tool further comprises: and the lifting ropes are connected to the lifting lug plates at the two ends of the cover plate.
9. A lifting tool for profiled steel sheet as claimed in claim 1 wherein the connecting rope has one end connected to the upper ear plate of the cover plate and the other end passing through the lower ear plate of the base and then passing upwardly through the lifting ear plate of the cover plate.
10. The tool for hoisting profiled steel sheets as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting rope is a steel wire rope.
