Abstract

本发明提供了一种快速对位保护贴,其包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。本发明还提供了一种快速贴膜方法,其包括以下步骤:在待贴膜的机器内设置贴膜图片;调出贴膜图片;用设有对位保护贴的膜进行贴膜。此保护贴用不同的几何图案或线条(几何图形不定),用多点对正方法进行贴膜,可以一眼下看到多个角或点,统一对正,一次性贴正,无须反复多次。不会出现保护膜作废的现象,而且,贴膜不需要专业人士的操作,普通的消费者即可进行准确贴膜。

快速对位保护贴及快速贴膜方法
技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏领域,尤其涉及显示屏的保护贴及保护贴的对位方法。显示屏:如手机、平板电脑、笔记本等等,所有显示屏。
背景技术
现在市场上的保护贴无法多点对位,在操作时,只能看到并对正一个角落却无法看到其它角落,这样操作会特别容易贴歪/斜,最后导致保护贴报废。很多时候,屏幕不是直角,而是圆弧状的, 这样给操作带来了更大的困难,很难贴准,容易造成保护贴的报废。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种快速对位保护贴,其包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述中间层为0.075mm~0.188mm厚的PET,其中基材为PET,内表面为用于吸附于屏幕之上的硅胶,外表面为的加硬层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底层为保护薄膜PET。
一种快速贴膜方法,其包括以下步骤:
在待贴膜的机器内设置贴膜图片;
调出贴膜图片;
用设有对位保护贴的膜进行贴膜。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述设有对位保护贴的膜包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。
本发明的有益效果是: 
此保护贴用不同的几何图案或线条(几何图形不定),用多点对正方法进行贴膜,可以一眼下看到多个角或点,统一对正,一次性贴正,无须反复多次。不会出现保护膜作废的现象,而且,贴膜不需要专业人士的操作,普通的消费者即可进行准确贴膜。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
一种快速对位保护贴,其包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。所述中间层为0.075mm~0.188mm厚的PET,其中基材为PET,内表面为用于吸附于屏幕之上的硅胶,外表面为的加硬层。所述底层为保护薄膜PET。
一种快速贴膜方法,其包括以下步骤:
在待贴膜的机器内设置贴膜图片;
调出贴膜图片;
用设有对位保护贴的膜进行贴膜。所述设有对位保护贴的膜包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。
下面以手机保护贴为例:
保护贴厚度有0.075mm~0.188mm,如使用最广泛的0.125mm的保护膜其结构为:
最底一层保护薄膜为0.05mm厚的PET;
中间层为0.125mm厚的PET,其中基材为0.1mmPET,内表面0.02为硅胶,以吸附于屏幕之上,外表面为0.05mm的加硬层;
最上一层保护薄膜为0.05mm厚的PET,在此层PET上丝几何图案,以便对位。
底层和上层均只为保护保护膜而用,在使用保护贴时,先撕掉底层,用上层图案对手机屏幕上的图案,贴完后,撕掉上层即可。

1.一种快速对位保护贴,其特征在于:其包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速对位保护贴,其特征在于:所述中间层为0.075mm~0.188mm厚的PET,其中基材为PET,内表面为用于吸附于屏幕之上的硅胶,外表面为的加硬层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速对位保护贴,其特征在于:所述底层为保护薄膜PET。
4.一种快速贴膜方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:
在待贴膜的机器内设置贴膜图片;
调出贴膜图片;
用设有对位保护贴的膜进行贴膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的快速贴膜方法,其特征在于:所述设有对位保护贴的膜包括依次连接的三层,中间层为PET保护贴,底层为中间层的保护层,上层为对位PET,所述对位PET上设有至少两个点或设有图案。
